Blew the motor in my R6 and called A&J when they had one listed. Anthony was extremely helpful and helped ease my concerns after I had tried to buy a motor from a different salvage yard which didnt work out. Luckily I live 2 hours away from them in Philly and could drive up and get it. Its now installed and working perfectly, I will be calling A&J for all of my parts needs moving forward! Thanks again to Anthony and helping me get my bike back up and running.

First I’d like to say these people came from the parts gods I have been trying often on for six months to find an oil cooler for my 900 GPZ just so happen to find them on the Internet left them a message and they were quick to respond had it within four days and couldn’t be happier with my purchase it was just what they said it was gonna be couldn’t believe it I have two oil colors that I’ve purchased off line and they all had cracks on the inlets this one was perfect if you need a part you need to call them extremely professional and fast and prices were very reasonable I gave them all five stars thank you👍🏼

This chop shop like looking place was not anything that I would have expected. They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No workers were wearing a mask. This chop shop like looking place kicked all us out, without a polite greeting asking “who was the buyer”. (Racial profiling?) I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!.GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

PRE REVIEW: I found these guys online as I needed a rear wheel for my R1 in 4 days. (My wheel was damaged by a mini boulder in the road on Monday and I have a Track Day in another state on Sunday). I called, they searched and called me back within 20 minutes!(Dont see that much these days!) John was very friendly...told me my wheel would arrive by Thursday! AWESOME! I will follow up once I receive my wheel.....POST REVIEW: These guys are awesome. My wheel arrived on time and was as straight as an arrow. They did what they said and shipped what they promised...even went above and beyond by sending me a wheel that matched my damaged one.

Even though I was only looking for a $30 bracket over the phone, Anthony took plenty of time with me, was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. FAST shipping. I had the bracket in 2 days. The right part at the right price.

Definitely stay away! Just visited this shop for the first time because my son wanted some parts for his bike quickly. We went into the office and had some good conversation with the counter guys. However, I pulled out my phone to compare prices to online to see if we were getting a good deal and the manager (or owner) immediately and aggressively berated me. He angrily and aggressively said that no phone or electronics were allowed in his shop. I asked why and he said because of what you just did as if I committed a crime. We exchanged some disagreeable words and he told me not to come back. I certainly have no plans on it and hope that I can save some others from the incredibly poor, indifferent and aggressive personality from this guy. By the way, we could have purchased the same items online much cheaper. Many more options available at a lower price. My son really wanted the parts today so against my principles we sadly bought them. Honestly, the single worst shop that Ive ever done business with and thats no exaggeration. Dont go or call if you have any reasonable expectations of customer service. To be fair, counter guys were okay. Owner or manager should stay in the back office and away from dealing with people. Bad business.

Visited here for the first time September 8th to find a radiator fan for my cruiser. All three guys that I talked to were really cool. Found the parts I needed and even let me pick a few parts offer a salvage bike in the back. They were unable to bench test the fan before I left, but they did offer a five day return if was inoperative. (Fan worked fine when I tested it.) Definitely call ahead and ask for what you need. Recommended and will be back!

Amazing place and great service

Been trying to find a engine for my 600rr and they kept telling me they had one but wouldnt get back to me on when i could pick it up. Finally i called and was upset then dude told me i couldnt pick it up. Very upsetting when u have ur first track day planned and a place like this ruins ur plans. Id rather play duck duck goose with motors off ebay then ever give this place my money. Its ashame too cause this was a highly recommended place from my personal mechanic. Company doesn’t even realize how much money they just lost losing me as a customer.

Ive done business with A&J previously and will refer others to their business. However, they are a hard sell with no give. Tried to purchase a pair of used rectifier/regulators for my motorcycle and countered $30 bucks less than what they wanted. I really wanted to be fair but they forced me to pass and buy the same part with a better return policy from Ebay for $118 less and free shipping. Competition is a great thing!

Called for parts on a 88 Honda Hurricane CBR1000F and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was told the part would be ready on a certain day and it was and part was immaculate and works well. Thanks A&J!!! Ill definitely be back for more parts

I was looking for a rim and decided to call. They took my name an number so they could call me back about what they had in stock. Took them 15-20 minutes to call me back with all the information about what they had. The staff was extremely friendly and knew their stuff.Thanks again guys for all your help!

Everybody there is very knowledgable about bikes and parts. I went in there to get foot pegs for my bike and I was in and out. Paid a fraction of what I would have if I went to the stealership or online. I was helped by Joe who was friendly, fast, and very helpful. They have a huge selection of new and used parts. I work recommended calling here before any other if you need any part for you bike. I will definitely have these guys at the top of my list for parts.

Affordable motorcycle parts

I am from NJIT and they helped my Formula SAE by having correct engine. Also, dealing with the paperwork that comes with dealing with a public school. Engine was ready in 2 days to pick up. Very pleased.

Depending on who you deal with, staff can be a little rude, but they know their stuff. Suggest calling first incase the part you need isnt easily got to, they have alot of parts. 50/50 they call you back if its not a big ticket item, salvage bike prices seem a little high but ive never tried negotiating.

I ve been riding for over 10 years professionally for 4 in business repairing for well over 10 years now they sold me a set of carburetors with a broken throttle cable ear unable to tell how severe it was from the pictures supplied and according to their own used part policy they were Guaranteed good and to operate upon installation. Which when received there was no way these could be made functional with some sort of jerry rigging sorry not what i do at my shop. and for almost 400.00 not what i expected and then to look into the set further there was 2 bent needles and a damaged diaphragm even installed they would of been problematic. So i figured being what i thought was a respectable parts dealer i could call and be heard i was read the riot act told to message through ebay and then hung up on. This has been going on for days i offered a restocking fee and shipping covered to no avail but accusations of buyers remorse or being accused of various other things. They have been given till the 8th to resolve before buyer protection steps in if this gets resolved i will update this review but at this point Go to the next seller avoid this place at all cost i know i will.

I tried to purchase parts over the phone and haggle a discount . I was soundly lambasted by the manager . I called back to cancel the same order an hour later and got this same manager who was upset . All this happened on a friday. On tuesday I call about my refund and the gentleman I get, tells me to wait for a call from accounting . On wednesday I place a call inquiring .once again, about my refund and I get the same manager as on friday, telling me how he is trying to figure out a way to charge me something, anything rather than give me my refund because I didnt sign any papers . . He told me he was going to make me work to get my money back and I informed him I was going to write him a review . The facts speak for themselves in my humble opinion. . Why would you do business with someone like that .His service is the worst . My bank is handling the issue . Terrible person and a bully too!!
