I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger from Smart Dodge in Pine Bluff, AR. It was the most perfect car buying experience from start to finish. After receiving a phone call from Lee Smart and his explaining all the necessary details that I requested regarding my 2019 Camaro trade-in up front, I do not regret the drive from Memphis to Pine Bluff. Jermaine and Travis were excellent salesmen. They were totally professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Without question, I received five star customer service and I would highly recommend Smart Dodge for your car buying services.

What an horrible experience I took my car to Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Pine Bluff Arkansas to be fixed they charged me a little over 1500.00 and my car is in worst shape then it was when I took it. Once they were paid they didnt give a flying flip about the rest Lee assured me that the matter would be handled and asked me 2 leave my car with them a few more days to address the problem but called me back about 15 minutes later and told me it was nothing they could do so I went back to pick up my car and of course he was no where to be seen!!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THEM 🤮

Worst ever. Sold me a 2019 F150 as new with 8k miles on it. Factory catalytic converters had beer removed and replaced with cheap ones. Engine light came on 1k after purchase, took it to local ford and they informed me of the issue and quoted me 2200 to replace faulty and aftermarket cat converters. Called Smart Dodge and they said they didnt know because they were a Dodge dealership. Total con artists. Thought salesman had earned my business for life but If youre getting a good deal there is a reason, and unfortunately its not because the dealership is honest. 3 months later Im still waiting for the coward of a service manager to call me. No integrity at this dealership...be advised.

Not a good experience with this dealer. I bought a 2013 f 150 an within 3 days started having problems with the truck. 4 months later have spent a $1000.00 to get the truck right. I bought the truck knowing it was as is. Tried to call an talk to manager but he was out. Left my number an he never called me back. Not a good way to run a business. Will never buy from them again.

Worst experience I have ever had in 40+ years of purchasing cars and trucks!- Sales manager was unfriendly when he test drove my truck to evaluate trade in.- Dealer did not provide drive out tags but moved my old plate over to new truck - which is illegal.- Finance manager (Capp) was unfriendly and not helpful. I had 2 cashiers checks totaling more than agreed upon price. He told me he could not get a check cut for difference due to all management taking early lunch and then going to play golf. He said check would be mailed the next week. I waited 3 weeks and followed up. He said he would check and see where refund was. I asked him to call me back and give me an update. He said - you really want me to call you back? I said yes. Of course he never called and I did not get the refund until I called the next week and spoke to GM. He is not good with math and failed to credit the $500 down payment I provided via phone to hold the truck.- Title never arrived so I had to call and request expediting so I can register truck.- Amy in title dept sent me a letter and a faux title. I took this to DMV and they advised without real title I cannot register truck.- I called to speak to Amy and found she no longer works there. Cassidy told me she would overnight the title and email me the overnight tracking number for follow up. 1 week later I called back and she had never sent it as “they were short handed and did not get around to sending.” Said she would overnight that day. I never got an email and to no ones surprise - the title did not arrive the next day either.- I called the next day and spoke with the best employee they have Mark in finance and he requested the check be cut and mailed. I called him back to see if he could help with obtaining title and he said they weee backed up. He said he would call Cassidy and he did. She called me the next day and said that title would be overnighted and she would email tracking number. Never got the email but finally got the title 45 days after purchasing truck.- Do yourself a favor. Find a dealership that hires and trains their employees!

I came to Smart Dodge this morning just to look around. The salesman Cap was the first person to greet me and ask if I needed help. I ended up seeing a car that I liked and started the process. I told Cap how much I was willing to pay per month, what range I wanted my finance charges to be in, how much I wanted for my trade in and what additional options I wanted. Cap worked with the finance manager Omar and other than not getting exactly what I wanted for my trade in, I am walking out with a new car with all of my request being offered. Today I was first time Smart customer but based on how Cap and Omar treated me today, they have gained a life long customer

