I had a friend give me one of their house blend cigars, the No 1 Habano 6x56. It was a great cigar for the price. I contacted them about ordering a bundle of these cigars. They were prompt with their replies and suggested a few options to help me ensure I get the same cigars as what my friend gave me. I was really impressed with their house cigars, and their customer service is better than the cigar shops in my own town.The package of my samples arrived today. The package was practically water tight and air tight. The cigars were packaged inside a zipper bag sandwiched in between packing paper used to fill the additional space and protect the cigars from damage in transit.Great customer service, attention to details, I will buy more cigars from them.

Let me tell you this, I enjoyed visiting #1 Cigar very much. The store is a little off the beaten path, its worth the trip. The owners are a wonderful couple and enjoy what they are doing and the service they provide. Please if you enjoy a good stick stop by and see the wonderful people at No1 Cigar. They will not disappoint you!

Great selection of cigars from all price ranges. They have a lounge where you can enjoy your cigars on the premises. The owner has an extensive knowledge of cigars and can assist you with your selection. This place has a friendly environment to select and enjoy your cigars. Strongly recommend!

I was in No.1 cigar shop today for the first time. Henry made me feel like I have been going there for years. I really enjoyed his Henry V Maduro. Theres a few cigar shops closer to me but its worth the trip to Henrys No.1 cigar shop!!!

Customer service haa always been great! The staff are friendly and helpful plus Cigars are priced reasonably. I have made it my go to place for my regular daily cigar purchases.

They have a great selection of cigars. Henry is very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to explain the differences between certain sticks. They answered every and any questions I had. Being new to cigar smoking it can be overwhelming but they take the time to explain.

Rude cant say it enough. As soon as I walk in to this cramped cigar shop you are at the counter. There was boxes on the floor so I looked at them because I like cigar boxes. The first thing the guy says is they are only for customers. I was there to buy a cigar and find a new local cigar brand but wont do business here. The selection is small and not even humidity controlled.

Nice selection no Arturo Fuentes but plenty of others.

The guy who runs this place is extremely knowledgable! He takes the time to answer all of your questions, and is very nice! He has a pretty big selection with prices from really low to high. It also seems like hes smoked every cigar in his store and he will tell you if he thinks they suck or are great. So far all of his reccomendations have been on point. I love this shop and highly reccomend!
