Store was dirty, associates did not seem to care, smoking right in front of entrance. Asked for a riding cart, was told they only have ONE, yep thats correct 1. Saw 4 that are broken. Sorry excuse for all the money Walmart takes in.

Some people just arent good at what they do. A case of you chose the talent, but unfortunately it didnt choose you . Harsh but true. Even if you luck out an become a manager

I made an appointment with the stores pharmacy on 28 east (Neighborhood Market) 4 days ago to receive the vaccine, I received text messages several times, even today to remind me of my appointment, when I got to the pharmacy, there was only 1 person in line and she was being helped so I stood in the vaccine line and waited for someone, when the pharmacy tech finished with the customer before me, she walked right passed me and pulled out her cellphone, when I told her I had an appointment for the vaccine she told me from where she was standing that they were out and proceeded to walk over to help the next customer, another employee finally walked over to where I was standing ( because I wasnt leaving without an explanation) and told me that the refrigerator had went out a few days ago. I received no notice that the appointment had been canceled. I believe Ill just stick with the one on Monroe Hwy., the employees are always attentive and very friendly!!!!

Exactly what is to be expected from Walmart, but with a less friendly staff. Not rude. Just impressively unconcerned with their customers.

I enjoyed shopping at this Walmart. Im just tired if going into these stores and having their shelves nearly empty. Going online and that item was available. It really is frustrating.

The people are friendly and the pharmacy department especially helpful. The store is clean, open, and have a sufficient number of Self Checkouts. Plus the Walmart App with a price scanner - 5 stars

Honestly wouldnt go unless it wasnt absolutely necessary to....Walmart created a monster with its super center concept and this is its legacy. Shout out to the genuinely good folks who work there...but it is what it is.

Walmart supercenter is an awesome place they have Scan to go so you dont have to wait in line

Pineville Walmart has a better selection of vitamins than hwy 28 west Walmart service was very good.

Clean. Not too crowded. I was able to find everything rather quickly using the Wal-Mart app (it tells you which aisles items are on since each facility is set up differently). Grabbed about 30 items at 1530 on a Thursday in about 25 minutes including self checkout time.

There was s*** on the bathroom floor and the lady in electronics who was super awesome was working her tail feathers off and was by herself helping out a lot of people

Obviously I cannot live with out Walmart but if I can avoid it I will at all costs. They do have everything you may need most of the time however most of the staff (not all but a large hunk) are unfriendly and unprofessional. The registers are never open which makes it really hard to get in and out!! Im a huge fan of Walmart please dont get me wrong but management could use this information to improve their store and its reputation. I will say it is the BEST Walmart in all of the central Louisiana area. Which would mean alot more if the other Walmarts werent simply terrible. I hope next time I go and write a review I can say that they have improved upon not only my complaints but those of so many others. Everyone seems to have the same complaint, not being able to get in and out because the registers are ALWAYS down And sell check out usually the only takes card (which is inconvenient for many people) And the staff could definitely take some lessons on improving their peoples skills.. sorry Walmart I love you and I wish I could give you a higher review but until these changes are made I will remain to give you a 3 start rating.

Im handicappedped and my chair is in for repair.I had to wait in the hot car while my daughter shops. You need more riding cart. I spend hundreds each month in your store.

Every line had a line of 5+ people with full carts. None of the conveyer belt self checkouts were open, and the small self checkouts were packed as well.Waited a good 20+min to check out once we were done shopping.

I usually shop at the Alexandria Walmart. Due to last time I was in kingsville Walmart the cashier was eating and drinking while checking my groceries. Greasy fingers on my groceries.GROSS!!! Swore Id never go back there. Ran in today just to pick up a few things and Ill be. The cashier I got was rude and throwing my stuff around. I was getting frustrated and ask to see the csm. She said I am a csm. She was so rude. We are already checking our own items out at self checkout. Hell if you dont want to be around people get a different job.

