Never Again!!!😡I was in the market for a new vehicle. Called in and spoke with a salesman. Told him I was wanting to purchase a vehicle from him asked him what he could do on the price. What you see is what it is! I replied okay just figured I would try to stay local before going out of town. Well let me see what I can do give me 10 minutes, if you don’t hear from me then there was nothing I could do. I end up stopping by over there later that week to look at the car I wanted in hopes of getting a new sales person. A guy comes out, I talk to him tell him what I’m looking at and the prices I’m getting elsewhere, told me they’re wrong. Then tells me it must be low class one. Since when is $50,000 plus low class? Well that’s all it took, I ended up getting a new Gladiator Rubicon out of Detroit that same week.

I visited to look at a car and test drive it one day and I get there and they tell me the car has a water leak. I had to make the long drive again to purchase the car because they had to look at it. I assumed everything was okay with it so I didnt drive it before purchasing. It turns out the water leak was a cover up for the problems with the rear differential. Very dishonest and they know it

Flew down from Wisconsin to buy a car, pickup was painless and quick. Driving home engine light came on, Im pretty sure the sales guy put 87 octane gas in my car that requires 91 or better so I used the fuel in the tank, refilled with premium and when I got to Missouri the light turned off. All is good now. Note to sales staff to know the gas requirements when doing a courtesy fill. Would buy here again. Thanks guys!

Rodney Battistella followed up with my online inquiry, and listened to my new purchase wants and needs. He quickly did some research and gave me an offer that couldn’t be refused.
