Shipping personnel don’t care about your time, quote on of their workers “I’m payed by the hours why should I rush”, at the end spent 4h to get 3 pieces what a joke!My experience wasn’t one of the best, I wish for whoever decide to pick some of their bad quality products lot of patients and nerves!
No overnight parking, tight area to get to but the people are professional.

I called for service and was told I had to send an email. I sent an email and waited two weeks. Sent a follow up email and waited a week. Called when I didnt get an answer and was transferred to a voicemail so I left a message. Four business days later I still havent heard a single word from the company. Its absolutely astounding that they will sell you a baler then apparently have zero interest in servicing it or even responding to inquiries.
Worst customer service. I had a tech come out to give quotes on a new and rebuilt baler. I had to request the quote every week for over a month and only when I told them I was going somewhere else they finally sent the quote. Now I need service again on my baler and I cant get the service dept. to return an email or call. Horrible customer service, I dont know how they stay in business.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with, I work with vendors every single day through my company and this one was the worst one I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude customer service department, will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

I never worked there but their HR despite repeated request on my part regarding the Laborer vacancy never showed the courtesy of a response.
