My wife and I walked into Royal Granite looking to upgrade and enlarge our kitchen island and granite. After ordering everything and having the island and granite installed, and seeing how good they looked, we wound up changing all the cabinets in our kitchen and could not be happier. We were also given recommendations on several Carpenters to install the island and cabinets. We wound up going with C.C. Carpentry who did a wonderful job on the install. I walked into Royal Granite with an unusual and very small project. I wanted to have a memorial tree plaque for a beloved friend placed on a piece granite. The entire experience was terrific from the first visit to their showroom to the final installation which took place today. Highly recommend them. Christina provided superb support and guidance throughout the entire process.

We had our granite installed by Royal Granite about 3 years ago. We had taken along time to pick out our granite for our kitchen and peninsula, because we wanted it to be perfect. We chose two slabs of granite in sequential order. The colors should have matched perfectly, especially since we were promised that our kitchen and peninsula would each use a separate slab of granite. Installation was delayed multiple times from the original time frame. When it came time for installation Royal ended up putting in two seams, one between the sink and one before the bend in the peninsula about 4 feet from one another. The colors of the granite were off and did not match and now we had a very noticeable seam in our countertop.Royal Granite came back out to try make it less noticeable, but their efforts failed. We found out one of the pieces of granite broke when they were cutting it, so it is obvious a piece of the butlers pantry granite was used for the kitchen.We spent $8k on granite for our kitchen and we have to look at the seam every day. We thought we could live with it and put a cutting board over it, but it is where we work multiple times a day in our kitchen.We even recommended Royal to friends of ours and they too are unhappy with the two seams they have in their kitchen. I have looked at many other larger kitchens that have granite counter tops and I have never seen any other seams other then by the sink and the seam is not visible like ours. The showroom granite is perfect to look at and you can hardly see the seams in the showroom granite.On a positive note the owners Vivian and Tony were super nice people. I just wish my granite turned out as nice as they are.

I visited every granite yard in Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey looking for just the right stone for my kitchen remodel. I found Royal had a better selection than companies with much larger facilities. Everyone from the people on the sales floor to the installers was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I was especially impressed with the work crew who came to my house. It was not an easy installation and ran late on a Friday night, but they were so friendly and professional and really took their time to do it right. I chose a sparkly, near-black granite from Norway, dense & hard as its color indicates & containing slender crystals of an iridescent gemstone called Labradorite. The effect is mesmerizing, like snowflakes falling in space. TRULY DAZZLING! Tony & Vivian apparently rejected two previous slightly inferior slabs that were shipped to them-- Im so glad they did! What we have ended up with is the most beautiful, consistent specimen. Tony obviously is just in love with the stone he works with & has cut, shaped, & installed it with a rare devotion & reverence befitting its incredible antiquity (350 MILLION YEARS!) My husband and I wanted a soap stone coffee table, however, are lengthy search proved unsuccessful. On a hunch I stopped in to Royal Granite of New Jersey and met with Vivian (she and her husband are the owners).Vivian, who has a keen eye for design and color, knew exactly what I wanted and within minutes showed me the exact soap stone I had been searching for. Together with her design suggestions and tips on how to have the base built, we found a friend who made the base for us. When our soapstone was delivered and installed onto the base we were thrilled. I rate this company as a ten of ten which is extremely rare for me (basically I never rate companies that highly). Vivian was extremely knowledgeable and so so patient to work with as I spent 4 plus months hunting down the perfect stone for my kitchen. She knows all the great suppliers, the latest in kitchen design and truly excels with excellent people skills. Her interpersonal skills are truly remarkable and very professional. I LOVE MY SUPER WHITE QUARTIZITE and cant thank her and her husband Tony enough for their patience and help in getting the perfect stone and look for my kitchen. Tony and his fabrication crew did an unbelievable job on the edge and install for my kitchen. Tony even took the extra time to come to the house and make sure I could fit a super deep sink in my kitchen when my contractor had told me I could not (Tony was right)..A key advantage in using Tony and Vivian is that Tony has home construction experience, not just marble and granite which is important when doing big or medium sized jobs in my opinion. Finally what truly distinguishes Royal is they STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS- after my beautiful install my counter got nicked by someone unloading the dishwasher, I was crushed over it ( I am a perfectionist). I called Vivian and Tony immediately came out to inspect and told me that he could repair it- within a week my counter has been beautifully repaired as if it never happened. We found a granite that I didnt even know existed (its actually a very recent import with a beautifully honed finish) and was more beautiful than I could have believed, AND IT WAS IN MY PRICE RANGE! They are consummate professionals, they have a great eye for design and they are a whole lot of fun to work with! Dont even think of considering another granite company!

