Tattoo Artist Richard was an awesome dude. The shop was nice and clean, but the owner was rude. I cant say if he was having a bad day, but as a patron one would expect a little more kindness. The Artist gets 5 Stars!!!!

They are very very extremely clean ! I highly recommend Alex he did an amazing job ! For my first tattoo it didn’t hurt I feel the vibration of the needle . Alex was very informative and they ask opinions before they actually tat you up to make sure you get 100% quality! They make you feel comfortable when you are getting tatted, they give you the choice to either watch Netflix or Hulu i mean amazing right !

Ive gotten a lot of tattoos over the years, I had been waiting to get a new one, when shops opened back up, I found Latin Skulls I set up my appt., first went in to get the consultation once doing this they were extremely professional i felt comfortable immediately and knew I selected the right place. I then set my appt. for a few days later with Fernie, upon getting there he walked me through ever detail to make sure I was understanding and comfortable Ive never had a more professional experience, I will definitely go back for more and pricing was perfect i highly recommend this place, like I said Ive been to a lot of different places for other tats I have this is by far the best one.

Excellent service! I came on my birthday got a tattoo by Richard. He was super professional and made me feel very comfortable. He mentioned I get a free piercing for my birthday and Jorge who did my piercing was great as well...definitely recommend and coming back.

Love, love, love. Took my daughter for a nose piercing, was a little pricey but definitely worth it. They made sure to make her feel calm and comfortable. We came here on a recommendation and we were very happy with the service. They even called her to check in and make sure everything is OK.

Horrible!!! Worst experience ever!!!! I got a tattoo from Alex that never healed properly; the redness and swelling never went away, and increasingly got worse. Eventually, I ended up in the hospital for 3 days with an infection and had to be put on IV antibiotics; also, I was released with oral antibiotics that I had to take for two weeks. Prior to going to the hospital, I called Alex and told him something wasnt right from the beginning that it wasnt healing properly. I emailed him pictures, he tried to tell me it was something I was doing wrong. This was my eighth tattoo, Im not a novice to tattooing– none of my other tattoos have ever been infected. A week later, I went to the shop in person to show him, and the owner took one look and asked if I was on antibiotics. I said, Should I be? Ive been in contact with Alex, and he said there was nothing to worry about at that point. The oral antibiotics didnt work; after being hospitalized, I never received a call from Alex or the owner, Jorge. When I notified Alex I was hospitalized, he said the owner told him not to contact me at all; I didnt hear from neither one of them for another 2 months until I missed my touch up appointment– AS IF I WAS GOING TO GO BACK THERE!!! I received a $3,900.00 doctor bill stay that my insurance did not cover. I told Alex we needed to work something out regarding this bill, he told me he would speak to Jorge– of course I never heard back from him. We then got in contact with Jorge, who was less than accommodating and as a business owner myself really needs to work on his customer service skills or lack of. Ive spoken to my attorney who thinks I have a pretty good small claims case; so needless to say, since they dont think much of their customers health or well being, and think the way to handle situations is to avoid them and theyll go away. Well thats just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Worst part of all is Alex was actually a really nice guy and good tattoo artist; hes not only done my tattoo, but my sons tattoo. Also, my husband has received tattoos by another artist there at Latin Skulls. So to not want to resolve this and not show any compassion for your customers, who are not only returning customers, but customers who can also refer business or NOT– just not good business ethics!!!

Wouldnt recommend this shop to anybody!! Their Artist are overrated and prices are too high. There is a better shop up the strret called just deadly. I would definitely go there instead..

Best experience ever! The place is super clean, the ambiance was friendly and up beat. The gentleman who did our tattoo was super patient with us and took his time with us. Sept. 2017was in town randomly.walked in.the actual shop inside is amazing.decked out, I was kind of the only one there so was able to chill out for a while.the guys are all 🔥the price was awesome. the quality of work was out of this world.i got my second tattoo there, and plan on going back soon for at least two more major pieces.26 tally marks. rib.

My sister and I came here today and had our piercings fixed by Jorge. His set up was legit, I have never been to a piecer that was so professional. My sister had 2 helix piercings that were irritated and gross. He cleaned them up and did a special treatment. The swelling was literally almost all the way down and her piercings were no longer red by the time we left.I had went to a place in Norwalk the other day for my piercing and it was done all wrong, was crooked, was rubbing up against my other earrings, and was put in backwards. Jorge removed the earring, disinfected, and demonstrated why the piercing was hurting so much. He also made sure that we knew how to do the upkeep to ensure that our heals properly.I now live in north Dakota but I was so impressed with this place and with Jorge that Im going to make sure that I get all my future piercings here whenever i come back to Cali for visits.Thanks Jorge!!!!!

Walked in one Saturday for a quote and met a guy named Sergio. He attended me and sized up my tattoo. After all that I let him know again that I wasnt staying, Im simply only here for a quote and a feel of the place since, I dont trust tattoo artists. So he offers me to commit to an appointment which requires a $60 dollar deposit that deducts off your amount. I dont blame him for trying since its what they trained him to do.I refused to leave my money simply cause I dont do that. So I ask him for a card and if he was open for Monday. He says Yes, so perfect Ill return Monday. After handing me a business card I notice it stated, no refunds and that they require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. GOOD THING I DIDNT LEAVE MY MONEY.I return Monday and noticed the shop was empty. All I see is Sergio talently working away on a customer. I dont bother him or say anything since hes with a customer. So I wait....and wait. All of a sudden a bald guy comes in behind me and asks me if I need any help. I simply point towards Sergio direction indicating Im here to see him. But he then still has the nerve to ask me if I came with the lady customer receiving the tattoo. I say no, he asks me again, can I help you? I say no again, Im here to work with Sergio. Again, he has the nerve to keep bother me by asking, can I help you cause hes busy with a customer. By that time the ridiculous time wasted with the bald guy named George catches Sergios attention. We greet & I ask if he has time to see me after the customer. He says yes, in 1 hour, but then pelon intrudes, checks Sergio & then tells me, you cant bother the artist while with customer this is a respectable place. Ill help you. Keep in mind thats the 4th time he asks me that. (The annoying pushy salesman) By that time Im annoyed and he has a ridiculous look on his face. I get up and tell him, Ill be back in an hour when Sergio is done. I dont feel like repeating myself since Ive already been quoted and sized by Sergio the other day. I call 1.5 hours later for availability, George answers he tells Sergio is busy and he would take a message and I will have him call me back to tell me that. No call, I drive out and walk in. George never looks at me or greets the customer. (ME) Sergio appears and shakes my hand. I ask for his time but he needs to check with George for permission. By that time the whole experience is terrible. Sergio comes back only to sell me a scheduled appointment and an excuse that George has other plans for him. He also lets me know that George never related the message of calling me. I ask him to call as soon as he is open, he agrees. Never received a call. Seems George has a way of running things his way. A controlling jerk is what I witnessed. Till this day, Ive considered taking my business else where.

Went in for a quote dude said have seat someone will be with yous in a minute, MORE like 10 mins. So we walked out and nobody even bothered
