I just picked out new glasses at the Vision Center and Jillian was a big help. She is very competent and she knows about the product. She was very friendly and professional. Its so nice dealing with someone who actually knows what theyre doing!

Walmart Vision was great and Robert was awesome very helpful very nice experience having him assist me. I got 3 pairs of glasses one of them was a sunglasses all my lenses where like there original pair I had given them. Would I go back and recommend to a friend 100% I would.

I called earlier this week to schedule an eye exam for new glasses and contacts thinking they wouldn’t be able to get me in for quite some time due to the Covid situation. I definitely wasn’t in a rush to be seen, but they were able to get me in the same week! They took cleanliness very seriously- asked screening questions, took my temperature, sanitized my hands, and wiped down all the touched surfaces (Including frames I tried on). I definitely appreciated it considering I have a 3 month old at home that I’m trying to protect. Everyone was super pleasant to deal with and very through- from the girls up front to the doctor himself. The selection of frames isn’t as much as you would see from a stand alone optical place, but I found quite a few I liked before finally deciding on a pair. 10/10 would recommend this vision center!

I took the whole family in today and the Dr. was great and quick with the kids! Also the woman who helps you pick out glasses was awesome and helped us make our decisions super fast- she helped my kids pick their first pair of glasses very quickly and efficiently. She even helped me (Im very indecisive) I will definitely recommend them! We obviously havent gotten our glasses yet; but they all knew what they were doing and Im sure they will come out great!

The doctor was very nice and helpful! He explained everything and was very reassuring throughout the appointment. The woman who helped me pick out my frames, however, was rude and was very pushy to have me purchase frames over $100. I told her several times that I needed to stay under $75 so that my insurance paid the entire bill. She told me that the frames I really liked and was excited about, didnt look good and that I needed to go to a different one. She continued to ignore what I liked and wanted to pay for. I paid for my appointment only and told her I will have to pay and order frames another day.I will be going back today to pick out a cheaper frame and have them adjust my bill to what I want.Aside from her, everyone else was very pleasant and helpful!

Extremely rude staff. Don’t care about customer service. I bought contacts that hurt my eyes and while in pain, staff members were very disgustingly rude.

My mother is 86 years old she suffers with dementia and she has severe cataracts which she is having surgery to remove the cataracts in two months. However, my mother threw out her only pair of glasses. I did not want to spend a lot of money since she’s having cataract surgery so I went to the Walmart Vision Center in Phillipsburg New Jersey and I was immediately greeted with friendly smile by the manager Mylene. I explained to Mylene my situation and she immediately came up with recommendation. When Mylene heard that I was speaking Spanish to my mother she immediately started speaking Spanish and explained Since mom is having cataract surgery most likely will not need glasses, but will probably need readers. She suggested I get the basic lens for my mother so she can see until the surgery and that was it nothing fancy. Perfect!Mylene made our experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Phillipsburg, NJ, very pleasant enjoyable. Mylene’s kindness, compassion and her patience with my mother went far beyond the call of duty. I Highly recommend the store manager Mylene and her staff.

The doctor was very good and quick to see us,,,,,don;t buy glasses there get the script and buy them somewhere else.very disappointed, called to follow up on delivery of my families glasses the person who answered the call seemed disinterested and not informative, would not use this company again and will tell my insurance company the same.

The doctor and staff are mostly very helpful. Ive purchased glasses and contacts with exams in the past. Went for an eye exam for glasses today and did not receive a copy of my prescription- realized this when I got home- as I didnt have my contacts in- in the store. I dont think anyone should have to jump through hoops to get a copy of their prescription- and not providing one upon payment is apparently an unfair practice (found out afterwards).

The girl at the desk that answers the phone or what ever she’s supposed to do is very rude, every time I go there she acts like she hates her job and is just down right nasty! Today was the last time me and my family will be going there!

I took my girlfriend here a few months ago so she could get her eyeglasses adjusted. There was like 3 or 4 employees working in there on that day and it wasnt even busy. All of them seen my girlfriend and I waiting up at the counter. Do you know how many of them asked us if we needed help? ZERO!!! Not one of them bothered to ask us Hi, how may I help you today? After waiting around for about 10-15 minutes we ended up walking out and I took my girlfriend to a real vision center just down the road a few miles. They fixed her glasses in 5 minutes with no waiting before hand. Walmart is pathetic!!!

The employees are extremely rude! To the point its border line emotional abuse they argue with you and could care less I cried so much today when I was ambushed by two of the female employees because I had questions and they even walked away when I was trying to explain my eye illness of going blind I am waiting for the eye glasses and praying to God I have zero issues with them I dont want to sit in my car and cry again

Staff was nice and professional. Doctor wasnt very engaged or interested and seemed like he hates his job. Long wait because it was very busy. I had a 2:45 appt but didnt get in to see the doctor until approximately 3:30.
