Ive used Mirror Image several times in the past and never been disappointed.. they did many jobs for me from shower doors, glass railings, store fronts and other small glass jobs. Theyre super friendly, their prices are reasonable for contractors and consumers aliketheir product is always of the highest quality and the workmanship is precise.. never had issues with a product that they installed which is a lot more than I can say for any of the other glass contractors Ive worked with in the past..

We hired Mirror Image to design an install a new storefront for our exterminating company. In terms of time frame, cleanliness, efficiency, style and overall experience, we could not be happier. We are renovating a house and my husband and I decided we wanted a fixed shower pane. I called and emailed several companies and either had to wait a few days for a response or the prices were too high. I came across Mirror Image and was pleasantly surprised. I received an in-home quote on the same day and the price was very reasonable. We were told 7-10 days for installation. Again, pleasantly surprised that 6 days later we received a text message that our order was ready to be installed. The quality, price, and installation are very good but better is the customer service and professionalism. Thank you! I will be recommending Mirror Image to friends and family.

I am very disappointed with the work of this company. I had two shower doors put in. One was ordered by them and the other, just an installment. The shower glass door put in by them had several measurement problems so the job got delayed 2 times, so it took several weeks. The installment looked great, but when I took a shower, the water was pouring out from the bottom of the shower. I noticed the door was put in slanted. When I tried the get them to look at it, they refused to come back to repair it. I had them come and install another shower I bought. They did not follow the directions for the shower installment. The water is pouring out. I know...I should have learned the first time. They dont answer my calls. They refuse to come and fix the problem. Not an honorable company. No warrantee on their work.
