Good place to work, and work at your own pace. The production work is great. They expect quantity over quality. The only down fall is the pay. Its not as good for the type of welding they expect on the machines.

Worked with this company through a temporary service. I helped push past the threshold to receive bonus pay and only received half. And was layed off when the boss accidentally let it slip the whole crew was being layed off and I told everybody to early. They were obviously waiting till the quotas were met. Work at Will states ought to be held accountable for destroyed lives, also the employers who participate in this system. The farmers who buy here should take there money else where. Btw the shop managers use drugs and most of the employees. God bless.
