Nice, clean location with plenty of parking. Right next to the highway for easy access. My only suggestion would be to have more cashiers available. When I went today there was one person working and the rest was self-check. Other than that it was a good shopping trip.

The stores are clean, neat & well stocked. Shelf price labels are almost always properly displayed and items are usually a good value. Employees are accessible, friendly & helpful. Check out is fast, and I like the option of self- checkout. I have shopped at Target for over 30 years & in all that time I have never had a negative experience. Kudos Target! :)

Purchased food here, and when I opened it at home, it tasted off; the best buy date was from over a week before. While I understand the concept of first in/first out, shouldnt a store remove the items that are past their sell by date?? I should have checked the expiration date, but I was in a rush, and the food I bought doesnt usually taste bad until a day or two after the best buy date and I wouldnt have expected it to be on the shelves if that was the case!On a positive note, the cashier who helped me was quick and efficient and took initiative in double bagging the heavier items.

This is the worst Target I have ever experienced. I have worked here in a leadership capacity and have been a guest... the experience is still dreadful at best. I hate this place. I hope it closes.

It is Impossible to get hired at this Target i don’t know if it’s discrimination but i know multiple people who applied and could not get in. I’ve heard that they are only hiring people that are on social services because they want that tax credit apply here if you want without saying you are getting any services from the government i can assure you that your not gonna get hired.

I went grocery shopping here for the first time and was disgusted when I got home and saw my meat was all bad and the turkey I got expired yesterday... just not too happy with my experience.

They made sure I understood when I retured my item no lines so I was in and out in seconds

Quick and easy pick up. The staff at the Pikesville location were very customer friendly as well as efficient. I really enjoyed my pick up experience!! It was nice to have an awesome experience with everything else going on in the world!!

Reasonable prices but I wish I didnt have to travel so far to get to it they closed all the ones in the city.

I had to wait in line behind people queuing for customer service. If Target wants this pick up at store service to work, you MUST either make a separate desk for picking up orders or make pick-up lockers similar to Walmart. Needless to say, after my experience, I will not be placing any more orders at Target; I will give other stores a try.

The manager Cathy/Catherine. Excellent customer responsiveness. She would say that in taking out time to help me find something very important (a bike for my grandson) she was only doing her job. But in stores today we have come to expect no assistance. Target stands out because of the quality of people that they hire. Cathy is a great person to work with. Thank you Target.

I was given a order pick up at Red Mill and not my closest Target, I called and was able to get my item order moved to Pikesville

This target is the closest one to me. The customer service is usually on par, but today it wasn’t. An African lady in the electronics section refused to help me because she was gossiping with her co-worker. Thankfully another lady, by the name of KATHY, was able to assist me. Also, the customer service individuals were delightful as well. But that lady in electronics needs to go.

I have limited mobility and need assistance in getting around. For over a year now, each time I go to this store I am unable to shop or get my medication because all the riding carts has been broken and I am not able to walk that far.

Clean, organized & quick checkout. At self checkout, staff wipes down the checkout area after each customer.

I would like to commend Jawaun in the electronics department on his exemplary service he provided me today. Jawaun went above and beyond to provide me 5 star service. All Target employees should follow in his footsteps. Not only was he resourceful, he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I see this young man going very far in the future. Hats off for putting the C in customer service, you turned my unfavorable day into a pleasant experience.

I dont expect Target service to be Michelin Star, however I do expect plausible service! I asked two ladies at the helpdesk for assistance, Kim and Jess, and neither one of them was resourceful, competent, or accommodating. Both women were rude and disinclined to provide me any type of assistance. I resulted into resolving my own issue. You should not work at the helpdesk or in public service if you dont desire to assist people with a friendly attitude. Target needs to adopt Chick-fil-A philosophy when it comes to customer service!

David in electronics was cheerful and friendly. When the item I was looking for wasnt on the floor, he went to the receiving area to search for things that just came off the truck. I was in and out with a new laptop in less than 20 minutes.

I ordered items to be brought out to my car but the email response said pick up in store. I picked up from 2 stores to get all may items and HAD THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE AT BOTH PICK UPS!!! I went in the store to pick up and they asked me for a bar code I never received. There was NO barrier or social distancing at the pick up desk. Your employees were wearing assorted masks that looked like they brought them from home. They clearly had not training in how to wear their masks as one had her nose uncovered and another kept touching and removing his mask.

Even though this Target is located less than a mile from where I live, I drive out of my way to go to a different location. This location is ALWAYS out of stock on items that I order for pickup and are listed as in stock on the app! Extremely frustrating.

I went to every Target Store and i could not find a Ps4 Controller in sight like they were sold out and then i came in this store just to find non in stock. I talk to the guy Name Dion in Electronics and he was very helpful that he came across a Ps4 Controller and it was the last one too like i was amaze. Horrible experience, at least for curbside pick up. Item was supposed to be in stock and for pick up within 2 hrs and it never occurred. I received the email the next day and because I called customer service to find out the status of my order. The retail associate was so disrespectful.

I went to this store and I was amazed of the customer service and staff how rude they was this use to be the target to go to back then. I was looking for vitamins couldnt find it so I went to the pharmacy for help the young lady behind the counter said in a sarcastic voice its not back here check on the floor out there I said thanks to your help walk away a white lady walk up to the counter and ask for vitamins the young lady said let me look for it for you,my people need to treat everyone the same

I like Target and the products they carry. Target is one of those stores that you want to spend all you have on but recently Target or specifically this one, has been a complete mess. I can’t find the items I want because of how messy everything is and it’s disappointing. I hope they do better.

I love Target for the variety of personal items I can buy at a reasonable price. It is conveniently located near a major highway. It is a great place for household items as well as clothing and accessories.

