Realy good services

Great showroom. I spent 1-1/2 hours with Hunter selecting and purchasing products for a 2 bath and kitchen remodel. Cost over $11K. I was told everything except the tub would be delivered on Friday 7/31. Paid half when I ordered and the balance was to be paid prior to receipt and they would call me Friday AM. I never received a call. My husband called them as he had plumbers scheduled to arrive for install and was told several items were not in stock. Around 1am I received a call from Ferguson. I was in my car in a torrential Florida rain storm and had difficulty hearing which I explained to the person who continued the conversation. They offered a special courier to deliver the products by 5-6 pm that day. I said Id check with husband and call back. Verified the number she called from was good to return the call. When I tried calling back I was put on hold for some time and eventually transferred to a survey. Never received another call from them. Husband later called & canceled the entire order. I replaced everything online at BUILD.COM and saved nearly $5K! Upgraded the quality of fixtures to Kohler and tub to Jacuzzi too. free shipping and to be delivered in days. Which is what Ferguson promised but did not deliver on. I guess I should be thanking Ferguson for not reaching out to me to let me know what was going on with my order. Had they only called to let me know it would take a few more days to fill the order I would have just rescheduled the plumbers.

Awesome place with a EXCELLENT person named Steve to help us out. I will be coming back to Ferguson Supply for now on..

Beautiful showroom but honestly, get a very large sign that hits one right in the eye to sign in when the walk in the front door. No one was at the desk when I arrived and waited a long time looking around only to see a younger guy finish up and was not very pleasant. By the time I was told to sign in I had already waited a long time and someone came in ahead of me who had signed in. Also, went to your old showroom yesterday so double frustration. Not returning because I can do better without frustration online.

Great company, great customer service. They are there to keep you as a customer. Our order had many moving parts with some items being delivered at various times and even some vanities having to come from Europe. Everything got delivered on time as promised without dropping the ball. I was thoroughly impressed.

The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable, explained to me what I was doing wrong and when I got home and did what he told me to do it worked like a charm. He was also friendly and courteous which is something you want to see when you go to a supply store and you need help.

Walked in the other day looking for something specific. talked to receptionist, she sent us upstairs and would let them know we were here. We walked around the whole show room and then paced in circles for a bit, not one person even glanced at us. they were glued to their computer screens.otherwise very nice stuff.

Ive been waiting for pricing on 4 items for over a week. I called twice and left messages to follow up and find out what the holdup is. No response yet. How hard can it be? Ive never experienced anything quite like this. I had to give this 1 star because it will not accept 0.Update:Issues resolved, items purchased and delivered. Service was excellent! I feel it fair to update my review...thanks guys!

Dont stand behind there products

Customer service is not very good. Okay the girl that was helping us walked off to show somebody else something and never came back. Finally Katie came over and helped us. She was very nice and she printed out some information for us. The time before this when we were in looking for something no one ever approached just asked if we needed anything. I finally went over to the desk where there was a guy sitting and ask him a couple of questions. He gave me the answers and kept on with whatever he was doing. And by the way he was not on the telephone at that time. Very nice store with very good merchandise.

The Pinellas Park store sucks. As a contractor I have been dealing with this company for years. This store refused to give me contractor pricing equal to the pricing I get at the Brandon location. They tried to nearly double the price on me.

Good people! The manager Douge and crew makes sure we have what we need to get our clients handled quick! Appreciate all their support!

Fantastic customer service. The manager, Nathan, was able to help my company solve a time sensitive issue, and has gained my business the old fashioned way. I wish more suppliers would take the same care in helping contractors provide solutions to their customers.

First of all this particular location in Pinellas Park is not Minority friendly if youre a person of color they treat you differently poor customer service and they want to over charge you by charging list price for everything some are not knowledgeable as to what there selling and when you try to explain or even educate them on there products and how they work and what there used for they catch attitude so yea had a very bad experience with this location will not return I would definitely take my business elsewhere in the future hopefully corporate would correct this problem by retraining some of there employees and possibly have them take a course in sensitivity and how to treat people from different ethnic backgrounds and or cultures...

Horrible customer service! Needed an older rebuild kit for a 3 handle shower and they had no idea what book to even find Kohler in then they did the typical how old is this part? I dont think they even make this any more!Older guy didnt even want to get up from the chair to help the kid who looked like he was 16 years old with finding it. Had to walk out! 15 minutes later down the block about a mile, a young lady had the kit for me with no surprises.
