I go here to get stuff that other stores dont have. Prices for some of the items is a little more then the other stores but thats fine. As I said there are some things u get here that are not available at other stores.

As a white guy, born in the USA, never been outside of the country; this is my favorite Indian grocery store! I have been to others and this one is the best!!! Awesome selection and great customer service. Excellent prices. Very clean and well stocked. My one disappoint is that I only see people from India shopping there, but that is a sign that it is the real deal!!!

Very simple store but very well stocked.

Its an average Indian grocery store with limited options. Not so neatly arranged aisles with slightly priced higher compared to major other Indian groceries. They are open late in the night for any urgent purchases. I have to mention that with whatever options available, Veggies were fresh.

A decent place to do your South Asian groceries. Customer service isnt that great, pretty much like any other Indian store but less traffic and youd find pretty much everything youre looking for.

We went for the 1st time and we saw a lot of expiring stuff.. check the date before buying and I but few things and came to know they are expired too they put their know date label.. is amul puffles are expired too and they put 2021 September ..they tasted sooooo bad .. I will never going back ..

Small, quaint Indian grocery store. The people at the front were so sweet and very helpful. They are also very fluent in Hindi. Being a lover of Indian food, its hard to find the right spices in Shelby so I come here for things like ghee or green chillies (Walmarts ghee is some 10$ and they dont sell anything close green chillies. Also, I have been paying 10$ for a small cardamom spice bottle - I am all about that chai life - and I can get a WHOLE BAG OF CARDAMOMS for $3 here.) The food I made below couldnt have been possible without these guys. Naan, paneer, samosa, chutney & tamarind. Thank you for making my life so much easier. This has been my primary Indian store for years now. Though there are couple more bigger stores opened recently in the area, they have maintained their quality in service all these years. Its kept neat and tidy and I have noticed the owner takes pride in keeping everything in order. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Had just what i needed

This is a small grocery place with limited variety of grocery options available compared to that of Patels however they are not so crowded on weekends so if I am in a need to only pick up few Indian grocery stuff then I just stop at this place to save wait time. They only have one counter to bill though. Polite staff.

This stores sells expired products and hides the manufacturing date of products.

I saw a lot of things in the store that are expired or about to expire most manufacturers put a date on which is at least one year ahead that means this food has been sitting around for at least a year the cross eyed guy never greets you never even tells you your total and never thanks you I only go here if I absolutely have too

A great place to go if you want to buy expired stuff. I picked up frozen stuff and realized the Amul Rasmalai (2 months expired) and daily delight plum cake (2 years expired). For the plum cake they have intentionally struck the expiry date of the back of the can. They have even I am pretty sure they won’t accept the return as they stick to the 7 day return policy. Pathetic.

Peaceful shopping.. Good prices for all the basics. I will be back!

There are many Indian groceries in the Charlotte area and growing each year.This is my favorite one.The best thing I like about this one is that while it has many of the same stuff as most other Indian groceries, this one has it very nicely organized and this place is very clean.The staff is also very helpful. I feel the quality of goods sold here is great. We have always found what we are looking for here.I recommend this to anyone looking for Indian groceries.

Best place to shop Indian food stuff. Prices are competitive and the good thing isnot as crowded as other stores even on weekends. Must be because it is so spacious.

Good selection of groceries from the Indian subcontinent. Store is clean and plentiful parking even on the weekend. New favorite place. Maybe lesser of a selection than Patel Brothers but made up by ease of getting in and out.

Awesome place for spices, rice, dried legumes, specialty produce, snacks, and cosmetics. Service is courteous, and this is a good place to browse. Wide selection of frozen goods.

Small shop. If you are looking some specific brands, you may not see them on the shelf. Not so crowded as Patel, so comfortably you can look for items.

Compared to Patel this place is lot better for groceries especially if you dont want swad brand. You will get besan laddu freshly made from temple I believe.

The best place to buy Indian food or grocery

Had a very nice variety of diff items! Plus the cashier knew exactly what they carry, & its shelf location!

Calm purchase. Better price than Patel Bros. You can save 50 ¢ to a dollar for most of the items compared to that of Patel.

One of my favorite places to shop for Desi foods.

Extensive and organized... but there is no incentive for buying more... I bought things for $120 and there is no points or cashback. I have been in Bothell, WA... where one Indian store gave buy1 get1 chat free if your bill is more than $35. Also there is 5% discount if the bill amount is more than $50. I will be looking for other Indian stores which gives incentives for buying more.

Fresh vegetables choice is limited.

Service was horrible today. Ive been coming here for years and have never been treated so rudely.

Vegetables are not very fresh especially ones stored without refrigeration. Only buy frozen foods and stuff packaged with expiration dates.

Pretty decent place. Rates are pretty much the same as patel brothers. In fact, some offers were better than patel brothers. The same Rice I bought here for $11.99 was priced $13.99 at patels.It is a good place to alternate my Indian grocery shopping. All the more worth it because it is closer than patels to my place.Hope someone tries their fresh samosa, kachori and adds up on a review here

I just purchased a bag of rice from them and it had all kind of black ants inside and when I called the store the lady said they cant retun it because its been over ONE WEEK, I guess she think I can eat 15LBS of rice in One week, I will never go there and I am going to report them to the Health Dept.PS: This is the second bag I purchased had the same problem.
