Very pleasant, clean store. Wonderful staff. I went in with a problem I had with a purchase & the staff was very helpful & patient with me. Also very informative on the products I had interest in.

Normal selection, but I felt like the staff was breathing down my neck the whole time. This place probably loses more money in potential repeat customers than they do actual theft. I read reviews that mentioned their employees act like that. Then I went, then they did. If you go, just ask them for what youre looking for specifically, and dont waste time perusing, it wont be fun.

Love this shop! Everytime I go in, the staff give me great recommendations. I have genuinely loved everything I have bought from here. Its quality and it sexy, cant go wrong. This is a great shop to visit if you are nervous or a first timer because the staff is so easy to talk to and will listen to your needs to help you find the right thing. They are very informative and educated, and it shows.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! All were knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience totally free of awkwardness. The shop seems a little small when you walk in, but theres a lot packed into that space, and they only stock vetted products -- they really do have everything youd want.

I came to Pleasure Chest looking for advice on a hitachi magic wand. The staff and the manager or owner (Im not sure which) were absolutely brilliant and extremely well-informed. Really lovely and professional at the same time - put me right at ease. Great place

Went in today after a trip to the mutter museum just to browse and ended up leaving with a new crop. They have a small but very nice selection of higher end bdsm related toys instead of the chintzy stuff you typically find in adult stores. All the young ladies were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Its the staff that makes this place. Do they have something for everyone? Yes definitely. ...but most importantly, a supportive, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental staff. I cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

Didnt try and make uncomfortable small talk, were very friendly - enough I didnt feel awkward being there despite.. Ya know, what I was there for. Had a sizeable inventory and prices were reasonable. You could probably find better prices online, but sometimes you dont wanna wait 3 to 5 business days and getting to actually see the products makes it worth it in my opinion.Great playlist of music as well.

Every two years I come from Las Vegas and try and make a visit to the store simply to shop for Christmas cards . There was a time when I would patronize The Pleasure Chest in West Hollywood for my cards, through the years they seem to have fallen by the wayside . Don’t get me wrong they do have the best sex toys in the whole of the United States they just have crappy cards. Plus while in Philly I can get Wawa coffee and risqué cards.I’d also like to commend the manager of the store she has always been very gracious and helpful, plus has the cutest little dog.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
