Dwayne called me to give me the diagnosis and I referred him to my warranty company. He never called my warranty company. He was only interested in me paying cash. I called the following morning started at 9ish and was not able to get him until 12:30 pm. At this point, I just wanted to pick up my vehicle because I had contacted my warranty company and they had not heard from him. When I went to picked up my vehicle after I paid the diagnosis fee, I had to walk around the entire lot twice and was unable to locate my vehicle. I think this was done on purpose. I was there over an hour and Dwayne said he did not know where it was parked. A technician finally found it parked with the vehicles that were for sale. It was parked so far away from the service entrance that my remote did not work.
My appointment for my car was great. The service was great and fast. I will go back for many services.
I was a faithful customer, but not until recently I was deceived out my money, I went to get my breaks changed, and I was told one price, and when I go pick up my vehicle, I wind up paying more than I was originally suppose to pay.Not only that, the sales person who helped me called me to say my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and when I get there he wasn’t even there, and the person I had to pay to get my vehicle was highly disrespectful, telling me he can’t give me my keys to get my car, until I pay what’s on the paper, I’m trying to explain to him that I don’t have that amount because that wasn’t the price that was told to me, and I was with my two babies and I’m asking him how am I supporting get back home? He’s like he don’t know, telling me to ask a sales person.Everyone was acting all oblivious because no one wanted to help me, I’m asking is there someone that they can call to resolve this matter, and all they can tell me was everyone is gone and it’s nothing they can do about telling me why my price to pay for my breaks is almost 200$ more that wasn’t discussed with me upon leaving to go home and wait until my vehicle was done.They showed their true colors that day, very Inconsiderate and unprofessional I even called the next day to speak to the salesman who helped me, and they said he wasn’t in there and nobody could help me and tell me why I had to pay more than what I was originally supposed to pay for my brakes to get fixed. I’ll be taking my bus some place else. These people don’t care about nothing but the money, as long as they make a sale they’re happy.
I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa this week and it was the quickest car buying experience I have ever had. Financing was easy, and my trade in (though I got a bit less for it than anticipated, was an easy process). The sales team was courteous and professional. Everyone went above and beyond (during a pandemic, no less) to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
Such great experience with them. I was able to get a brand new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. They were so welcoming and were able to answer all our questions. Great time

Customer service & communication lacks at this location. Dropped my car off on a Friday. Due to the holiday I was advised that the part would be in Tuesday. Granted its the holiday weekend and I didnt have an appointment,I wasnt expecting a quick turnaround. Reached out on Tuesday for an update via text at 11am, no response. Called and left a message at 1pm, no response . Called at 3:15pm got a response, but no answer on the update about my car . A nice courtesy call/text would have been great so that I can make arrangements for transportation. Im going on day 4 without a car and 2 days of missed work.
After paying $160.00 for HALF diagnosing issues with my vehicle, I had to go back the next day, demand diagnostic COMPLETION, spend ample hours again waiting for technician availability to my dismay for a completed diagnosis of my vehicle’s issues. I requested an appointment for diagnostics. I arrived and the service agent alerted me that the SCHEDULER scheduled for state inspection. I never requested such. My inspection doesn’t expire until 2022. The technician made me feel as if I was being rushed and hurried when trying to give an explanation of the issues that I was experiencing with my car. Understanding that the service department can be very busy with several things, I feel that I was not valued as a customer. I’ve visited CHAPMAN NISSAN for service many times before & received great service & consumer respect. Recently, there has been a large exchange of new employees within the service department that has not given me a great experience as the former staff. So, after the diagnostic was finally completed I took my business elsewhere to get repairs done where I was respected, as well as premium, quality repairs.

I was absolutely floored by the service and the technology. I loved the video that I received via text and I loved how I received a text that showed me work that I previously agreed upon for servicing and then suggested servicing for new issues identified. While my goal in life is to never purchase a brand new car, I certainly would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase new and I will get more servicing done here.
Let’s talk about customer service, before you take my review into a count, just have some go to the service department and walk in and then time how long it takes for someone to acknowledge you. A simple “hi, I will be with you shortly” that’s all it takes, you don’t even have to look up from the computer to say that!This is not the first time I have been here and I received the same bad service previously. The only reason why I chose to go here is because it was 5min from where we were located. But because of customer service a lone, I’d radther drive 30min and pay toll just receive better service. Not only is customer service bad but online sales department as well. DO NOT have online sales manager if they make u come in to receive a quote, what is the sense of “online” when you can’t do it “online”

