Truly one of the best card shops I have been to and will continue to buy and sell here as well. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to teach and old dueler new tricks. So thank you all for best experience for my sister and I.
Unbelievable selection. Truly the best stocked Pokémon local game store I’ve seen in years. Pair that with the nice and helpful staff, this is the perfect place for your trading card hobby needs. Highly recommend.I picked up a Shining Fates and Champion’s Path ETB for an extremely fair and small markup.
I give them two stars because they do have a wonderful space to play magic or any other trading game. Other than that they charge 10-30 percent more than tcg player prices and only offer 50 percent card trade in or sale value. In other words don’t buy or sell your cards here
The store looks great, very helpful and respectful staff, clean and organized, prices seemed competitive to me for a brick store front with a place to play. This is a wonderful place for the community and I wish them luck .
My favorite store in the area. Great play area, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of everything. Prices of product and singles is TCG Low so happy to buy here. Plenty of players to get some MTG commander or Yugioh Goat games going (modern yugioh also). Most important for me is the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The vibe is great with people coming in to just have fun playing cards with others. Francisco and Tyler are at the counter and do a great job making me feel welcome while doing buys, sales, tournaments and so on. I appreciate the customer service during especially busy times. My home away from home. Super happy this store is here!
Normally I only like to spread positivity, but in this case I must be truthful and share. I have been a customer here for a long while, and have spent a lot of money, due to normally courteous staff. Today, I went in and saw an older single card which I enjoyed and wanted to add to my collection. As I mentioned, I have shopped here a lot and bought singles here before so I know they price based on TCG Player. This particular card in near mint condition was worth significantly more then the condition the card was actually in when I looked at it. Despite this the guy, whom I did not recognize said the price was not negotiable and essentially tried to sell me a card literally with damaged edging at a near mint card price point. I would like to think this was because this guy was new. Maybe I will try back on a different day in the hopes of getting someone reasonable. I literally had another single in my hand (priced reasonably) and was going to buy sealed product, but the wording and how that guy came off made me just leave without getting anything. I did tone down what he said in this review as well. I probably would have spent 500+ dollars at that moment, but instead spent nothing due to the treatment. Not sure when or if I will go back. In the meanwhile, I hope no one over pays for singles here.
It is an awesome wonderful place. It is an amazing place to not just play card games but can buy, sell, and trade cards and all sorts. It is a cool place.
Great place to meet and play board games, either bring your own or borrow from the lend shelf or they have a great selection of games for purchase. Very friendly and helpful! They also offer plenty of minis and some dice etc.
Store was very clean, employees were very friendly, but I drove an hour to get here based on a particular card that their website showed in stock. Not only that, but they were selling the same item on TCGPlayer. I get there and the item was not there and the blame was shifted to another party. I understand that I could have just picked up the phone to inquire about the item, but it is not the customers responsibility to check/maintain/update a stores stock.
This is a nice little store that I only recently stumbled across. They have a great selection of Pokemon cards, D&D items, board games, and more. Theres even a lot of space for gaming. It was a nice environment and the staff was friendly and kind. A nice, well kept store. Wont be my last time visiting here.
Good selection of board games and card games. Big playing area for those who want to play in store. Would be nice if they held MTG drafts.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store itself had a wonderful selection and was clean and spacious. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for any Magic products.
Fun place to hang if you like table games and tcg. You can even sell cards to them! Also super nice staff thats very knowledgeable.
Kitchen Table Games, guys & gals. Good people. Roll the die
People are very nice there if you need help with any cards go tall to frank he is very knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you may have
Price gouging on cards tried to buy a box then went to Check out and raises the price 10 bucks plus the guy up front has no customer service what so everResponse to owner. No I never purchased anything. I asked about prices on the ETBs and the guy was rude the whole time but I ignored it was told 100 on one of them tried to buy it and he said never mind it’s 110 so I walked out. Didn’t seem like he wanted to sell anything and just sat there in his chair
I brought my Pokémon cards to see how much they were worth. After I checked online and saw it was worth $750, but I didnt let them know that just to see what they would say. They said they could only give me a dollar. I would not bring my stuff here because they will take advantage or they just dont know what they are talking about.
10/10 good place, friendly staff & all around good prices!!!
Great store. Had a blast playing flesh and blood.