Our house was wrecked by Sandy. Workers showed up all over claiming to be experts at one trade or another. We knew granite was expensive and view it as an investment. We went to a cheaper expert who said any one of his many installers were great and would more than likely put the seam at the sink straight out to the overhang where people will be sitting. I was concerned and then heard about Royal Granite. Vivian assured me her husband and son were the only ones who handled the installation. Now we challenge people to find the seam which is in a perfect location. Bad install will ruin your stone. Believe me, we have now learned that $5,000 worth of porcelain plank tiles have to be ripped up because of shoddy workmanship. Dont make that mistake-pay more if thats the case and get it done right!

We had a powder room vanity top replaced by Royal two years ago. We live in an old farm house so Tony and Vivian suggested a Leathered Black granite which was just beautiful and went perfectly with our decor! We recently decided to redo our (Corian) kitchen counters and two window bench seats in the same granite. Knowing we would have a great experience this time as in the past, we were not disappointed. From the moment you walk into their new showroom to the day of installation, it is always an enjoyable, easy and seamless process and you can count on the end result always being perfect and exactly as youd hope it would turn out. Recently had Granite countertops put in our kitchen replacing Corian and couldnt be happier. Vivian and Tony are wonderful to work with. Randy and another gentleman ( didnt catch his name) put in our countertops and they did an excellent job. Randy gave me some good riding spots for our Harley!!!! If quality and true craftsmanship are what you are looking for...then you have found the right place. Tony and Viv are so knowledgeable and experienced with the products and truly take their time to understand what you like and what would work best for you. We did our kitchen countertops and didnt want the standard looking granite often seen in Home Depot or Lowes. Vivian sent us pictures and links to all the vendors so we could see all the different options and after taking home countless samples they even offered to come to our home and help us pick out the best option. They were very patient and never pushy...even when we changed our mind for the third and forth time. We ended up choosing typhoon bordeaux and prior to coming here, we had no idea a stone this beautiful existed. To make it even more personal, we went to the yard and picked our own slabs. In addition to exceptional service we also gained an education. Our work with Royal Granite & Marble is not over, we plan on doing our bathrooms next. When making such a big and permanent purchase its important to read feedback from former or current customers. I would highly recommend going to visit Tony and Viv...you wont be disappointed!!!

From the moment you walk through the door, Vivian takes extra steps to make you feel at home. When I walked in (from Lowes) I received a completely different experience… and it started with her displaying her knowledge of the product. (Which the big box stores completely lack) She knew exactly what she was talking about. She didn’t’ try and push something on me that I didn’t want. After giving me a warm greeting, she simply asked how big my kitchen was. From there to my surprise she said “we might be able to get you a break on one of our remnants” (leftover slabs). I was ecstatic with how much I was going to save with such a nice piece of granite.With any installation a template is necessary prior to the installation. We were able to set up an appointment and Vivian’s son arrived on time as scheduled. He is an extremely nice young individual. He was very careful while preparing the template. Just like his mother; he made me feel important, which is rare in the customer service world these days.When it came time to do the install (which was actually about a week earlier than expected) the team came in ON TIME, and delivered a superior product and superstar service. We just completed a remodeling project for a small semi-commercial Kitchen. RG&M Provided the Granite Countertops, Sinks, Backsplash behind the Countertops and handled all of the installation. What else can I say that everyone else hasnt already? Vivian, Tony and the crew were great from our random walk in through installation. Specifically in our case we were picky and wanted to match a piece of Lapidus we already had as best we could and Vivian eagerly dove into their many quary connections and found us our slabs. When they came to take measurments they were very thurough and walked us through everything, worked with us trying to finalze what would work, and ultimately look, best. We wanted an atypical island shape which came out exactly how we wanted, so feel free to get creative, they can handle it! Finally we wanted a real rough cut edge, just to be even more unique, and it came out amazing. A lot of work went into it all and its evident they care about and enjoy the work they do. You will not be disappointed.