Bought a Nintendo switch from this location for a Christmas gift. Upon opening it we discovered that it had actually been an open box and that someone had stolen the Mario Kart and 3 month online activation codes. Nintendo is in the process of cancelling those codes but we are now forced to buy these again. Target sucks like Walmart!

While Target generally has the merchandise I want at reasonable prices, today I was disappointed that the item I purchased was not on sale as advertised on Targets website. Normally, I would give Target 4 or 5 stars. Not today.

The store is very clean and It’s close to where I live.

What in the fresh hell is happening here. I’ve been coming here for years and suddenly it looks like the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Actually, that was probably cleaner. Don’t even bother looking through clothes because you can’t get your cart around the store without running over 17 articles of clothing. I think 3 people work in this entire store. It’s odd, because even a few months ago it wasn’t THIS bad. Don’t get me started on the pharmacy.....:

Im usually pleased with Target in general, and this location in particular. I had a poor experience tonight. There were only 3 manned registers open and each line was long. My cashier was unbelievably slow. She scanned slowly, she bagged slowly, she chatted with the customers ahead of me way too much. Its fine to chat, but not if you cant multitask. Every time she said something she couldnt do anything else. There were 3 customers ahead of me and the line took 10+ minutes. This is all on top of the fact that they moved everything around after many years so I couldnt easily find what I wanted and they almost never have latex gloves in stock. Step up your game.

This Target had none of the items I normally purchase from Target... I mean they were fresh out of EVERYTHING... EVERYTHING I PURCHASED TODAY WAS AN OFF BRAND OR SOMETHING SIMILAR TO WHAT I NORMALLY BUY BUT NOT EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED...The whole time I was being followed around the store like I was there to steal, but theres nothing in this store to steal...Im sorry, This location needs better Management

Being a former employee I can honestly say this is the most unorganized place ever ! Boxes everywhere, no one knows where they go, rude managers, employees with bad attitudes, no communication, no one answers the phones, poor scheduling, no one of authority relays messages to other team members, disorganized and employees only getting 4 hrs a week. One of the worst targets I’ve ever seen !

Target is fast and convenient, especially during a time like dealing with the pandemic. Online makes your purchase painless!

Target is a great store

I used to love this target. There was a recent shooting. I dont feel safe here alone anymore. Id rather order online in the comfort and safety of my home. I love target, but not this location anymore.

I went for a flu shot that I scheduled on line. The staff told me that system never works and I had to wait an hour to get my shot.

Do Not Come To This Store, my car was hit on their parking lot and their cameras are not even pointing in the direction of the parked vehicles, the driver ran off, they didn’t have security even on sight, anything could happen to you or a loved one there and no one could help you or have cameras for your safety, those signs of the cameras in use must be false

I love my Pikesville Target. Its my favorite place to be! :-) I also love Mr. Al, the sales associate who always rings me up with a smile and great conversation.

Cashier was very friendly and assisted me with target app to help me apply my savings. Her customer service is/was awesome.

Tired of the rude employees every time I go in there and the past few times there is always a problem, whether in the store or online.

Twice Ive come in looking for packing tape and while the website says they have it in stock, its never in stock. As another reviewer says, the store itself has become messy. The managers might want to consider taking a day to close and organize the store. Im done wasting my time at this location that never has one of the most basic items.

The sign said 50% of sweaters but they came up regular price. I tried 3 different styles. The lady crumbled them up and said I can talk to a floor person. I found 2, the first couldnt help, the second one asked did I check the date on the sign. The date was valid she suggested I take a picture and show the cashier. Another floor person said she would call the front to let them know for future customers. I was advised to go back in the long line and they should know. If they dont they can call back to the floor. I just opt out to go home. Very disappointed.

Clean store, free covered parking available, check out could be more efficient if they would call employees to cover more checkout lanes when the lines start to get slightly long.Frankly, I would immediately switch to an Amazon store where you dont even need to check out if one appeared in my area.

I have not seen a store look like this before? What has happened to this store in the past few months? Is this a product of poor management? Is there not enough staff on the schedule? Perhaps if management cared about the condition of the store and the morale of the staff, it would look better. 🤔

Second time that I have purchased an item for pick up at this location and the item was listed as no longer available. Visited the store both times and the item was in the store on the shelves. On the second time, inquired since I had already paid for the item can the system just be corrected since the item is here and was told no I would have to purchase the item and wait for the money to be refunded to me. Left and negative review and received an email from a supposed customer care rep who then promptly did not respond to me after reaching out with the pretense of trying to help me. I give too much business to this location I’ll just drive to another one or go to Walmart. Deplorable customer service.

This is my typical target, Im in here probably twice a month. I wish they would get more variety in the frozen and fresh food section. The store could also use some renovating as it just has a very worn in feeling. Also if you go early in the morning be prepared to wait for a register.However its target, you find everything you need and then some. Prices are very comparable and hours make it accessible.

My sister just returned an online order here for me. I told her that a gift card was totally fine because I couldn’t find the invoice. The items were clearly all in the bags they shipped In, directly from the target website. The employee who helped her questioned her, told her to look at the camera and smile, and told her that the police were going to come to her house and arrest her if she was doing something wrong. Very upsetting experience

Target has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Its like Wal-Mart but with better quality. This branch just added 4 new self checkouts, so the checkout process is even quicker

This location needs to close and start with an entirely new staff. They customer service is terrible for the most part. They are rude and utterly disrespectful. They will never get my business again. ***Its said to have these ignorant people working in such a beautiful neighborhood.

Good store in a good location. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get a couple of pairs of shorts and got out quickly. Self checkout in any store is always a big plus.