Went in on Saturday. From out of town so its a drive to get to this location. Small cluster of trades happening on one side of the store.Grabbed about 5-6 playmats and waited at the counter. And waited. And waited.Guy sitting at the table behind counter looked smoked out of his mind. Playing with cards and cell phone actively ignoring my wife and myself.Other guy asked what we needed. We asked about a card and he directed us to a computer to check their stock... ok.Idk where they found AOL service in this day and age. But that computer was jammed into the trade war going on and couldnt even load the search page. Went back to the counter where they were helping a regular out all chummy.Couldnt get their attention again. Left without buying a thing. Bought my snapcaster on tcgtrader. Ill never go here again.Yet another mtg place my wife felt ignored.
Super great place to play an buy stuff
Mannnn, very ashamed that this place is allowed to sell Pokémon product. Pokémon card collectors out there BEWARE, and dont fall in to their scheme, look on eBay and other resources for product. I know its convenient that they have it, but pretty much all Pokémon product has a mark up of 200-500% from there actual price. Please dont feed them, as they know they can make a killing off of us. Stores like this... we need to stand up as a community, so we can all have fun with our hobby. Manager has a know it all mentality, doesnt care, and will sit and play his magic game while you wait 15 minutes on him. Sad.. sad. Lets stop going here!!
Awesome selection of product, extremely friendly staff, a clean storefront, and competitive prices. I throughly enjoy anytime I get to stop in.
I used to be a long time regular of this shop. Used to have a good time. The owner moved to open another shop and ever since since things have gone down hill. The trade in values are no longer even close what they were. The employees have no problem lying to your face or being incredibly rude. What used to be a decent store is a shadow of what it once was. Will never go back now.My wife was also selling gaming items there on commission, but when theyd sell the staff claimed they had no clue if it actually sold so now shes out the money.
Staff seemed annoyed that we even walked in the door and didnt greet us. Store was dirty and had a run down appearance. And it kind of had a weird smell. Everything from the shops cleanliness to the staffs unkempt appearance to the staffs attitude really carried that Comic Book Guy vibe from The Simpsons that has given geek culture its negative stereotypes.I guess you could say the shop was spacious...but thats really just code for having a very small selection of product.
It is a great place to chill and play some tabletop or card games. Or even to just sit and relax for a bit watching players play MTG or whatever
Is always stocked with what you need. Bit pricy for some items but the best thing is knowing 100 percent for sure they will have what you need or want.
Nice friendly place with tons of tables and merchandise.
Super friendly and hoping to make this my new stomping ground for DBS card game
Ive really wanted to like Kitchen Table Games. Theyre pretty friendly, helpful and theyve got a nice shop. Alas... theyre charging high scalper prices for nearly everything. What it comes down to is their service is way over priced. Ive come in a few times for Pokemon cards and theyre generally pricing above even Market Price (which is already often double MSRP). As a hobbiest, Im being charged $65 on $25 MSRP on release day. Is the demand there? Maybe, but Im done shopping here. Every extra dollar spent for products above MSRP supports the greedy ones and takes time off of my life.If Kitchen Table Games wants to play the scapler game, thats fine, Ill buy for 2/3 of what theyre charging elsewhere online. StockX had a double package of the Venusaur and Blastoise VMax for $77 ($85 w/ tax and shipping) rather than the $130 Kitchen Table Games would have charged me. I hope more of the community gets sick of unfair prices. It will take a grass roots effort to being the prices back down to an accessible range for everyone - especially the kids who are receiving the brunt of it.Edit: Kitchen Table Games mentioned that TCGPlayer had the item listed at $65. That was the high-end. They had it listed for $40-45 (by reliable dealers) as well. Kitchen Table Games, like the other Local Area Game Stores are pricing based on long-term strategy for hot items. Hopefully the Pokémon Company figures a strategy to help out their end-customers soon. Im done with the modern products because theyre just too much of a money pit at the current price points.
The new manager Will is extremely nice definitely will take care of you, super fun space where u can come and hang out with ur friends highly recommended u come try it out
One of the best place to pick up Yugioh, pokemon, Mtg and dragonball cards! Heard they will be starting Yugioh tournament eventually when the Konami give them a green light! Also I hope this will store will become a official OTS store instead driving all the way to Oblivion game in Tampa
This place is AWESOME! i went here a few days ago and i was NOT dissapointed. they had every product for every tcg that you could imagine, and it was all at msrp! even vivid voltage! the woman behind the desk was extremely helpful and obviously knew her stuff, she even gave me free magic the gathering cards. overall great experience. the only reason i gave this store a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is the mask policy is customer preferance. this is one of the places that NEEDS masks to be mandatory especially since people are trading cards here. small gripe but overall great experience! this place was awesome.
