I like the other lady better she took time out to tell you about the products that were being sold in the store did it work for you or it did not work for you the young lady thats in there now have no idea what shes doing she doesnt notice when customers come into the store to buy different things she has an attitude towards certain customers my experience if I had to rate her as being a customer service representative of the company it will be a half thats how poorly her attitude was cuz I asked her about the African American that worked before her which is the young lady that worked in there that help me one time before and she was like quote on quote oh not that I know of very negative.

I went to Rocky’s to tell them about Waitr launching in Picayune, and I was so happy to meet Abdul! He is such a nice, professional and friendly person!I’m also very impressed with the selection and quality of hair, products, and offerings that they have here!I truly wish Abdul and his family the very best!

Bad experience on a100% human hair wig I purchased for my sister. Tangled up after a month and a half and the manager would not exchange it. Paid $109. Never buy there again, I should have stuck with the beauty places where Im from, New Orleans always got better hair never had a problem, went there because my daughter said it was by 1 get one free I just opened up. My sister birthday gift. Lol this one was probably a blend but had 100% .
