We ordered an entry door in March 2018 and have not received it yet! Aspen scheduled the delivery/installation of the door on May 31st, when they arrived they discovered that the sidelite they had ordered was on the wrong side, therefore the door couldnt be installed. Now mind you their sale rep came to our house and took measurements/placed the order. After investigating the matter, they apologized for the mix up and promised to expedite our order in an effort to make things right. Today is June 21st and we havent heard a peep from Aspen. This is terrible customer service!
