They will sell you faulty products (phones) that come with malfunctions and do the very bare minimum to fix or correct the issue of the phone that they sold you, and then charge you to have the issues or the malfunctions corrected or replaced wow.Been with metro over 10 years Im officially switching my company soon as my next phone bill is due

Needs updated information!!! Traveled miles to pay my bill because the store reads open until 10pm online. I arrived at 8:30, and it was closed.

They want 20$ for a cheap 2$ phone case. Customer service was far from awesome. Sold me an incompatable phone case because they dont stock cases for all there phones. Returned.

I have been with this company since they took over from Cingular Phone. Any issues I may encounter with my phone they always fix the issue.

Says it doesnt close till 10pm I got there at 9:01 pm right after work and the garage door was sealed, they shouldnt advertise false timing I wasted gas just to go to that specific one. .. smh
