Great experience. Clear entry & exits. Theres even a staff to clean the entry ways from time to time, which makes it pleasant and good for the customers.

It has an odd layout, but I was able to find everything I needed quickly. Check out was horrible, I went during the first of the month. I should have know better. Oh well you live and you learn.

I found some good markdown meats and deals around the store. Check out was a little confusing as there was one attendant at a bank of about 12 Self Serve registers. When I walked up to the second side to ring up, I didnt notice the line of people and was abruptly corrected to get in the back of the line by the store associate. Then, she wasnt paying attention to the availability of an open register and a passing customer had to alert me. Since I found some good deals, I gave it five stars.

Not good today, there was a elderly person in the store that clearly was experiencing a mental meltdown. Instead of trying to calm her down they let her stand in front end of the store and allow her to display all her anger. When I inquired about the situation I was told it wasnt their job to calm her down and that the cops are on their way..The security guard there was no better escalating the woman thoughts.. Mental health is real and serious. If we dont try to help each other and learn the triggers we not to be in the way.

Good place with good stuff, a major commodity to the community

This is another store that I like shopping at. Its spacious, well lit well stocked,just like fresh grocer. Salad Works is located in there as well as other food courts. Next time I stop in Ill take pictures, I keep forgetting to do so. Theres plenty of parking. And the are other businesses open in the plaza.

Did not have what I wanted but seemed to be well stocked no long wait in line mask required...

The wait was ridiculous for the line for the American Heritage Credit Union...They need to hire more well trained staff. But a positive came out of it I made someone laugh that really needed it because they were feeling down. The Churches of Christ salute you!

Pretty great ShopRite in my area, was my first time shopping here. Only removing a star for poor Beer and Wine section as well as some rude security guard loudly saying to “keep an eye on this guy” while pointing at me. Didn’t even make eye contact, just repeated it several times while pointing and calling out the lane I was in. Extremely rude for no reason. You’re grocery store security bud, chill out…

Its a decent place to shop. It can get really busy. But it rarely has one of my favorite ice creams...HG Butter Pecan.

The store is clean and pretty much well stocked. The checkouts are reasonably fast.The digital coupon kiosk is not working right now and when I was here a few days ago it didnt scan my price card. Over all a pleasant shopping experience.

A lot going on there, but was able to find what I set out to buy and avert what would have been a disastrous shopping cart crash. Also, nice to see reusable bags replacing plastic bags.

The ShopRite experience was so horrible and cashiers was so disrespectful. They was throwing the items and slamming down the food like they are paying for the groceries. Then complaining about how much the customers is buying . I think people who are cashiers they dont want to work. They always have attitude. Thats why I Shop at Fresh Grocer at Monument Its sad when people just dont care and have bad attitudes.

That shopRite is among my very favorite stores, its clean, its reasonable and the eye candy is second to NONE... What a pleasure shopping there.

On three separate occasions, I have went to Salad Works inside of Shoprite and was disappointed each time. The station is always a mess and the containers are never full. They are always out of something. I will let some time pass before I go there again. The staff is pleasant.

This Shop Rite located on Parkside. I really like this store, Ive havent been in this store for a while, problem with the crazies, but its all good. I had visited the dentist office and then went into Shop Rite with my son, who rushed me. I wanted the flatbread pizza, found a new brand in the frozen section. I got the general tso chicken with rice, my son got the lo mein with the general tso chicken, some milk and lemon pastries. My son enjoyed his food, mine was alright.

It was ok. The ladies bathroom was very horrible..but every thing else was good

Very crowded for a weekday. Parking lot was full also. The turkey wings were starting to brown. They had those scrumptious Mr. Browns sweet potato pies that knock Patti LaBelles out of the box!!! Dont take my word for it, try it yourself. Overall, I like Shoprite.

There is a Profound difference in the quality of meats from this ShopRite to the one in the Mayfair. Mostly all perishables are within a few days of expiration. I find this disgraceful. Cashiers ignorant on more than one occasion... I can not believe the difference in the quality of meats, even their deli salads are not half as good as the Mayfair Store... Why is This?

My eating experience was horrible. I ordered minestrone soup and as I was eating it, I bit down on some long plastic, it looked like they cut the bag of soup open and the top of the plastic fell in the soup. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she had the audacity to offer me another soup or salad. Hmm, isnt the soup and salad free? Its included w/meals. It would have been sufficient to take care of my meal not to keep offering me dessert. Well, I wont eat at the Springfield Olive Garden on Baltimore Pike again. Loss my taste for this place.

Representative in liquor department was very nice and quick.

I like the fact they have shrimp and whatever seafood I want when I go. I just dont like they run out of ribeye so quick. And theyre higher than Acme and Giant.

The deli section is extremely S-L-O-W. The store seemed to be short stocked on some things but on the plus side my cashier was very nice and quick and the store is clean.

This Shoprite location was looted for 15 hours straight. It’s beyond incredible how this Shoprite is still here today.

For as many people that shop here the market is small with limited product. They dont accept the cash app card and you wont find that out until all of your food has been rung up and bagged and they are waiting for payment. There should be a sign at the front door where it says to wear a mask alerting the customer that cash app is not accepted and then again in the begining of the cashier line. It is posted at all the registers but next to where you have to pay. I personally had to get out of line walk all the way to the front of the store just to use the atm where there was a line. That meant the people behind me had to wait. I dont frequent this market often but was told this rule has been in place for some time. New comers would appreciate it if the signs were posted at the door and in the beginning of the cashier aisle as to avoid more wait time for themselves and the customers behind them waiting.

