I take my 85 year-old mother to this location, we have been greatly satisfied. The receptionist Deana is very kind and warm. My mom loves her!! Her hearing aids are great and the follow up care is excellent. I highly recommend this Miracle ear!

I take my father into this Miracle Ear location and could not be more satisfied. They are professional and knowledgeable. The hearing aids have greatly improved his quality of life. CJ has been wonderful and his assistant, Deana, is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this office if you are in the market for hearing aids.

Great, caring providers, giving personalized attention to your hearing needs. They give regular follow up visits to maintain and clean my hearing aids (and my ears too) included with the purchase. Miracle Ear in phillipsburg has been a lifesaver for my mom. Over the years that she’s had her hearing aides from them they have always been wonderful. The doctors and staff have always treated both of my parents with respect. After recently being hospitalized my mom’s hearing aides were lost. When I had to call miracle ear to reorder them I was ecstatic to find out that her warranty was still good and they were able to be replaced at 1/3 of the cost. Our family had many other extenuating circumstances and everyone in the office was extremely helpful in getting my mom her new hearing aides.

The providers in the Phillipsburg office are very professional and yet so personal in the care of my husbands hearing loss. He is always able to call or make an appointment with any concerns regarding his hearing aids. It has certainly improved his quality of life and we have referred several friends to the office. I took my 87 year old Mom to this store for a new hearing aide and she doesnt like anything new. So I was expecting this to be a be a challenge. But Deana was a delight and a big hit with my Mom which made it a great start.CJ worked with my Mom to get her the right hearing aid for her even though she had it in her head what she wanted. He even brought in the owner Paul who was also so helpful.My Mom still picked the option of her choice against their recommendation. CJ has stuck with her making many changes and adjustments as they could with this hearing aide. CJ never gave up he continues to listen and try and help.They even gave her the option to take it back and go to the hearing aide they recommended, but she likes the small in the ear style she has had for years.Thank you all for your help and support.Rich

I have a had a great experience for my mother with the Miracle Ear team in Phillipsburg. They have stood behind their product to date. Even when problems come up, they have been very flexible in scheduling and service to make repairs or adjustments for her hearing aids.
