Overall not the worst. They are a little overpriced though and almost never have anybody in the office to help you. You basically have to track workers down if you want to speak with someone, even if you have an appointment. I dont think they are truthful about their hours and will add an hour to your bill even if it only takes 10 minutes. However I will say that they will do the job correctly and within a pretty reasonable time frame given how busy they usually are. Overall I give my experience a C.

Got my bmw x5d towed here after damage from a flash flood, within minutes it was diagnosed, I could clearly see how much business they have and I am thankful they were able to look at it and understand I have to wait a little for repairs: per the previous review… we have to wait our turn dude. Can’t drop our trucks off with a mentality that they need to stop their current work because we are entitled. In the auto and transportation industry we understand that patience comes with the territory. This is a great shop and I’d wait a week for a good mechanic versus a mill that fixes problems that weren’t there to begin with and ya leave with the same issue. Thanks Top Notch!

Please if you have a semi truck stay away of this place, they have no ideia how a semi engine works. I took my truck to them they replace the injector still the problem they replace engine harness still the problem. Important note it took around 3 weeks to do that. complete desaster. Carlos nice blablabla guy i have no clue if he dishonest or have no clue whats his doing. Good lock!!

Great energy and very knowledgeable! Have software to diagnose anything from a Mack, Peterbilt to an Isuzu or Ford!

A good guy but definitely did me wrong. I loyally brought my truck back to him after having done so several times over the past couple years.I noticed he was tired and busy on the day I brought it in and mentioned that to him jokingly in passing. I asked him if he had time to get me in and he said yeah no problem just leave it. I told him I was renting a truck so I’d just leave it and check back the next day.8 days later and a thousand dollars wasted on a rental after calling on several occasions and being told impatiently they’d be getting on it... I left with nothing done to my truck.I’ll start goin back to pinellas diesel.

Carlos is an amazing mechanic and a genuine great person. His knowledge base is extremely extensive and he always wants the best for his customer. If you are withing 100 miles of this place, hands down this is the place to go to. Carlos is amazing! His place is called Top Notch because that is exactly what you get, Top Notch service. A high pressure oil line blew up driving over the skyline bridge. When I spoke with Top Notch they were getting ready to close. So they made room for me to have a tow truck drop my truck and my 20ft trailer I was pulling after hours. They opened up the following day at 8am. I got there at 8:20am and Carlos had my truck fixed and running. I am from Michigan and worked at a Ford dealership for 10 years and Carlos hands down gets the best mechanic and most knowledgeable mechanic award. I couldnt have been more happy with Carlos! Keep up the good work and care for the customer Carlos. You rock!

Really glad I found this place, with the little bit of service I have had done they seem to be really reasonably priced and know what their doing. Plus they are all really easy to talk to.

It is very hard to find honest knowledgeable and hard working diesel mechanic! Yes proving his self over and over!! I am the kind of person once I find a good mechanic all my vehicles go to that mechanic. Say take care of both gas and diesel engines! I do not settle for 2nd best when it comes to my vehicles ! Chris is awesome! Very knowledgeable on both cars and diesels. I brought in my BMW in for a serpentine belt. It was changed in no time and I was on my way. In and out in 20 minites and I am very happy! Definitely check them out.

Chris did a wonderful job getting my nieces horse trailer road ready after sitting in the hot, Florida sun for many months. She was moving to NC and we were concerned about the trip being safe and secure with her beloved horse. Awesome service!