UPDATED to 2 Stars:Called the store four times today to connect to the seafood department. The first time at 12:49pm, I was on hold for 7 minutes so I hung up and called back. The second time I called, it went straight to elevator music and I waited 3 minutes. The 3rd time I called at 12:59pm, I was put on hold for 3 minutes. The fourth time I called at 1:04pm, I was placed on hold again after asking to speak to a store manager. and was on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up. It was a total waste of time.Visited 11/13/2020. I have been shopping here for years and its arguably the best grocery store in West Philly. The store is large. The produce, seafood and meat departments are huge and well stocked with really fresh product. Its a busy store. It is a large store with wide aisles, and plenty of checkout lanes. Price are reasonable and there are great deals on their weekly sales. Worth the 10 minute drive from University City.

Clean, well stocked. Try your best to avoid weekends.... extremely crowded. One thing I always look for in any establishment, is the ease of getting assistance, if needed. So far I give this particular location a thumbs up. I actually had one brother walk with me until we found the item. Remember, these people are frontline workers.. heroes...in my book. And they deserve all the thanks in the world. Way to go guys!✊🏿

I visit this ShopRite location every now and then due to location and my bank is inside. There are pros and cons at this ShopRite I would like to share with you.First of all its always busy so going early or late is your best option to get in and out. They added two additional quick checkouts by salad works and the wine section. During the pandemic they were good at wiping carts down. However they have stopped wiping carts down and I still think carts need to be cleaned until we find out more about the new Covid variants that are highly contagious. The juice tax is a bummer and to expensive so I dont buy my juice in Philadelphia the markets just a town over the city line ave line like merion, pa, Havertown, pa seem to have lower prices on juice at there markets so I stock up over there. The vegetable section never really is full I took a picture of one vegetable section because it was so lovely and I rarely see such a great presentation of there vegetables. The deli section is super slow I just dont even bother. I stop buying seafood from ShopRite because its just not fresh Whole foods has better quality fresh seafood and ShopRite frozen seafood is pricey so I go to Aldi for frozen seafood . As a matter of fact most of there frozen food is expensive especially the brand Perdue Walmart sells Perdue products for way cheaperThe meat department is o.k I buy ground beef thereat a good price. They dont have much vegan options if your looking for meat alternatives or any grass feed products .They have milk alternatives like almond milk and yogurt . The bread is pricey compared to Aldi because Aldi charges 57 cents for wheat bread ShopRite lowest price on bread is $2.49 cent so Aldi spolied me Walmart bread is cheap too .ShopRite bakery department is great . The cakes are very delicious and are home made. There trash bags are very competitive with other stores and have sales so I buy my trash bags there often. They sell cool items like the rap and snacks I love looking at the photos of rappers on the bag .I never buy them but there fun to look at.

Its an okay Market I find most of what I need there

I love Shoprite, but this store was terrible. Just newly re-opened and remodeled because of civil unrest, this store looks great, well stocked, clean but was very crowded with not much social distancing. The problem is that I waited forever (about a 1/2 hour) to be checked out. The check out lines were down the aisles! Eventually more staff was added and lanes opened but why on a Saturday afternoon would they not have more lanes opened is beyond me. Mr. Browns stores are usually very nice and maybe this was a down day but my experience was not good at all.

It was completely selfish and a greedy move to close the 68street shop rite over sugar tax! You made it difficult to purchase food the same way, especially for the elderly and disabled that live in the area are forced to make purchases out of necessity. Shoprite was awesome and now with Golden Farms as its replacement, the prices are ridiculously over priced!It used to be packed and now its like a ghost town in there.

I always have a great shopping experience at shoprite because they go far and beyond to make it so,,,, Thank You ShopRite.

Walking into this grocery store reminds me of walking into a Wegmans. This store is one of the nicest grocery stores I have ever been in. The staff is super friendly and the prices are amazing given that it is a ShopRite.There is a Credit Union instead of a bank, so if you belong to any credit union the ATMs are fee free. This store even has a Salad Works. I will definitely be going back.

Shoprite of Parkside Avenue in Philadelphia is one of the best well kept,organized and well stocked with excellent staff Ive ever seen in my life.This location is always beautifully lighted with displays that will brighten your eyes and want to shop.

Out of all other stores that I have to use a shopping cart,this the only supermarket, since the COVID 😷 that has someone at the door to actually wipe off your cart with disinfectant. So now when I go in other markets ie. family Dollar, Dollar general, Acme & any store whereas I have to use a shopping cart some have the paper towel & spray bottle there waiting so you can do it yourself, others I ask about disinfectant so I can wipe my cart off myself. Yes.. this particular ShopRite always have some happy young fellow greet you at the door to do this .So whomever is supervising this particular ShopRite store is creating a certain atmosphere because most of the staff are courteous & very customer friendly☺️ that means a whole lot! thank you ShopRite. 🛒

Browns has the best quality of meats. A little pricey, but you can catch their sales😉 its worth it. I love the cleaness of both stores😊
