They fixed my handle on the inside of my door. It was broken and couldn’t pull the door closed. They didn’t even charge me. The found a piece needed in a salvage yard and fixed it. They have also done so much body work over the years for us. They are so good, very professional, quality work and fast service. I highly recommend.

This place is an absolute nightmare! My daughter went through hell with this company. She called me crying on numerous occasions. They lied to her repeatedly and basically held her car hostage for 3 months. As a concerned father, I called the company to try and reason with the owner. I tried to explain that my daughter was a single mother working two jobs to support her family. I told him that I understand things happen, but to please be honest with her. He seemed very understanding and I thought things would get better. They got worse. He was mean and belligerent towards her and continued to lie right up till the end. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this place.

The business is not ran well, what so ever. The biggest hassle we have ever had to go through, not to mention the poor customer service (by the boss himself) . Highly recommend a different place to receive help on any car services. No one I know or am friends with will ever go to this place again.

Hanner, the owner fails to have any compassion for his customers. He fails to communicate lies with his secretary. So many lies, too many to list. He claims that he has no tracking number on any shipped parts. Told me my car was ready, then get a ride to pick it up and find out it’s still missing a part. At pick up he mentions a warranty but it is just a spoken warranty...no paperwork to prove it. I am supposed to take his word after he lied to me for 3 months? I don’t think so. Hanner is very intimidating and got in my face spitting mad because I asked for a tracking number after he told me he had all the parts In unbroken 3 weeks prior. 4 parts came in broken which is understandable but depending on who you talk to determines what the part actually is. I honestly experienced nothing short of a nightmare through this company and pray nobody EVER gets treated the way I was. IF YOU CANT FIX SOMEONE’S VEHICLE IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, JUST BE HONEST!!!!!!!!

Horrible. Took 8 weeks for a 3 wk. repair. Overspray left inside and out. Buffed through paint. Wont tell you accurate dates. No discount on delaysBreak items not broken. Have incorrect parts for weeks until discovering.Truly an Avoidable location and business. BBB would give them a F

This was my second time to use this company. Guess I didn’t learn the first time around. I used them several year ago for an accident, had to take the car back several times due to headlight unit not working properly, after a few tries, they finally found one that worked. Now, again an accident, needed some work on the nose cap of my SUV. Took twice as long as stated, then after just a couple months, the whole fender on the passengers side seemed to be coming off. Called them and was told that there was no warranty on the work. So for 2 years now, we’ve been piecing it back together. My husband decided to take it back up there and see what they would charge to fix it correctly. Was just told they didn’t have time and the warranty was expired anyway. Would not recommend this place to anyone needing quality work! Especially not a woman!

I had my car repaired after something fell on my windshield smashing it and slinging glass all the way to the back seat. I picked up my car after the repairs to find that my turn signals were no longer making the clicking sound. I called them and they told me to return it and they would look at for me. So even after the repairs were down they were still there for me. Thanks!

I took my vehicle to advanced collision in pineville on a Monday morn they said it would b ready by Wednesday nope called Wednesday they said it would b ready Friday called Friday they said monday called Monday they said wed which turned out to b Thursday I also had 5$ in my console someone stole it but told the receptionist they put it in the console I knw its js 5$ but it the principal of the matter it was mines you couldve just asked so basically they turned a 5 hr job into a 2 wk job now I understand it had ppl ahead of me but I hate when businesses take more than they can chew I took my rental baCK cause the lady said it would be done Friday so I was stuCK w/o a vehicle for the entire weekend and 2 additional days that I had to go baCK to work jus unprofessional if you ask me.

The 1st time I used Advanced Collision I was unsatisfied with the overall work, the paint was peeling and the lower grill didnt match the upper grill after replacement. However, after this was brought to their attention, immediately someone reached out to me. It was brought to my attention that all their work is warranted, and that all I needed to do was to bring my vehicle in. Not only was the customer service great, just as it was before, but I felt they went out of their way to correct the issues and make sure I was happy, and in a timely manner. I should not have let how one employee made me feel effect my overall point of view about this repair shop. I am happy to give this place a great review, and suggest that if anyone else ever have a problem with their work, just to reach out and let them know so it can be fixed. And just want to say again, Thanks guys for great customer service!

Reserved a premium car to be picked up the next day at 4pm. Went to pick up the car and was told all they have is a Jeep Wrangler or a compact car. No phone call before hand to advise me of the situation. Didn’t have much choice so went with the Jeep. The wind noise was deafening, fuel mileage very poor, and could barely hold it on the road for a 6 hour trip. So much for premium!!! The customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. This is one place Enterprise ought to look into closing the doors on.

