We love shopping at Rowhouse! We were so excited when they agreed to provide appetizers at our wedding. They delivered 15 trays of fresh crudites, delicious dips, crackers and house-made focaccia. Guests raved about these, and several people followed up days later to ask where they can get more. Check out Rowhouse Grocery in South Philly on 17th and McKean the next chance you get!

This is really a hidden gem, nice small grocery store with amazing people making sure you get everything, i mean the costumer service is just amazing .. and nice atmosphere inside, variety of healthy choices with a very good prices

I am so thankful for this little local grocery store! Such a great addition to the area and they have been a godsend during pandemic times.Even though they are small, they are mighty. They always seem to have exactly what I need in stock and more than Im expecting. A great selection of local produce, great to-go items like sandwiches, soups, and salads. They also usually have house-made pizza dough, mozzarella cheese and ricotta. AND they have hot & iced coffee PLUS delicious little to-go treats that rotate on a daily/weekly basis.

Great corner grocery store! Lots of fresh produce, basic staples, and good prices. Plus fresh herbs, sometimes pizza dough, and always delicious pastries! Gotta stop by if you live in Point Breeze.

This store is fantastic. It has anything you need, and has lots great produce, meat, and coffee. However, I have trouble actually shopping here because it’s closed on Sunday. This is when I shop and get ready for the week (as do most people I know) so I end up going to Sprouts since coming here during the week isn’t usually possible

So amazing, the staff and produce are so nice they really worked hard on this place and it paid off beautifully.

Had a birthday dinner here for my husband recently. It was the best! Allie was wonderful, let us make our own pizzas, and we had a great time celebrating! Love this place.

Love the Weekend Meal Kits!!

A wonderful and long needed addition to our neighborhood. The home made soups are fantastic! So far, Ive tried chicken tortellini, an awesome Italian wedding soup, and my favorite, carrot curry soup. Dont pass by the fresh fruits and veggies as you walk in!

I’m just visiting, but this is a super cute corner grocery. The produce is local, good quality, and great prices. Fresh brown eggs! I usually opt to shop local and highly recommend this grocery. Oh, and the dude working at the counter was super nice and chill!

Such a fantastic addition to Newbold/Point Breeze. I come here weekly for their sandwiches, bread, fruit and fresh baked goods (some sweet, some savory). The selection rotates often so there is something new each day or week. The sesame noodles, rye bread, ice cream, and soups are must-haves.

This place is actually pretty dope. The owners are really nice and the food is quality. While its worthwhile checking out all of the other local grocery stores, this place is a one stop shop for good staples.

Best granola in the world!!! And at a third of the price of the fancy granolas at Whole Foods. Other prepared foods are also delicious, and the staff is sweet.

Rowhouse Grocery brings a much needed amenity to the neighborhood. I affectionately call this place my bougie bodega. Its a small retail space, but it has some key fresh and healthy options: fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen, and fresh-made rotating daily entrees. I find myself stopping in often on weeknights when Im not up for cooking and I want something healthier and less expensive than delivery (or when Ive forgotten to pick up enough veggies from Acme-- thanks RHG!). Theres an impressive looking coffee bar situation as well, but I must admit I havent tried anything from that yet. Theres a small section of pantry goods, Ill also note that I think this section could use more stock and variety. On the whole, Im SO happy to have RHG in the neighborhood, I recommend this place to others, and Ill probably be there every week or so.