Son purchased a car with 20,000+ miles as new but was not offered the new car warranty but they didnt forget to sell the extended warranty and gap insurance. When going in to speak to finance manager we had to wait over 2hrs no one knew where he was, and finally someone called and he appeared and was not helpful at all got an attitude. He stated that it was a service car and it was never registered so they could sell as new. I didnt think this was a big issue but we didnt get much help from any of the management staff. Mr. Davis stated that he called Mr. Smart and he had no other options for us and we would have to talk to the general manager.I will not be referring anyone to this location, the ball was dropped all the way around. I dont imagine Mr. Smart treating anyone this way but was assured they did all they could.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Here is why:1. Before I took off work and drove 3 hours to this dealership, we agreed on a price, including TAX because I live in Texas (even stated this in conversation). Not until I got halfway to Pine Bluff did I find out that my bank was being sent Buyers orders $3600 higher than the agreed price.2. Also on the way, I am told I need to bring a PERSONAL CHECK to pay for the car ($45,000). After stating that I will have the bank send a drafting letter, I was told by my salesman that they did not accept drafting letters.3. I get to the dealership, and they lost the keys. No big deal. I wait a hour for them to program a new key. Finally get it programmed, and I am told if I buy the car, they will send me the keys when they find them in the mail, or a spare. That was 2 months ago, and I have called 6 times asking about my spare key, and I still dont have one. I will just have to pull this money out of pocket and buy my own key.4. Not only was it bad enough that the price was $3600 higher than we had agreed upon, it was listed for $1500 less than they were trying to charge me for it on their website. I was then told a sob story about how the internet salesman put the wrong price online. Then Im told another story about how they Know theyre the cheapest in 5 states which is totally irrelevant to our situation. I dont care if youre the cheapest on all 7 continents, wrong is wrong, and if I hadnt known what it was on the website, I would have been charged $1500 extra just for laughs and grins.5. I sat, at this dealership, for 4 hours trying to figure out how I was going to pay for the car, and a price on it. I WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR THE CAR. The salesman would not accept a drafting letter, and wanted a personal check. On top of the fact, I was being charged $2400 more than the agreed upon price before I drove 3 hours to get this car. After all this time, the salesman walks into the managers office, and the manager tells him to get a copy of the drafting letter and thats all they need. After all this time, we went with what my banker was originally going to do in the first place, which I was told by the salesman that the dealership would not accept.6. As if it werent enough, this is the only sales pitch I was given on the car - If you dont buy it, someone else will. Thats it. Thats what I was told when I wanted the originally agreed upon price to be honored as well. I was not told anything about the car. I was not told what came with it, what warranty it had, absolutely nothing. I wasnt showed how to use anything in the car, not even an offer to do such. I wouldnt even know it came with a year of Sirius XM if Sirius hadnt sent me a letter telling me so. Luckily, this is what I do for a living, so I know the car inside and out.7. After calling a total of around 25 times asking for the manager, I have only actually talked to a manager a total of 3 times. They do not answer the phone, and it will ask you for an extension when they dont, which I have no idea (as anyone who calls) what the extensions for the managers are. Then, when you have to call back and ask again because you dont know the extensions, the people on the phone act like its a burden for them.Ultimately, this is the worst experience I could ever imagine. Buying your first brand new car is supposed to be a wonderful experience, especially when buying a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack, and this was absolutely miserable. I was, and have been more than patient, but Im fed up. You will get what you deserve, and I will be posting this review on every review site I can find. No excuse for all of the to have happened and have none of it taken care of. I only commend Brandon for actually putting forth some effort, but this was already too far gone. I hope nobody is lied to and taken advantage of the way I was.

Worst EVER! Bought a used 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Had nothing but cheap after market parts, when they own a Honda dealership down the street. Was not truthful about the history of the vehicle. Totally miss up on the paper work, by sending it to the wrong address. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!

After setting a price, getting the bank information, setting up travel, getting the certified bank check, and speaking with them this morning, they sold the vehicle not 3 hours later.The manager said if I had done a deposit this would not have happened. One problem, I WAS NEVER TOLD TO PUT A DAMN DEPOSIT!!!I had asked if there was anything that needed to be done to avoid this last week, and TOMMY (salesman) said no. All I was given was a half-ass sorry. This place has no business ethics! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.