We begin our journey by sharing our vision with Royal Granite and Marble of NJ September 2013. After vetting countless stone fabricators with the goal of upgrading to granite kitchen counter tops and upon our initial telephone conversation with Vivian; we knew instantly that Royal Granite offered a unique experience heads and shoulders above their competitors. After our first walk in consultation with husband and wife team /proprietors Tony and Vivian, it was very apparent that both were very passionate about the world of natural stone and were extremely eager to educate us about all things stone. We were yet again impressed with Tony and Vivians depth/scope of knowledge and quality standard protocols designed to protect customers from receiving defective natural stone slabs from stone yards. Their stellar level of personalized service short of being perfectionist totally resonated with and sold us immediately. While Vivian and Tony were highly professional they also possessed the ability to treat us as if we were family. We valued that because it engendered integrity and trust.Even with his busy Schedule, Tony was nice enough to make his first trip to our home even before the templating to give us an idea about pricing as we were budgeting for financing this and other projects.Vivian served as a liaison with her excellent stone yard recommendation (PMI). Shannon at PMI was just as amazing and by working with us and Vivian, she located the most beautiful natural stone slab that we had laid eyes on. Thank you Vivian for introducing us to Cielo De Oro. Once our slab was tagged, it survived countless offers from others to purchase it while waiting in the stone yard for transportation and the met the strictest quality standards set by Royal Granite. The team sent for the installation were Ron, Kevin and another gentlemen whose name escapes me. They were professional, respected our property, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. During the demo, we discovered that our home builder left a 9 inch hole in one of our walls that extended below where the granite counter-tops were to be installed. The Royal Granite team were not responsible for creating the hole as it was already there. Being the perfectionist that I am, I wanted the hole in the sheet rock repaired. With one phone call to Tony and being the perfectionist that he is, had Ron to make a trip to Home Depot to pick up the materials and upon his return - Ron professionally made the repair to our delight.The hole in the wall nor the repair of the hole was not planned for, but the guys stepped up to the challenge even with the tight time constraint in lieu of our plumbers scheduled appointment to retrofit and connect the water lines into the new under mount sink. As the Royal team were leaving our plumber was arriving.We had a minor issue with one missing part from the basket strainer that created a small leak. Tony personally made another trip to our home, to take a look at the pipes as a courtesy and provided us with another replacement basket strainer for the plumbers follow up visit. Even our plumber paid Royal Granite a compliment on how their sink installation included mounting hardware which is not the norm in these types of installations. In short, we were amazed by the transformation of our kitchen and the timeless beauty that the granite counter tops and the matching customized granite butcher block displays.Thank you Vivian and Tony for carefully walking us through the process of turning our vision into a beautiful reality. Both Vivian and Tony were amazing. I first found Royal Granite and Marble on Angies List where it had stellar reviews. I then read the reviews at Google. I knew I found the right people and I was NOT disappointed: the caliber of their work and the ease of getting the project done was nothing less than astounding.We needed a new granite countertop, sink, faucet, etc. installed in our NJ home in which tenants now live. We live 2000 miles away! I thought I would have to fly in to oversee the project. It was not necessary. Tony coordinated everything and did so with much grace and confidence. After visiting the house, Tony recommended a particular granite that went beautifully with the existing white German cabinets. He dealt with the appliance store where I purchased a new cooktop, the installer of the cooktop, and our long time plumber. Everything was on schedule and the countertop was ready to be installed less than three weeks after the template was made. Again, Tony (seemingly effortlessly) coordinated everyone on that day.After installation, our tenant was concerned about a few small things and Tony immediately sent someone back to make the necessary adjustments. Our tenants are very happy with the new look of the kitchen and the quality of the work. I do plan to visit this summer and look forward to seeing the kitchen. I have seen many photos of it and it is truly beautiful.I would enthusiastically recommend Royal Granite and Marble to anyone who wants quality work and service at a reasonable price.
