We had an amazing experience at the Pburg location thanks to the sales manager Al! Shortly after the birth of our first child our mattress completely broke down and we were in need of a mattress very quickly! This was very anxiety provoking because we are very cautious about going into stores, especially with the baby!We immediately felt safe in the store, as Al ensures everything is sanitized and employees are masked. I have a bad back and have not slept well in years and was doubtful about finding a mattress that would actually help me. Al was wonderful! He took his time helping us try various mattresses and never pressured us into making a decision. It’s clear that he really cares about people and wants to help improve lives by helping people sleep better! He hands down has improved our sleep quality and my back has actually been improving! And this is saying a lot because we have never gotten up so much at night before because of the baby!All around we have had an incredible experience with Al! He has checked on us a few times since getting our mattress, which is really amazing! He has gone above and beyond to make our experience excellent and we are forever grateful to him! I picked up a bed here yesterday. Good price. The testing process was very hands off as well. Al, the store manager, recommended I place the mattresses on the floor in a line. I could lay down and roll on to the next mattress without touching the ground. A little unorthodox, but honestly it really helped me compare the beds one to one.I will say the whole process took longer than expected as I feel the store was understaffed. Not an issue for me as I prefer a self guided experience, but I can see this being con for some.Overall, I got a good price and recommend you at least check out the shop if in the market for a bed

Albert was incredibly helpful! A process that usually takes some individuals half a day, took me less than two hours.. I had no clue what I was looking for and or what I would end up liking but I am glad I went there. The process was extremely fast and simple even being accompanied by my 9month old son.

He took the time to listen to our issues then based on his product knowledge, selected a mattress based on our conversation that would relieve our issues. He then demonstrated how our issues would be solved by first simulating the problem and then showing us how the mattress and foundation that he selected would resolve the issue. We were sold! We went into the store intending on buying just a full size mattress. We ended up buying a new king size mattress with an adjustable base in addition to the full size mattress.If you are looking for educated assistance in order to purchase your new mattress and foundation, Albert is your man!

Went to the showroom to find one employee and about 6 customers. Salesman bob pulling out mattresses and laying them in the floor to be tried out. Wow I am 60 and not getting on the floor to try a mattress out. Also I called to ask if they took the old mattress. Was told no but Bob told me they do. But it cost 100 dollars for you to have that done. Just know everything before you buy here. Think your going to spend 2 to 3 thousand dollars and there going to nail you an extra 100.

They literally only had one person working here.They were busy with another customer so we didnt get helped. They looked like they were writing up the mattress so we waited. An hour later with still no service we just left. If it takes an hour to write up a mattress they should have more than one worker.

We needed a split queen mattress in a week and called Mattress Firm. Michelle Nunn took my information and investigated if they could provide the Sleepys one we wanted. She called back in a short time and was able to find what we needed. However, on trying to process the order the system told her it was unavailable. She said she would look into it. Later she called back and told us they couldn’t provide the Sleepy’s one but she could get us a better one and gave us the same price and free delivery in 5 days!We appreciated her persistence in finding what we needed and within the time frame requested.

Went into this store on a Tuesday evening the salesperson was clueless. We had many questions and he could not answer them I felt as though he knew nothing about his product and I felt uncomfortable with his lack of knowledge, so we left and bought at Ashley. I must say the difference in professionalism and knowledgeable staff is night and day with Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm needs to get its act together and hire and train professional knowledgeable sales people. We will never purchase from them. Stay away very pushy unprofessional establishment low class as other employee was eating at his desk making the whole store smell horrible. Get some better people working for you Mattress Firm.
