I usually dont write reviews but the staff went out of their way to help my friends and I photograph some very rare and expensive cars and were very friendly and talkative, which is appreciated as some businesses ignore or even dislike photographers at their dealers. They even changed out a license plate to keep the vehicle owners privacy as well as to allow us to photograph the rear of the car. They loved to indulge our questions and offered up information about other vehicles. I have never been to such a friendly dealer and would love to go back!

Scott explained was was done and the fees associated with the work. The car was returned to us spotlessly clean. Great job!

My car was sent to Dimmitt for them to perform the scheduled 48 month service. My vehicle was picked up, on time, by Mike with Dimmitts enclosed truck. My vehicle was in the shop longer than planned because it took them a few days to have new trunk struts sent in so they could be replaced. All throughout the process, my service advisor, Artemis Tavoularis, kept me up to date on when the part was ordered, when it was shipped, when it arrived and when it was installed. He also provided me with his personal cell phone # so I could reach him directly if I had any questions. The only hiccup in the process was getting the car back to me. They offered to have it driven back to me but, since I requested it be sent by enclosed trailer, it delayed me getting my car back by 2 days until the trailer was available. It is my understanding that this situation will be corrected in the upcoming weeks when Dimmitt takes delivery of a new 2 car trailer for vehicle pickups and deliveries. All in all it was a very good experience - the main reason that I keep going back to them for the required service on my vehicle.

Is Aston Martin, like anyone would say anything bad about this place. I came here for a Cub Scout Event on a Saturday, which by the way they have open house with free food and drink to welcome people to the dealership. Seriously who does that? Aston Martin.

Imagine the look on their faces when I bought 3 db11 Aston Martins with cash... Now Ill imagine I had the cash to do it.