Good selection, clean
I called in advance to sell Magic Cards. Upon entry I was greeted with unfriendly staff. They seemed annoyed and bothered by me even walking up to the register. Both huffing and puffing and giving me condescending attitudes. I will take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Friend recommended me there. We went to get some yugioh bulk. We spent an hour or so looking through the boxes and found some decent cards. They scanned them individually and charged based on online prices. Commons from different sets, used condition, were $4, even tho there are holo reprints of them for pennies. These were in bulk boxes and not in near mint condition, a few days prior they sold them to my friend for a flat price.I asked about buying some packs of Rise of the Duelist, the guy looked online and told me the packs would cost 6.99 while something like toon chaos was 3.99. I dont understand their pricing and methods. If you like Magic and DBZ tcg, this is your place i suppose.
A shocking selection of board games and a lot of table space. For Covid concerns the layout probably isnt great, but it seems like a great place to play and has regular groups.
I took my thirteen-year-old for a pre-release of magic could not possibly have had a better experience.Jessica made him feel so welcomed he felt like we knew her forever.Everyone he played with was so friendly and helpful to himMy first time there and I was so comfortable leaving him unattended that I left.Hes begging to go back so were headed there again 2 Days Later for what Im sure will be the same wonderful experience. Also very clean and a great selection. He already has 4 Christmas gifts picked out.
Went in to start playing MTG. Mateo spent a ton of time with me playing through my first games, suggesting strategies, showing me how the game works and even suggesting tweaks to my first deck. He was super friendly and super helpful. KTG had everything for me to get started. Mateo again went above and beyond suggesting the best avenues to get where I wanted to be deck wise. Its a great environment with great people. Looking forward to being a regular customer and player.
I originally posted a review meant for a different game store so I am editing and making an accurate review. This game store is ok. Ive only been in here 2-3 times. The place is generally just card games with the occasional Pathfinder or D&D groups. They have a decent amount of board games.
Wide selection of games and supplies
Had the pleasure of spending a few hours 3 months ago. Saw some bad press and thought I should comment. Fun place. Good staff. Thanks.
Awesome company and owner. Really is customer oriented! Will be back again and again...
Just moved into town and havent yet swung by to play some magic but, judging by both the positive and negative reviews for the store, it seems exactly like the place that I would want to game. Adults treating other adults as adults? How horrible! /sSee you soon, Galen. Looking for a spot to play a lot of limited MTG. Draft, sealed, Magic league, etc.
Love this place, people are nice and overall good vibes
Me and my husband stopped in to do some trade ins for the first time at this location and we were extremely happy, staff was friendly and helpful and the store itself was clean and organized. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member that helped us that day because he went above and beyond to help us find the cards we were looking for and he was very knowledgeable! (We kind of got the cold shoulder from another store in the area so were pleased to say this will be our go to store for Magic, Yugioh and table top gaming.)
Friendly staff. Decent selection of games. Some OOP titles at fair prices for their status.
The manager or owner is nothing but a rip-off artist. He only pays 25% of cards value in store credit. I aint always tries to connive every Price. Plus the prices are 15 to 20% higher than the other stores in the area
The new location is nice and spacious. Plenty of tables to game at with your friends. There is a wide variety of board games, collectible card games, as well as some games workshop stock to pick from. The regular customers and visitors are pleasant the atmosphere is light and about people coming to hang out and have a good time playing some games. I enjoy coming here on weekly basis.
A great place and true american hero for standing up for his rights as an american to work. Keep up the great work.
As a gay gamer, Ive had no problems with this store outside of it being just a bit out of the way for me (nothing they can help, obviously.) Always able to be like family with the owners and employees and everyone there is friendly. While some people do argue from time to time, its a rare occurrence and never really affects what I do as a gamer. Ive never felt in danger and actually feel safe within the store as compared to other locations.
Apologies, my friend used my phone to review your establishment while I browsed your amazing selection and I suppose he is not a fan. Updated my previous rating from 1 to 5 again due to someone using my phone. You guys are knowledgeable and very friendly l.
