Front desk lady extremely snappy and has an attitude.

Customer service is awful. the woman on the phone has an attitude and should not be interacting with the public. I would never recommend this place

Its was very hard to find where to actually park to get into the office for help, they only have 3 customer parking spaces, and once I did the lady behind the desk wasnt very polite. But they did get me taken care of and I had no complaints about the time it took them to refill my personal 5lbs Co2 tank.

Nice folks. Have gotten hydro and refills done for my keg tank there. Only complaint is that the parking is almost non-existent. Not convenient if you have a larger tank.

Dropped off a paintball tank for hydro. came back a week later to pick it up and the charge was 60 dollars, twice what most shops charge. They had put 4 huge gouges in my reg, and cracked a quarter sized chunk out of the tanks outer coating. Im never going to thunderbird cyl. again, and I would recommend no other paint ballers do either if you value your equipment.
