I would give 0 stars if possible!!! I bought a fridge for a rental unit, kinda worked for about a week. The family lost all of their food, Joey would only make promises to fix it… he never showed up & refused to give me back my money. Promised a 30 day warranty, nothing but lies. Terrible work ethic, terrible customer service, & NO integrity.

My refrigerator quit working about a month ago. I called Joey Wilkinson to come and fix it. He has been out 3 different times to repair it and charged me over 200 dollars. Well my refrigerator still is not working properly. It freezes up and quits. I can take the back off in the freezer and thaw it out and it will do good for about seven days. I decided to just get a new one instead of paying Joey any additional to repair it and than for it to still not work. I talked to Lowes this morning. My new refrigerator was supposed to delivered tomorrow, but for some reason they did not receive it in. They expect to receive it next Monday and they will deliver it Tuesday between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. They will call next Monday to set up an exact time. Than Tuesday when they leave to bring it to me they will call to let me know they are on the way. They apologized for the unforseen delay. Somedays it seems like things go from bad to worse and it never quits. But there is always a rainbow at the end of every storm and it all works out. I need to be grateful that I was able to purchase a new one and be patient until it arrives. Until than i can thaw the one I have out and make it work.

If able it be a -10 stars ive been fighting with them since march to get my fridge fixed i bought a fridge from joes grandson joey on march 4th on the 6th it started making a noise by the 11th it was out now joey has been to my place now 3x times to fix the issue a broken defrost but he be so high of dope he has forgot the part everytime im tired of paying for a service when im not getting a service do not by from here at all in the 4 months my fridge has been broke i can show the proof of receipts from food loss ice and a new fridge why i still wait for them to do their jobs joey knew he sold me a pos from start n wont make it right i have all my proof of messages n promises from joey it b fixed but im still waiting