Worst customer service ever, i simply called and asked if they had a console accessory, and their response was call gamestop not us... Not sure how these people even still have a store front, but i wouldnt bother with this place at all, these guys arent here to run a buisness, theyre only intrested in playing magic, Dungeons & Dragons and being bronys together.
Employees dont care about customers. They have their core demographic of 30 year old magic the gathering players and thats all they care about. The guy that was working at 4pm March 16th had zero interest in answering any of my questions. He was too busy sorting through magic the gathering cards. He had another customer helping him do it too. One guy was sleeping on the coach. I understand that magic the gathering is their money maker but I had $100 to spend and couldnt get any help. Instead I got snark and disregard. They dont even carry an up-to-date stock so I couldnt find what I was looking for.If you want a boardgames store with friendly employees that are always willing to help go to Emerald City Games instead. Not a family friendly place. It feels dark and uninviting.
Great game store in Pinellas Park! They are open late and have great game selection with competitive prices. Store employees are super nice and always willing to help. Lots of tables for people to come in and play games.
Want a quiet game with a few friends? This fits the bill!A respectable variety of gaming options, snacks & drinks, and a knowledgeable staff. And always a seat at the table for Walk-ins!Check it out!
Friendly staff, Galen (owner) is the best! Product selection is very widespread. One of my favorite shops period
Its fine. Has a decently sized selection of board games but nothing out of the ordinary.
Inappropriate and unprofessional staff. Not only does one member of the staff judge in a biased manner, but he also touches my friend inappropriately. This same employee also made a stint about a card mat that showed no nudity, forcing my friend to remove it after he lied to the owner saying someone complained about it when no one other than friends were near by, and everyone in the establishment was over the age of 18. The owner also made things worse by threatening to kick our friend out of the shop if he didnt remove his mat. It was brought to the owners attention that this same employee had seen this mat on multiple occasions in the prior weeks of us coming to the shop, while both complimenting it and making jokes about it. So why did things change? Why was it such an issue? Then after that, the tournament that was to take place got postponed by three hours, causing us to waste time and stewing in the uncomfortable air that had been left by the employee and owner. I know I will not be letting my boyfriend waste any more time or money in a shop where they treat us like this, for no reason and the employees actions go unchecked. Thanks for the experience ktg, you can change locations, but until you rid yourself of bad customer service-- you wont be doing much better.
They didnt have a price marked on the board game and instead pulled up eBay to see what the listings were at.If I wanted to deal with a scalper, I would have gone to eBay myself.$130 MSRP and they asked for $240.Either you are for serving the gaming community or are for taking advantage of gamers...you cant have it both ways.
Absolutely amazing :)
If you wanted this is Ill just when is extremely nice and helpful and understanding definitely willing to come back. The group of workers here are really cool and the staff seem to be more than accommodating.
If youbare into magic the gathering then you should be right at home here. Plenty of space and well lit. My complaint is due to a lack of customer service. When asked about the pricing of the used product I was told it should be on the product. When i showed that it wasnt the clerk just kinda walked off.
Clean, well lit and cheerful this store is a great place to find board games and trading card games. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
I had recently cime to the shop to sell some of my collection. While the shop attendant, an older guy who kinda looks like Manny from Jackass/Wild Boys, noticed an island MTG card that my fiance had painted in my binder. I mentioned that she painted it and his remark was she shouldnt quit her day job. I hate to think that this man is allowed to interact with customers at all. Ill be taking my business to other lgs like Critical Hits and Serenity Games from now on. They may be further away, but at least their staff arent unprofessional and rude.
Great experience. Got a great mod. Great service. Great kratom staff was really tentative great place for beginners to advanced vapors really enjoyed the place. Definitely my new local vape shop. Prices very fair.
Place is well kept and clean, especially when compared to other hobby shop. They only thing lacking is their advertisement of the place. If I didnt search for locations offering Friday night magic, I would have never seen this place even though I have driven by their location many times in the past.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, game space is clean and kept open much later than any other game shop in the area. They also have a large stock of boards to sample in store as well as a large collection of boards in stock to purchase.
One of my favorite shops to go to and staff is very welcoming and helpful if your looking for a place to play this is it
Place is awesome to go play some MTG,yu-gi oh or whatever other TCG your into. Board games D&D and anything in between. Helpful staff, knowledgeable staff and clean atmosphere make this a staple in my weekly rounds for MTG.( ^^^^ This all use to be true, I must redact 90% of it due to their lack of COVID restrictions. Upon walking in NOBODY had a mask on, and when they seen a person with a mask they looked at you like YOUR the crazy one. It use to be a decent place to play CCGs and board games, but has gone extremely downhill. I would take my business to somewhere that respects others personal space.)