I really enjoyed the update through video it gave me a sense of reassurance that my vehicle was being taken care of. The constant updating was great I didn’t have to call and ask how’s my vehicle doing or when will my vehicle be ready. I will come back again and again. For now on this will be my Nissan dealer
While the mechanics were competent and replaced the engine parts that were broken and the recalled parts just fine, the communication from Chapman at all points was mediocre at best. The one thing I DID like was the video summary they provided of what was wrong (although they said my brake rotors were dry rotted…. metal can’t dry rot??) The first person I spoke to had no compassion even though I was visibly stressed and upset, and it went downhill from there. I left my vehicle there for a couple days to decide what to do, and when I did make a decision I used their online form to approve part of the recommended repairs. I called the next day at 4 (they’re open until 6) and left a voicemail that was never returned. I called the day after that, and was informed that the online approval was sent to the wrong person and that the voicemail system doesn’t work. And then on top of that the parts had to be ordered and would take 2-3 days to get there. When I called 2-3 days later, I spoke to the person I’d been working with, who said she’d talk to a mechanic and call me back right away. 2 hours later she hadn’t called me back.So. The parts of my engine that the mechanics fixed are working now! But I’m never going back.
When I arrived I was greeted at my car. I didnt have to give my name, the Service Advisor remembered me. It was a nice experience.

If you drop off your 1 year old vehicle for routine service (oil change and inspection) be prepared for it to take all day. I was told that this was a 3 to 4 hour process, but after dropping my vehicle off at 8:30 it was not ready until 5:15. Why? Because I was bumped. Why, because this office is not managed well. The routine service was done, but this could have been done at any garage for 1/4 of the time. Go to your local garage unless you have to go to the dealer

Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy as I did it online. Checking in once I arrived was quick and painless. I had been going to Firestone for years and recently had many issues with a new Firestone location and had been trying for over a month to just get a simple oil change. Nissan did more than what I needed and I will come again. Service was truly top notch.

The service that I received was not up to par. I arrived at 7:30 for my 8:00 appointment. My vehicle was pulled in and I was told it would take about a hour to diagnose the problem with why my power steering was leaking. So I went home. Well to sum it up it had to keep texting to find out about my vehicle only to find out that once they diagnosed the problem 8 hours later that all of a sudden now they dont even accept the warranty company that I am with any more. They really expected me to pay them 1,300.00 to correct a so called power steering pump leak. So I wasted a whole day for nothing. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they said that it was a loose bolt on the power steering pump. They tightened it and I have not had a problem since. It sure didnt cost me 1,300.00. I am very disappointed in the service from Chapman Nissan. I will not be going back there.
They were supposed to have my car a few hours to fix the recalls. They ended up keeping my car over night no one called to inform me that they were keeping it. Major inconvenience. I called to talk to the covering manager he never followed up. Then they couldn’t find my paperwork to show me what services were done on my car. I will take my car to another Nissan dealer.

My experience was fairly dreadful. Although the service manager was friendly, the level of communication and actual service provided by Nissan was terrible. My car was Inspected on a Monday, I asked them to complete a drive belt replacement on. Tuesday. I heard 0 communication from Nissan team on Wednesday or Thursday (after leaving a voicemail both days). On Friday I was assured twice that the work would be completed by the time I picked my car up on Saturday at 10:00 am. Arrived at 10:20 on Saturday to the work not even have began. I do not plan on ever returning.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The waiting room is always clean and inviting. I also enjoyed the free coffee, thank you. My wait time for the work wasn’t as long as I thought it might take. I like Chapman Nissan. They were highly recommended by a co-worker and I have not been disappointed.
Had a great experience and drove away in a brand new vehicle, at a good interest rate by way of a nice salesman. Would definitely recommend!
THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT (Andy and the manager Marc are both extremely rude, I went to drop my car off like I was told to do and Andy acted like I was bothering him. Marc wants to tell me that they just fired 2 people like that has anything to do with the customer service I received. I spoke to a Kelly(She was very nice and willing to assist). From start to finish it was a bad experience, when my lease is up, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO CHAPMAN..
Everything went in a timely fashion from scheduling my appointment online to the completed work. Was greatly impressed with the updates via text from the service advisor. Finally the video from the auto technician on the work needed on my car was unbelievable. In the past you had to depend on the word of the technician and advisor. Keep up the good work
I feel like your service department doesnt hire enough advisors. I was waiting for phone call to get the updates or status of my car tire replacement and I had to call in myself to know whats going on with my car. Later on, I found out that the tech doesnt have enough time to replace both of my front tires, so I had to leave my Nissan Rogue there overnight and pick up the next day.
The gentleman in the office at the front desk was very courteous very humble very nice got me in got me out and was a very nice dude like myself I gave him an A for customer service
I must say the only consistent issue I keep having with Chapman Nissan is the phones not being answered and leaving a voicemail IS NOT a wise idea as those call are NEVER returned the techs do VERY good work

