Even when a lot of people came in at once, she took the time to help all of us in a kind and efficient manner. The prices are very reasonable. They buying experience wasn’t that bad. We showed up to the store locked with a note that said they would be back in 15 minutes or to take a picture. It was 40 minutes before we got into the store. She was getting a vaccine. That’s fine. Good experience after that until delivery. We specified a strict window for delivery which was not a problem at all when it came to getting the money. When we called to confirm it was still not an issue. However delivery showed up at a totally different time and no one could be there. It was a battle to get the delivery at a time convenient for us. It wasn’t impractical. It just had to be 3:30 or later. And again at the time of taking our money that was totally doable. Until it wasn’t. And then it was us that were the problem with delivery constraints and it was such an issue to bend over backwards for us. They tell us a new delivery on a Saturday and what time they would be there. We get a confirmation call. We happened to come home 40 minutes earlier and they were already there. Whatever. Good timing. No big deal. So then they bring everything in and hook everything up and the base that lifts has a motor issue. Still works but is loud and suggested that it’s swapped out. They tell us to call and have it replaced. We asked specific questions about this and were confirmed that the base would stay and someone would deliver a new base and take this one that we just need to call and set an appointment. That sounds like a perfectly logical, customer friendly, reasonable and correct process. Why should we question it. So we call. We were legitimately told that is not the process. They should have taken it back with them and that now it’s going to be hard to get a replacement because WE could have dropped it down the stairs....... (is that a joke. You can’t confirm that with your staff? You really think it’s good customer service or even appropriate to suggest something like that simply because your staff didn’t follow a protocol that is honestly the least customer friendly approach?) so technically we were supposed to be inconvenienced with them coming in a building everything and then take it all back out and come a different day. Then it turned into several attempts at contacting. To a point where the number used to make these calls to follow up because we still hadn’t heard anything, turned into I responded to voicemails. There was never an issue with contacting us when it came to collecting money. We did the final sale over the phone. She called us back to confirm then. They had the number and the email typed up into our file. I know that because when we were leaving I asked what all pricing and product information we might need to call in later to complete the purchase. We wanted to shop around a little more before we made a final decision and she clarified that our numbers, the email everything for our order was saved to the account so all she had to do was pull up our profile. So today I call. It’s been weeks and we hadn’t heard back. And we had called twice yesterday and left messages. So today we call from a different phone number and we are answered. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to state that telling us we may have damaged it is not an appropriate approach. I don’t thinks it’s unreasonable to state that we should not have to chase you down to do your job. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to call BS on being told that there has been an attempt to contact us multiple times when we can scroll down and see the original inbound call dates and times and show no attempt on either phone nor voicemail nor email to contact. Zero. So being hit with excuses, being told it was possibly our fault it’s broken and then being told it’s our fault that it hasn’t been replaced put a bad taste in my mouth. I also informed her that I was working and was on break to call the other phone number originally used and she still tried to call me not more that 5 minutes later. Everything is a great time unless you end up in a situation where they have to fix something. They already have your money.

I came into the store with my 94 year old Grandmother looking for a new bed for her. David was so helpful and patient and let her take her time picking out a bed, sheets etc. which definitely was not a fast process. 10/10 would recommend they are so nice and very helpful!

Was in the market for a whole new bed package. After a few failed attempts with some pushy salespeople @ several stores, I happened upon this location. Walked in the door to be greeted by the most polite and helpful woman. She introduced herself as the new store manager, Kandice, and for the next 45min walked me through the products/options within my price range that fit my needs. Had a fantastically smooth process @ this location and HIGHLY recommend to EVERYONE in search of new bed products.

Purchased a mattress and frame in October. The delivery service damaged our wall. We contacted the store and the delivery manager right away and were assured that theyd pay for the damage.- He said hed send someone to estimate the damage. After setting and not showing up for several dates, I pushed him and he then told me his guy was jammed and couldn’t come out to make the repair. This was the first I’d heard that he’d planned to make the repair with his person. I told him no, I wanted someone I know to do the repair. He asked for an estimate and I gave it to him by phone in November. The amount was $100. He okayed that charge and the repair.- By January 3rd I started emailing him to see when he could reimburse me. This was followed by texts from me on the 15th, 23rd, 24th, 31st and February 2nd. In that most recent text he said that the check has bounced back because his wife keeps putting the wrong address on it.I’ve sent my address multiples of times to make sure that he has the correct address. I’ve even offered to pick up the check, or to send him a stamped, self-addressed envelope.- At this point he’s not responding to my texts. Ive reached out to the store for help and no one there has responded either.