Great people, great employees, great prices, just all around the best shop Ive been to.
I had a very disheartening experience here. I heard behind the counter of the store some very racist remarks and I was appalled. I mentioned it and it was brushed aside as a joke. Even as a joke it was wildly inappropriate. This was said from someone behind the counter and I cannot brush that off as ok or passable. I will not be returning
Bought our own game, and played, huge selection and the employees were friendly. We will be back.
Is a place that is a comfortable place to meet new people or to gather with old friends. People here are fairly nice and are willing to let in new people to their group.
Really nice and helpful workers there!
I love this store, its very friendly and meets all my needs, they have tons of singles, and the staff are like my family. I play magic here and hang out on the regular, they are super welcoming to people like me (gay trans magic players) and that is rare to find in businesses. Would recommend to anyone else. Plus they allow vaping inside as long as its not around children or guests which ask me not to, which gives them mad points in my book. #vapenation
Chill vibe great place to battle at whichever card game is your preference welcoming atmosphere no pressure to buy anything it was almost like a retreat/ hangout for youth which is great!
Great place for everyone and families to hang out. Lots of board game tournaments as well as stuff for sale at reasonable prices.
Fun place to hang out and play games with friends. Very welcoming environment.
My experiance here is short, but a loving memory indeed as it is a very friendly community and the deals are not horrific. The tournys are fun and they have something for everyone! 9/10 for the amazing staff, and community!
I went for an event they put up on facebook. It was a newish game Keyforge. The tournaments at other stores have been pretty fun. The person at the store didnt know anything about it. The person who was supposed to run the tournament wasnt there. My buddy and I bought a deck each and played a handful of games. Basically the same thing we did the night before at home. The gentleman behind the counter was quick to share his political views on walls and sjw folks. At about 9:30 on the Monday of the event (which was supposed to start at 7:00), the gentleman behind the counter told us the guy running keyforge would be there soon. I cant really start (even a 3 person tournament) on a Monday night at 10:00 pm. Work and all that. They were also selling the starter kit for Keyforge for $10 over retail. I get that the market can increase prices, but you want to know why no one is at your tournament? Youre making it hard to get into the game by not having the event coordinator show up, raising prices on the kit with all the extra bits you need, and bringing politics into the discussion.I really want to like this place. If you play magic or any other collectible card games, this is probably the place for you. Or you might like it here if you want to talk about Trumps wall strategy, or how annoying sjws are.--------Edit: Response from the ownerGalen, Thank you for your response. I know youre working with second hand information so I will give you some additional facts that may show this wasnt a miscommunication or that I misunderstood any of the conversations.A few minutes after 7 my friend and I approached the counter, knowing we were the only two people in the store looking to play keyforge. We asked what was going on. The person behind the counter stated clearly and unequivocally the following:He:- doesnt like keyforge, its not fun for him;- He doesnt know anything about the tournament;- is not responsible for that tournament;-the person running it was not there, but might be later.Discussion about only two people being present was minimal. My friend and I each bought a deck and played with those since we were there. During this transaction, the gentleman behind the counter was not multitasking and there was no one behind the counter with him. His conversation was directly, and attentively focused on me and my friend. When paying for the keyforge decks, I joked about tax being added to the purchase. He stated that Trump needed money for his wall. There was no confusion about context. I didnt think it was a huge deal, which is the reason I only mentioned it briefly. Some people are very sensitive about Trump and his politics, and I thought it fair they have a warning that political discussion might become part of their gaming transaction.I had no expectation that there would be full prize kit available in your Promos galore sealed tournament with only two people showing up. My friend and I proposed that we pay $20 each, and winner could get one of the available prizes. It was a suggestion, no big deal. We still bought decks and stuck around to play.Sometime just before 9:30 my friend went to buy two more decks. During this he got to hear the person behind the counter finish a phone conversation. Your person telling the other end of the phone that he was hungry, and hadnt eaten yet. I can sympathize, I get hangry too. After hanging up the phone your person muttered to no one in particular hes f***ing worthless. My friend and I arent sensitive people, but that might not be a great side of your business to show two people trying to make the best of a tournament that wasnt happening. On the way out, he said the guy running the tournament was on his way, at 9:30 p.m. on a Monday.Im reasonable, Ill give your shop another shot. Youre really lucky to own a game store. Thats truly living the dream. It wont last long if you dont make sure your employees represent you and your store in a positive way.