They wait to check my car in was very long. There were only two advisors available. I went for an oil change and had my fob battery replaced at the techs suggestion. When I went to pick up my vehicle the newly replaced fob battery did not work. I was unable to open my car door. I had to go back inside so they could replace it with another battery. Clearly the ax was not completed to ensure this fob worked. Overall I pleased with the service. Unfortunate since I purchased my vehicle there and my sales rep was great.
Service was excellent. Service Attendant was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The free expresso and free internet was appreciated too. I called Friday evening about a undercarriage splash guard is dragging under my suv so Chapman said bring it in Saturday am. I got there and sat in waiting area then was told my car was ready. In and Out productions under and hour Great service.
I wrote an extensive letter on one of the many advertisements that I get from Nissan. I was not showing a video I had no coolant or oil in my car when I got it back. Nissan said that automatically it was my engine that was blown ($9,100) and that I need a new one. The engine is fine and its probably emissions and possibly a tension belt that I need because of the car still not starting. Nissan had my car for almost 2 weeks misdiagnosed and the mechanics had no patience to try to figure out why my car wasnt starting. Also I have no idea if the computer floorboarding was put in because of not seeing a video. The last 3 times I bought it in Chapman I wasnt given a video. Theres really no excuse why my car wasnt serviced in 2 weeks. Either no fluids were put in on purpose or it was negligence. Nissan was my choice pick for buying a car and now I regret that I dont recommend Chapman Nissan.
Truly appreciated the quick communications from my Tech and Advisor. The walk through video was very helpful as well as the Tech narrated his assessments. Only improvement needed at Chapman is to have the Scheduling Department inform customers on the initial call that all Diagnostics fees are paid UP FRONT...thats not the usual and can be quite the surprise when your just dropping off.
My appointment was for 11 o’clock; I arrived at 10:36 The intake person was respectful and courteous. I didn’t realize it until the last minute, that the state had not mailed me my application for my owners card, One of the representatives, Kelly, assisted me in doing it online. As I waited in the waiting room, I was texted a video of the service that they were performing on my Vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me at around 12 O’clock. I had anticipated a longer wait, so I Only had enough time to finish just one chapter of my book.

I was extremely impressed, as usual, with Chapman’s commitment to excellence! Shortly after entering the waiting area, I received a video clip of my car being evaluated for my annual inspection and the need for me to replace my rear, driver side brake light. I was then sent an acknowledgment statement and the ability to authorize the work to be completed. I thought that the process was wonderful in light of the pandemic and the necessity to be socially distant. Upon completion of the work, Madelynne met me at the check-out counter and graciously thanked me for my patronage and my car was parked within the car port for an easy exit. Once again, I enjoyed my Chapman experience. Thank you!!!!!
My visit at Chapman Nissan was a great first time experience. There was no doubt in my mind about rather my car was properly serviced because upon completion they sent me a video of the whole inspection. I was very excited and I felt like family sitting in the waiting area having access to charge stations, coffee and snacks. The Andys customer service was exceptional and I look forward to my next visit.

Had an awful experience while searching for a new Nissan. I found a Nissan altima that I wanted and I confirmed with this dealership that they have it available for me to see and possibly buy. They sent me an email with the car details and confirmed twice on the phone. I went to the location after canceling my meetings and was told that they do not have that car at all. The manager gave me an up charged quote- not what they had emailed me and what the marked price of the car was online. He also did not guarantee when the car would be available. I found him and the rest of the staff persistent, rude and somewhat obnoxious. I ended up buying my car that same day at a different dealership, about $2000 less than what they were offering, and got great service. I would suggest take your business elsewhere to save yourself a headache.
Absolutely terrible! I am a long time Nissan owner and loyal customer. It took me a month to actually speak to someone after purchasing a used vehicle that I felt had an issue. At the time of my appointment the General Sales Manager, Chris Casey treated me as if I was a bother and tried to intimidate me with his tone, in front of other Nissan employees, which was unnecessary and unacceptable. I can only assume that it was because I was a woman and he had no intention of helping me. There was in fact a problem with the vehicle, which was taken care of by the service department who were extremely helpful. But only half of my concerns were addressed. I’m appalled by the way I was spoken to and treated.
They got me in fast when I scheduled my appointment on the wrong day. They also took care of a dent on my fender that was causing my door to get stuck free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with the service department. Staff were friendly, the center was clean, and the wait was not too long considering there were other patrons. I also like that they text you a link to communicate the status/results of your inspection. This is definitely an upgrade from other Nissan Dealerships I’ve conducted business with.

