Place doesn’t enforce mask wearing. I’m at the store and there’s a teenager without a mask. Two employees saying nothing. 4:08pm. Also male employee can’t even wear his mask properly, nose exposed.LA Health will like to know this as well.

Ice creams are good and great price now the Bionics are not so good. The sweet sauce is way to watery and they dont put enough they just drizzle a small amount on top .i dont recommend the Bionicos

Great service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never a wait when we go. Not a lot of parking. Place is clean and well stocked.

The employees are the rudest ever. For large order they keep it melting behind the counter till their ready to charge you. Extremely rude when they can’t hear you because they have the music way to loud. Food is good just the attitude made the experience really bad.

The mango and lemon ice cream didnt even taste like mango or limon. It tasted water down and no flavor. The corn for the esquite was not even sweet it tasted awful. I would not buy anything from this michoacana again.

Poor customer service. Belittling ne because I dont speak Spanish. Because of the language barrier I would take down my mask to annunciate one employee made a comment about my mask though other customers were not wearing masks. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant experience...

Everything Ive tried from drinks, paletas, and tostilocos have tasted amazing! They usually also have a promotion when spending $5 or more.