After the first week of waiting and was told it it would be another week,I was upset but Hey what can you do. The lady on the phone said just get a rental.The insurance will pay for it. i dont have that on my policy I said.she said I guess you see that as a bad decision..........A week later I call again to see if my truck is ready as promised.She said it will be another week.What.. What is taking so long? What is the problem? She says Were not miracle workers ya knowI asked to speak to the manager.I go to pick up my truck Another week later at 5:00 and I see a guy with a small paint brush next to my truck.hmm I asked him what was up and he said touch up.But those scratches were not there when I brought it in? hmmSo I go inside to finish up. The people behind the counter were nice.I get my keys and get in my truck and notice that there is a different floor mat in each spot.Hmm I ask about it the one of the workers tries to convince me that that is the way it came in. HaThe manager comes out and ask what is the problem so I tell him.He ask me Do you have a lot of friends? I said yes I hope.He said well your friends said your are bad mouthing me on FB.I felt bad and was about to say I was sorry when he told me that I was just childish for doing that.Only children do that.our work may be slow but our work is great.I said Like the scratches your guy was hiding with touch up paintWe were interrupted and he just walked away. I drove off without my Floor mats.At lease the work that they did looked ok, other that the scratches that they put touch up paint on andtried to hide it from me.

They got my truck on Monday July 18th. I called the 27th to see if they could tell me about how long it was going to be. They said hopefully by the end of the week. The weekend came and went so I called the following Monday and they said to call back Thursday. I called Thursday and they said to call back Monday. I called Monday and they said it would be done Tuesday at 5:00 but to call at 3:00 because it could be done earlier. I didnt bother to call Tuesday but, tired of being disappointed, opted to call Wednesday instead thinking surely.... So when I called Wednesday they told me it MIGHT, thats right might, be done Thursday. I called back Thursday and they said two parts were missing from the set of parts they ordered but it shouldnt stop them from finishing up Friday.I had to trim out a ton of stuff in the middle here to make it fit in this review.I saw a few things that werent right before I made it home but they were closing and I desperately needed my truck back before having to go back to work so I figured Id just give it a good inspection at home the next day and notify them.After FINALLY getting my truck back I inspected it at home the next day and discovered a cover plate on the inside of the passenger door right behind the handle that was missing, a supporting bracket next to the battery that didnt have any bolts in it, it was just sitting there next to the battery, a push pin each located at the top of two curtains that block off the area between each headlight and the sides of the radiator werent pushed through the holes that hold the top of the curtains up and in place; the pins were too big to go through the holes so they just left the top of the curtains dangling... And there was a hole busted in my breather box big enough to put two thumbs through, right next to the radiator reservoir that they replaced so it should have been hard to miss. These were all things that they neglected to repair or put back into place after working in that area. The SIERRA label on the outside still wasnt there, the driver side upper trim pillar molding (thats all I know to call it) was missing the only screw that holds it in place, and the molding surrounding the instrument cluster was missing two screws, the only screws it has. And remember those two push pins that were too big? Well now the whole curtain on each side that the push pins held the top of were completely missing. Thats right the whole curtain, both of them, gone... But the kicker was the rubber boot at the base of the shifter that was, and still is, ripped on both sides of the shifter. When you go over to the passenger side it sticks out like a sore thumb because of the wires that are exposed.Naturally I let them know about all of this immediately and they wanted me to bring it back in to them as soon as possible so they could figure out what parts to order.I brought it back again after my hitch and showed the owner himself the missing or damaged parts, the missing screws I replaced myself. He told me they would order all the parts and inform State Farm that the shifter boot was on them. He told me this to my face and shook my hand.After giving them a week or so I called to see if they had my parts ordered. Guess what? They hadnt even ordered parts yet. The lady on the phone informed me that the owner told her to see if State Farm would cover the shifter boot and she was waiting on a response from them. This is something that obviously wasnt damaged during the accident so naturally they refused to pay for it. At this point Im really starting to get aggravated. After over $9,500 worth of parts and services State Farm paid to them they couldnt find the decency to cover the cost of a $25 part that they damaged to make it right for a customer that chose them. SMH Ill be buying a rubber shifter boot/skirt for my truck now.So after ten weeks of dealing with this place Im finally done... but not before I file a report with the Better Business Bureau, give them a couple of reviews, and complete one very detailed Facebook post.
