I didnt get the name of the lady who helped me today, she was trying to accomplish shadow roots if that says anything lol but she helped me tremendously 5/15/2021 and my hair turned out amazing thanks to her advice and help! 100xs better than I can get from a salon. Thanks love!!! Will be back!

Very unprofessional, the store is nasty and very disorganized. The workers here today rude beyond believe. Would highly recommend you go to the one in Alexandria.

Very rude people who work here they always trying to just stand on top of you while you shop it makes it an very unpleasant shopping experience the ladys are very rude here and know very little about any product very inexperienced I rather drive 10 more mind to the alexandria one cause pineville is horrible all around

The sales lady peer pressured me into getting a different hair dye than a normally do, and neglected to tell me I needed a developer for it. So now not only will I have to spend another 30 dollars on dye to fix it, but I also have to go to work tonight with half bleached blonde hair and half blue hair. Thanks Sally’s. I appreciate this humiliation.

When I was checking out at the register I saw earrings on sell that I wanted to purchase maked on sale only by a couple bucks but Yolonda would not give them to me for the price that they were marked very upset and I would like for your cashier to be taught much better customer service..2/18/18 at 5:14PM YMC-18049-00767-1-022 receipt number.. please get better cashiers!!
