This is one of my favorite small businesses in Philly ~ it is always a joy to browse such a gorgeous space with beautiful & intentionally chosen items ~ everyone I’ve interacted with is so kind & inviting & it truly makes a wonderful experience

I’ve never been to the Moon + Arrow boutique in Philadelphia (as I live thousands of miles away out of state) but I ordered something online from their site and just need to tell everyone how wonderful this place is. First off, that was the fastest shipping ever. Obviously, with shipping, a lot of this depends on the postal service but the shop must’ve sent the item immediately and I really appreciate the effort involved in that. I would’ve been impressed with that alone, but when I opened the box, the shop surprised me with a beautifully gift wrapped item, complete with the detail of a pretty feather. I seriously felt the exceptional customer service through how nicely and beautifully everything was packaged. I didn’t even request gift wrap. They took it upon themselves to go above and beyond and add in those pretty details “just because”. I have a feeling if I visited the actual store, I’d be met with great customer service and kindness. Thanks for making my night, Moon + Arrow. ☺️ Everyone shop here! Support a great small business!

They have such a wonderful store for all things beautiful and comfortable.My partner and I got some chocolate, Morito, and spend a good 30 mins smelling all of their different fragrances. The ladies behind the counter (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names!) were lovely and super helpful.Favorite store to go into and snatch some sweet gifts for friends and family!

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful when I was in the store. Then Emily and Bridget were extremely helpful communicating with me over email to send pictures and help me find what I was looking for. Very accommodating and I really appreciate the level of customer service I received.

Was in to purchase holiday stuff on 12/24/20. Purchased $323 worth of product from the store. When I went to return a coffee mug FOR STORE CREDIT that retailed for $30 I was told returns were not accepted for items purchased before Christmas after 1/7/21. Of the 12 available days to return anything the store was closed for 4 of them and had limited hours during the rest of the week. I understand no cash refunds but the “tough luck” response from a local business just seems like the inverse of why I like to shop small. :/I understand it is a hard time right now but sadly this lack of any type of customer service is not appealing. It took just as much time to drive here to return this item for store credit as it does to spend money each time I come. I truly hope someone sees this and rectifies this situation so I can continue confidently shopping small.EDIT: moon and arrow reached out and did refund me for this item via a gift card. Wanted to pop in to rave about how kind the Moon and Arrow staff always are! I honestly love walking into this shop, not only for their ridiculously amazing curated selection, but also for their staff. They are always extremely welcoming and make my experience so enjoyable. To anyone that believes otherwise (cough matthics), they are obviously just a rude human being with no decency to comply by obvious rules in place. M+A will forever be my favorite spot to shop in Philly!

Re: the last guy to post his one star review. he failed to mention that the gift had already been opened and that he also SLAMMED the door when he left like a petulant child. moon + arrow is a treasure of phildelphia, unlike that man. it’s my pleasure every time i stop into the shop and everyone takes his review with the largest grain of salt ever. if you look at his reviews he loves to give 1 star, and describes places as “sketchy” (coded language). if anything his review makes me want to shop there more. long live m+a.

Moon and Arrow recently opened in Queen Village, with a very pretty rustic without kitsch kind of vibe. Its hard to categorize, but its a mixture of some art pieces, lots of cool vintage finds, and some great vintage clothing on the side.Its a nice large space to browse and find something interesting -- kind of if Era Atomica were a lot bigger and broader in scope. Its really quite beautiful, and the window display is very inviting. Definitely worth a stroll inside.The staff were very nice when I was searching for a random thing (a candlestick holder) and so many of the things in there were intriguing, and would probably make great gifts.

So many beautiful things.... and great staff. Im travelling, and found a 2oz aromatherapy room spray and some PJs to take with me. I think I could do all my holiday shopping here... Jewelry, vintage clothing, useful handmade items for the home, all beautiful one of a kind items. What a find.

This store is wonderful! Unique and interesting gifts for the home and a perfect place to find a great last-minute hostess or b-day gift. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. A perfect (much needed) addition to 4th St.
