Below you will read my old review. I have since then changed my rating to a 5 Star. They have really turned around. Excellent job and thank you for the great customer service.1. The gentlemen who answer the phones are very rude especially to those, like myself, who purchase multiple times a week.2. The earlier you call the morning, the more assholish they are. Seriously.3. Pallets show up late and are always damaged. I am paying for pallets I can NOT use. - Wasting time, money, and patience.4. I placed an order on February 1st 2017.Never received order. - Called credit card company to check if they did in fact process, GUESS WHAT?!?! No order was processed.I called in and the young man was very hesitate to provide me with any information and mentioned a manager would call me directly. - Still waiting for that call.Poor employee performance is a result of piss poor management. I do not have time for rude people and order mishaps while ordering the easiest thing in the world, Pallets.I will take my business some where else, I suggest you do the same.THEY HAVE IMPROVED RAISING 1 to a 3 STAR. Rating will go up as I see improvement.

Terrible customer service. The guy who answer the phone is not personable, really sucks at talking to people. Said he’d call me back and never did. So glad I didn’t use this company.

Rude dudes don’t even know how to help people out, will treat you like an idiot. Listen to the ratings people “not everyone can get 2 stars”

They went above and beyond to fulfill my special request. It was even a small order, but they still treated me like a big, important customer.

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely rude service, asked if they would take my good conditioned pallets and they completely blew me off? Isnt that what theyre in business for??rude service. dont practice what they advertise.0/10

Like: They buy pallets with no BSDislike: unless they know youre coming they really dont stay open til 4pm. Better call ahead or show up by 230pm.

ORDERED A COUPLE CUSTOM PALLETS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY, DIDNT HAPPEN DRIVER GOT IN ACCIDENT THEN PROMISED TO DELIVER FOLLOWING MORNING, STILL DID NOT HAPPEN CALLED AND SALES PERSON WAS RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDNT DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AND SAID EITHER TAKE OR CANCEL ORDER, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD RATE NO STARS I WOULD
