The Owners take immense pride in returning the land to its original intent and protecting its beauty for all the years to come. The pigs, ducks, goats and chickens are cared for with love and treated better than most children. Truly a treasure of New Jersey. The pork from Summer Solstice Farm is the best we’ve had- chops, bacon, tenderloin, sausage, ground pork - all delicious. Also knowing their animals are treated humanely means a lot to us.
