I went there earlier this month and had a great experience and decided to go back to get some more paint. I called ahead of time to ask if they had curbside pickup and could they match colors. She told me if I brought in a piece of the object that she could. I told her that I didnt want to get out of the car because I would have my 91 year old grandmother with me. She said fine. I could hold the pictures up to the window and she could try to match it up. I told her I would be there is a little while. When I got to the store, I parked right outside the door. I called to let her know I was here. She says that I could bring my phone up to the store window and I said I told you earlier that I did not want to get out the car. She said that she could not come out the store and that she was on the other line. She acted as though I was bothering her. Im like this was a wasted trip and a waste of gas. Im wondering what was the point of me asking her about curbside pickup when I had to get out of the car. They have definitely lost my business.

I ordered and picked up nine gallons of paint at the Sherwin Williams store on 49th St. Chris was phenomenal getting it already for me. Her suggestions were spot on. Definitely going back.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. I say this because I initially had son many different decorative ideas and color schemes. The manager, if I remember correctly, was Jana. She was so patient and kind with me. Being that this was my first home that I had purchased, she knew the magnitude of this decision. She took her time with me and helped me pick some fabulous color patterns. I couldnt be happier. I want to thank her and the rest of the staff for guiding me along in this important decision.

Store was well stocked, and carries a wide variety of colors and types of paint. Store was very clean and employees are very knowledgeable when asked questions concerning paint and paint products and accessories.

Love shopping at IKEA. Always get more than I stopped in for because the ideas for home items ate vast.

I went there yesterday around 4ish. Your site said open til 6. I get there and the door is locked, no one was there, and there was a sign that said Use other door except there was no other door. I dont know how products and service is but I can recommend the Lowes down the street.