Nice staff, decent pricing, would recommend to go there.
No greeting upon entrance. No staff asked if I needed assistance while I was clearly trying to find something. Nobody really seemed to pay any attention to me at all. When I asked someone on staff if they carried anything for Star Wars: The Card Game, the person didnt even know it existed, despite them carrying a few other FFG games. The appearance of the store itself left much to be desired. It wasnt dirty, but it didnt feel clean, and there were dark sections where the bulbs above had either gone out or just werent fully lit.Overall I just didnt vibe with the place all three times I visited.
Beware. I hate to do this because the store is literally 5 minutes from where I live but have been here 3 times and would of recommended. Not to Inviting of a atmosphere for new players. Also there are the kind of people that will look a price up on eBay before selling you something . Thats what I hate the most. Your a brick and motar store have set prices and also you dont have to pay PayPal, eBay, and shipping fees which should reflect on your prices. I went up there to look at a dragon ball super starter deck. They say a price so I go to pay for it and then it becomes ohh you picked that one. The cards are worth alittle more In that starter pack and it cost more . I was shocked but ha e heard horror stories about this place before and realized it was more my fault for even going there . you have been warned now
Learned how to play 5 games at a group event hosted here. Simple, clean. Lots of different games in stock
A great place to get Magic cards, Pokêmon, and other gaming supplies .They do Pre-Releases & Friday Night Magic . A great staff as well as fellow gamers..
I returned to this location I spoke with one of the workers and all issues were cleared. It is a wonderful fully stocked store I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a game of most anything.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and willing to help you test new deck ideas. A great place for Magic players, and still good for other TCGs.
Friendly and does right by their people. Support this business.
Love it. Great collection, friendly staff, nice people. Its a very welcoming place. :)
Great card shop, owner and workers are nice and helpful. Overall a fun community.
Nice place to hang out and game!
Exceptional staff variety of awesome games and people fun place to hang out if you are into gaming
Great place for people who play card games, and board games. Friendly environment, can get loud during events though! Snacks and drinks available for cheap.
Good place to go if your into board games and card games.
Yoo this place got everything you would need to make a deck in yugioh, magic and a lot more. And its the best spot to chill and play against other people. A must visit to any fan
Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and willing to serve the local gaming community. Looking forward to moving to the area and attending events regularly.
Edit:I have been in several times since posting my original review, and they have all been good experiences. All of the sales people have been nice and very helpful. I really like this store now. They have a large selection of both singles and sealed product. They also have a very large selection of accessories like playmats and sleeves. No one seemed to care I was there. Wanted to buy stuff but no one wanted to talk to me or take my money.Response: Yes, that is me. I did mention I was looking for commons, bulk commons i.e. bulk. I dont think the salesman was with another customer but he may have been. He stated to me, I can grab that after I finish with this then pointed at a bunch of cards and the computer. It looked to me that he was sorting cards or entering stuff into the computer. Then more customers came in while I was waiting for him to finish, then he started helping them. Again, I might be wrong about that, it is only how I perceived it.The one guy being busy is not what I had a problem with.I entered the store stating I was part of the local community and had never been to this store before. After hearing much about it, I wanted to know what it was all about (every store is a little different). I even recognized one of the other patrons, having played against him in a local tournament before, and quickly exchanged pleasantries. Now this is what comfused/bugged me. You had a chance to get a new regular customer and no one seemed to care. Like you dont want or need the bussiness. I was ready to spend money, you had lots of products I wanted to talk about and buy. But no one seemed interested. There was 2 to 3 people behind the counter. One man just stood in a doorway and looked at me while chatting with someone else who was in the room behind him. A young lady was sorting cards. She even got up at one point and asked the gentleman that the salesman you spoke of was helping to see if he needed help, walking by me to do so. There was also another man who was wearing a store shirt who came out and sat at a table and looked through some papers. None of these people offered me help or even acknowledge I was there. Now I get there may have been some confusion or miscommunication, but I find it funny that you knew who I was based only little more than me stating I was ignored.P.S. If it was a misunderstanding, which I am sure it was, I will update my star rating once I actually get a chance to shop there.
