Nell at FedEx was so helpful and went above and beyond her role to assist me yesterday and today. I needed a last minute canvas made for my dad. Her office could not do it and she called around and found one close that could. She placed the order for me and made sure I was aware when it was ready. I really appreciate the hard work that you have put in and hope you are valued and recognized for that and if not I appreciate you! Please give her a raise and or promotion she deserves it. Impeccable customer service!
RUDE! When I arrived an associate greeted me as I was waiting to use the printer, I advised I wanted to make color copies on a special paper, I asked if I could use it on the machine and will it get jammed. He said yes but double checked with a coworker and they both said yes I should be able to print. I placed a couple of sheets to test it out in the tray, and the machine got jammed on the first try. I use the exact same machine-brand and model-everyday so I knew what I was doing, my only reason to go to the store is because I do not have a color printer. I proceed to clear the jam, checked the side door and remove the tray to pull the sheet out. The customer behind me tells them that I was messing with the machine and the manager approached me saying “You’re not supposed to take that out! You’re supposed to tell me to do it, Excuse me!” In such a nasty tone. Being surprised at the way she approached me I moved a couple inches so she could but the tray back in. Then she say “Excuse me!” So that I could move over again while standing next to me. She couldn’t get it back in and starts muttering that the machine just got fixed and now it’s not going back in and calls another employee to help. The other employee was struggling so I offered to help and say I have the same machine back at home. They ignore my comment and finally got it back in. I then ask if they can print it behind the counter instead and as the manager continued to be rude. I had enough and told her the only reason I tried it was because it was her employees that told me it would be fine. She told asked who said and then said “he’s still in training”. Maybe I shouldn’t have cleared it myself, sure, but I clearly knew what I was doing more than them. No way to speak to customers and no way to speak to about your staff! Learn some customer service!
Had a last minute order for a number of printed items, including a rather large stapled packet that needed to be pulled together from many PDFs.Reneasha was AMAZING!! Answered all my questions, made sure every detail was attended to, and have everything ready and completed to perfectionHighly recommended!
This place is not to be trusted. They will steal and lie about it... The employees that work there has attitudes. This place is a joke. Dont go... thieves!!
This is the worst location ever!! I went to drop off 2 heavy boxes with 6 cases of dog food in them. I parked in front of there store so I wouldnt have to carry the boxes up the steps in the back of the building. When I went to the door the sign stated you had to go to the rear of the building! I tried knocking on the window to ask the staff if I could please drop off the boxes in the front then go to the rear of the building to enter. They wouldnt come to the door and kept pointing to the rear of the building. All three staff members wouldnt just come to the door so I could ask a question. Worst customer service ever!!!! I will never go back to this location!!! I went to the Owings Mills store where one of the staff members took the boxes out of my trunk because I couldnt lift the boxes because I recently had major back surgery.
The employees here were extremely helpful and nice, and made suggestions to help me get my job done in a better way! I was here on a Sunday, and there was a younger man and woman working there who were both so helpful! I don’t know the last time I’ve been to a copy place, but I was very impressed with this one. Give these people a raise! 😉
Staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I really didnt have a lot of time to get these invitations printed and the young man that helped me get it all done ...printed on beautiful paper, cut to size along with envelops. I will be back!!

Had (another) terrible experience at the UPS store so I tried these folks. They were friendly and did a terrific job giving me my shipping options and I was out in a flash. The Pikesville locations of the USPS and UPS both have lousy customer service. This is my new local home for shipping.
The absolute worst shipping company. Ive been getting the run around for the past 3 days. My package was supposed to be delivered Monday, then they told me Tuesday, then Wednesday and now theyre telling me no later than Friday !!! NEVER again FedEx !

We were there with a number of customers. The female employee walked out leaving Corey to try to handle everyone by himself. Thumbs up for his patience. Too bad some of the customers were so rude!
