The guy who works here is always very sweet and every time I go in. Has even tested products to make sure it was the right thing I needed before selling them to me. He is very helpful and knows his stuff. I love this store and come here every so often and the store environment is always clean and staff is always Kind. Great products aswell. Definitely recommend at least a walk through to see what kind of stuff this guy has.

Bought 84 grams of Maeng Da kratom which turned out to be horrible. Had the consistency of dirt and might as well been considering the quality. Very disappointed and out of $16.

The guy at the Picayune store is so knowledgeable and professional. He was a huge help explaining each product and helping me find the right thing to fight my constant migraines. 2 weeks later, I have had only 1 migraine (compared to 5 a week that I was having before!). This place is awesome!

Loved the whole experience! My fiance and I had a great conversation with Joshua (owner) and loved the products. Purchased a bubbler (which works fantastic), sage, several bags of dried herbs, and a pack of CBD cigs. Pleasant atmosphere, love the rock n roll music and nice people that go there. I am giving this place 2 stars for the fact that its 11 am Saturday morning and its closed, not open until Monday . I can speak on the inside or the staff because I havent experienced them first hand. I dont know what their situation is, but, they are losing money not being open on Saturday because I know what I want and need and came here to buy, so, off to the Ra shop in slidell it is!

I LOVE this store! They have the herbs you need as well as new items you didnt know you were missing in life. They know carry, kratom, CBD, EO, herbs, and more items I havent needed yet. There is also a spectacular customer rewards program.

This stores counter guy was very sarcastic, up to the point of telling me that I was in the wrong place.After I asked for the best buy/deal of CBD in the store. He looked at me like why.He tried to sell me a single dose of 50 mg cbd for $5.00 on sale.I told him that I was currently buying 7- 50 mg doses of CBD for $5.00 (brand name hemptrance). Thats when he said that I was in the wrong place.OK for example; ( I dont smoke ) But if cigarettes cost $5.00 a pack. (Just saying)And a near by retail competitor was offering 7 packs of cigarettes for $5.00 where would you buy your cigarettes??No brainer right.But instead he tells me Im in the wrong place!!!! What an a--h---.This is the kind of retail personal that I really wouldt want in my store. Just saying...me with over 20 yrs. Retail management experience.(He should get a different job.)

Didnt want to even give it a one store guy followed me around the 4x4 store the entire 5 minutes I was there so annoying made me feel very uncomfortable after just discovering this place and be a herbalist is what I call myself I would have spent a lot of my money there but never in that atmosphere. Will never refer anyone here! (Update) So the owner decided to respond to my review and highlight what I said about the 4x4 store (which was a joke) correcting me about the size of his store as well as defending someone following me around the store as good customer service my comment to that is it doesnt take someone to be followed just ask do they need help and move along. He apologize for me being in my feelings and telling me Im not remembered. Well if he read and understood my full review he would have seen it was my first time in the store. It says alot about a person in this case owner that will comment back saying horrible things like that. I hope everyone reads his reply and dont take it with a grain of salt you have to be wiry of people like him. Dont shop there spend your money where the owners arent so cold hearted.