Service was great I got a deal on all 4 tires bought 4th one for1.00 excellent oil change is cheap best oil and air filter for cars not like other cheap ones that allows dirt and particles to get in your engine. You can also purchase parts and put them on yourself or just buy to get a certified mechanic to put on for you or choose Nissan Chapman. Had my car 3 years still going strong. Chris and the rest of the team at Chapman will take care of your car or purchasing a car.
This dealership is creeping n crawling w bad vibes and then they added a 2500 markup on top of sticker price lol we left and bought the car below sticker somewhere else. Stay away from here dont waste your time
I rarely write reviews but our experience at Chapman Nissan was such a pleasant surprise that it definitely deserves mention. My wife and I arrived at the dealership without a firm idea of what we were looking for. Brian was extremely patient with us and worked diligently to help us understand what our options were. The end result was we rolled out of there in a vehicle that was an ideal fit for our needs and budget. Brian even followed up with a call a few days later to make sure we were happy with our choice. All in all, it was a great car buying experience.

Needed tires for my Murano and the dealership where I bought the car wanted $250 per tire. I shopped the exact tire model because of the warranty and was able to order them through Chapman for $212 per tire. My appt was 930 am and I was out of there by 11 am. This is the worst dealership ever. Refused to replace my washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dealership stating that its was to their discretion. I always bought 1-2 year old cars still under manufacturer warranty and never had to deal with situations like that. Lousy customer service !
Tawny was awesome. She allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as I needed to inorder to find the vehicle I was most comfortable with. She also went above and beyond and got me answers from my insurance company that I wasnt able to get without her.Shes the best 😊. Id recommend her to anyone.
Because of my life, keeping a schedule is very important to me. Chapman kept to the schedule it provided to me and I am very grateful for that! From my conversation on the phone until the point where I picked up car was done with great professionalism and great care.I arrived on time and was served on time. I was told it would take two hours and they provided a lift for me to get home. I was told my car would be ready at noon and I was provided a video going over what was needed to be done and shown the paperwork during the video. I was then asked if I needed to ride back and within two minutes I was told my ride would be there to bring me to the dealership....and it was. I am thankful for good service right now in 2021 when so much is going wrong,
Everything was great, the person that took care of me was very attentive.The only one problem is the repair price,$220.00 to replace a serpentine belt that costs $20.00 and I changed in 20 minutes.

I always have a great experience when I take my Nissan Altima to Chapman Nissan for service. This last time was no exception. The young lady who waited on me was pleasant, and kept me updated about my car as I waited. She even sent me a video of the mechanic assessing my car. Even though I wasn’t expecting to have more work done beyond the oil change that I initially went there for, she worked hard to find me a discount that could reduce the charge. So I brought an 2017 Nissan Maxima on January 19th 2021 I have been having problems with this vehicle since purchasing it! I am so annoyed by having to keep coming back and forth to this dealership. I’ve had a rental car for days at a time. There is no reason why a certified car should be having so many issues. From the check engine light to now they are asking me to bring it in again to check the transmission??😩😩 . I need help and answers. I have been telling them I hear this noise since the first time I brought the car in to get looked at!! Someone pint me in the right direction why am I paying for a vehicle that in the shop more than on the road😩😩
They did a great job on my car the only problem I had they had no cashier to check me out after 5 o’clock I believe this could be worked out to offset and employee to come in later to stay and check our customers through 8pmThank you and everything worked out I had the general manager check me out
I had a key copied and programmed to my truck. They did the job quickly and key works well. It was not a cheap job but it was comparable to others, they had the proper one in stock and I would rather pay for a certified Nissan part

This location is terrible and poorly operated. Each time I have an appointment I am sitting in a line in my vehicle for 30 minutes + just to get checked it. I would not recommend coming to this place.
Called asking when I could bring my car in the girl working the service phone said not until the 25th i go okay well that doesnt help…she completely ignores me and starts having side conversation with someone else, useless and rude lol
Service was completed within the quoted estimated wait time and they were able to accommodate me over an hour before my scheduled appointment. There was no all point inspection as I thought they did every visit

I recently purchased a used vehicle and it came with a money-back warranty. I wanted to get it checked by a certified mechanic. So I brought my new-to-me Nissan to Chapman. I scheduled the service for the first time slot in the morning. I was immediately greeted by Frank DAmico. I told Frank what I needed done. He recommended that I get the basic service done since I was in the middle of two recommended service points. I reviewed the Carfax report and did not find conclusive evidence of the previous service being done, so I opted to do that service instead as it was more thorough. Frank explained clearly what was included and also addressed my concerns about CVT and the transmission oil change. I chose to wait for the service to be done. They had really good internet in the waiting area, and plenty of other amenities, I was masked and so weere other customers (and all staff). I worked on my email and got the car back in 2.5 hours, just 30 minutes more than the initial estimate. Everything was handled very well. The good reviews are well-earned.
As always service was excellent. Service guys were on point, when I arrived my tires were in stock as promised and my car was done shortly after noon earlier than expected.
I went in for my key fob. Stopped working had to unlock car manually. They got me in and out for a reprogram/ new key fob and service was great.