Walmart supercenter in Kingsville, la(pineville). Had a good experience did some grocery shopping that day. I would give them 4 stars, but the reason I wont is because of two things. One they didnt have there normal selection of food items like they always do(now this couldve been do to the fact that Hurricane IDA had people cleaning shelves out preparing for the worst and they hadnt gotten back stocked up as normal) so with that being said ill add a half star back on and give them 3 and a half stars instead. The second thing was that even though they require you wear a mask in the store, there were way too many people without them on and when an associate would say something to them, they would in turn say its there right ans privilege to choose not to wear a mask. And yes they are correct with that statement but its also Walmart privilege and chose whom they chose to let in and allow to stay in there store. Nothing was done, they werent asked to leave or anything.Also at there Murphys they had people working, Walmart Murphy employees not wearing a mask, wiping their face and touching the money etc. So for that reason I take back the half star I gave back and that is why they get the 3 star rating as i gave them.I normally and usually prefer this Walmart over Broadway and Coliseum walmarts, and kingsville is still my top choice of the three, but those two things were huge to me, well actually three with the convenient station Murphys mask situation.Thats my take on this supercenter, hope it helps.

Good quantity of stuff. But the stuff is really disorganized. I wish they were a bit more organized like perhaps lets say- Krogers. But comparing Walmart and Krogers isnt really ethical. But overall- Good!

As usual nobody to check you out. This being a supercenter you think there would be more than one check out person, but NO, there was only one. Now I understand why more people shop at Krogers and super one, they have people to check you out. As usual WALMART SUCKS.

This is the closest Walmart to me but I hate dealing with the employees. They are rude and unhelpful, and the bathrooms are always disgusting!

There is never enough staff on the floor and cashiers are almost nonexistent. They have been out of a lot items I need each time Ive gone. I think all of the Walmart stores have lost their quality.

I like going to wal mart sometimes u cant fine what u looking for the people work there dont know where it is at but eventually we fine it also needs faster check out sometimes u got to wait in long lines and I am disable hurts to sit and wait also u need to make sure only disable people have a cart to ride start asking for something to show u disable

It was good. But the lines were very long.Self check registers are for people using cards only no cash back.regular registers they only had 2 lines open with 15 to 20 people in line.

Its a billion dollar operation and they have ten cents worth of help they need more people to work there. And dawm buy some handicapped carts for use people that have to fight to get a cart.

I had to order some items from the deli. The woman working there was very nice. I needed help from a cashier and she was very pleasant as well.

Self checkouts need more staff to help when register locks up or they need to put more staff on actually registers. Also I notice there’s a lot of things that are supposed to be in stock according to the app, but are no where’s to be found. This Walmart keeps getting worse. Also the COVID-19 restrictions are a bit overboard being the state regulations have been relaxed. Let us shop freely!

If I could give them zero stars I would for there automotive guy sold me the wrong size tires lost the recipe at work so when come time to exchange them for the ones I needed they where very rude and unprofessional even the manager the I found out you can call the 1800 number to get them to make you one and they told me the people in the store could of done it never comeing back to this wallmart again and I would recommend Noone else does eather bc there sports area is never stocked and the food area has few if any selections very poor quality store

It took me to ask 4 different employees to open a glass case for me to get a PS4 charging cable, and so it 30mins later, I finally found a lady who opens the case for me. And how about that, she tells me that every employee in that department had keys at that moment they just didnt feel like doing it. LAME STORE.

I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and I really needed a scooter to shop. None were available. I needed to do some shopping so I sat in my car watching the door. Burning up in the sunlight. Until on one to become available. Much to my disappointment. It was dead. From the previous customer that used it. Now I do understand that is not particularly Walmarts fault. But I imagine a big corporation like this. Could afford to have more available.

Just ran in to p/u a cooked chicken. The self ck./out wouldnt give me my change back. Had to wait for that.

They got issues but all and all ok

They only had 2 cashiers. A lot of people left their food and stuff pushed to the side. They got tired of waiting. We waited for over 30 minutes just for a couple school supplies. Thanks Joe B.

As always they make feel as if i done something wrong just because Walmart is too cheap to buy a bigger bag. Also once I pay for it belongs to me and not Walmart should I take Walmart to get a search warrant they want to see whats inside my bag from now on

I was pleased with todays trip. Got exactly what I needed, and the registers werent too backed up. The lady who checked us out was sweet. My 5 stars is because of the young lady I had the pleasure of meeting Monday night. Her name is Paige. This young lady goes above and beyond at what she does. The store and restrooms have improved tremendously in the last few months. I personally wanted to thank you but you had business to attend to so I didnt get the chance. So thank you I dont mind using the restroom and I appreciate not seeing food all over the floors anymore.

They really need to upgrade their card readers. You cannot go through self checkout with cash but the card readers dont work. The lines get long for the one or two cashiers

Always low prices and our one stop shop, dont like the new system on the self serve checkouts but I guess the bugs will work out one day thanks Walmart.
