First of all I am agreeing with everyone who wrote a bad review about this place, it has terrible customer service and I would like to know who died and made the young lady behind the desk Queen, she has very low standards and she must be bipolar to think that she can treat people the way she do. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this place, its bad business. They think they can talk to you anyway they want to and dont expect you to respond

I called to bring my zero turn mower in to be fixed. The lady on the phone said they do work on them, I asked what day and time I could bring it she told me anytime today. After spending 45 minutes trying to get this big dead mower on the trailer and my husband driving 25 minutes to the place he was told they arent taking any zero turn mowers at this time to work on! The lady that works there even put me on hold to ask them to make sure they could take it and work on it!Edit- I did tell the woman on the phone that it was a Husqvarna zero turn that completely stopped working and asked if they worked on them. And when she said yes I again clarified then asked when to bring it in. My husband was told they would only work on it if he bought it from them and was gave a business card to someone in DeVille!

This place is very junky and the workers are very antisocial we left a zero turn mower that ran perfectly and had low hours basically brand new it had a broken deck 3 moths later turns out that they had “scrapped it” and i find it kind of suspicious that they would do that when i never got any calls from them. They pretty much fixed and sold it without any one knowing and making profit off of mowers that they think wont be claimed.

This dealer handles ALL of our needs. Customer service is way beyond perfect. Owners, employees, and other customers are always polite, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. This is a great family and everyone should pay them a visit.

I guess Justin is the name of the owner of this place, and I have found him to be extremely rude and disrespectful. (Not just to me but other customers as well). Any one who talks down to and curses their patrons, doesnt deserve the trust and respect of the public!!! He is a total ASS... I have only had 2 or 3 experiences with this place, all because they were the only option in Pineville!!! I STRONGLY recommend that if at all possible, make the trip to Alexandria or buy parts online, before you consider spending money at ALL SEASONS...

Stay away. Take your mower elsewhere. I recently went in to have the electronic brake box replaced under warranty. When I picked it up, the PTO switch was replaced with a used off brand switch and the mower had about 75% of power. Initially, my wife and I wondered if we even picked up the right mower. I dropped it back off so they could look at the issues. Worst customer service ever. The owner, Justin, yelled at me on the phone and declared that they didn’t replace the switch. They later changed the story to say they probably replaced the switch while troubleshooting but left it on there and that I got “free” switch from the visit. So my factory switch which fit correctly was replaced by an off brand part which was a different color and did not fit correctly. Concerning the reduced power (the main reason for coming back), they claim it was caused because I washed the mower prior to bringing it to the shop. They claim this will ruin the bearings and it will cause the mower to bog down causing reduced power. This mower is 1 year old and might have been washed 3 times during its lifetime.If you enjoy broken mowers, getting yelled at by the owner, horrendous customer service, and getting unrequested parts replaced with low quality items, this is the place for you! I should have read all of the low reviews before trusting them with my mower.

I won’t ever recommend this placeThey are extremely rude, very disrespectful to their customers, my husband purchased a lawnmower belt from them, it was defective, returned belt along with receipt & they literally cursed him out using very foul language & refused to even exchange the product..Then allowed their young daughter to curse my husbandThis place is a joke for a business

My husband went in there to get a part for a tiller, The young lady that waited on him was more worried about being on that telephone then waiting on her customer and then she first gave him the wrong part then when he questioned her about it she got a little angry and kept him waiting while she was on the phone.

What ever you do dont use all season on 28 for anything I brought my boat in to get the throttle cable changed and the fuel filters but instead they decided among themselves to change the spark plugs oil oil filter grease it which nowhere on the work order does it say to do anything of those things. Then they expected me to pay for it. After an argument they finally gave me my money back for those things. They did change the fuel and air filter but the main reason I brought it in was because the throttle cable was broke and they didnt change that. So I finally get home and realized when they greased it they blew the seal out on the lower unit. So now I have to bring it somewhere else and get that fixed.

I went to this store on July 6th 2018 to purchase a 22 Craftsman push/walk behind mower blade adapter. Ill admit that I did not have the model#, but I ask the employee behind the counter to find me the most common one that would fit a Crasman,mtd or murray mower 5 1/2 to 6 horse engine. She explained that there were a hundred different adapters when i only ask her to find the most common. She never attempted to look restating the same. To me that is just plain lazy or maybe not enough money involved or not enough knowledge. Purposely went there for that and a blade and to look for a zero turn mower to replace the one i have had for 3 years. I use this equipment in a lawn care handyman service. Well when she would not even make an attempt to at least try and satisfy a new customer, I walked out not being unkind or belligerent. I then googled for the adapter and found that Lowes would have a kit just for that purpose . Went there and the lawn department guy led me right to it.After I got home and replaced part and blade. I called this business to file a complaint. Whomever I spoke to said they were glad I found what i needed, but before that tried to quiz me about the part. No apology even after I told the I had an interest in a new zero turn mower.Now this was my first time in this business.They could have started a new business relationship with me, but chose not to by poor customer service from the start.It is almost not worth reviewing this company, but maybe to let others know. And also after looking over some of their reviews, I tend to believe most of the negitive reviews just from my experience there, and tend to believe that this company probably gets away with exploiting some of their customers that maube have less knowledge about their equipment.

I cant describe how pitiful All seasons is, I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars with this so called Business man, if you dont stand behind youre product dont sell that junk you call replacements. You have NEVER STOOD BEHIND YOURE JUNKY PARTS, ON TOP OF PRICE GAUGING PEOPLE! I would rather pay double than ever deal with you, you are about to loose alot of business by treating customers like that

Would rate lower but Im not able to do so. I brought my chainsaw in for service and they charged me for parts I had just installed... On top of that, they gave me my saw back in running condition which lasted for about a week. I asked them if they stood behind their work and they told me that something else must be wrong with it answer...Nevermind that I just paid you $200 in labor for parts that cost $15, yet you say it needs more attention! Yes, you can get specialty parts and/or have them on hand already, but your service department SUCKS in my opinion.

I live in Jena la. Drove all the way out there to get a new belt for my walk behind.first experience great. In and out. Justin tells me put the belt on if it dont fit dont run it Ill exchange it no charge. Cool thanks for the customer service. Get home put the belt on doesnt fit. I wasnt available to take it back and exchange it due to work. So I am my wife to go in to town and talk to the nice people and theyll exchange it no problem.so my wife goes in. Trys to exchange it. They look at her straight in the eye ride as hell mind you and basically call her stupid for even trying to bring a belt back. I work the late shift 2.5 hours away. So I get out of bed make a phone call.talk to the lady behind the counter. She answers the phone rude to begin with. I tell her whats going on and she laughs at me. I said well let me just talk to justin and figure this out.She tells me no after I very rude conversation from the lady answering the phone. Ill never give these people my business again. Ive already spoken to 3 of my buddies that own lawn businesses about the situation. It wouldnt have been a problem if both justin and the lady werent so rude to first my wife then me over the phone. Im not worried about a $12.00 belt. But the way those 2 treated my wife and I, I will never spend another dime at that establishment. Dont be fooled by the initial smile. There are other places In and around the area. If you do shop there dont have a problem with the parts or machine because youre SOL.

Lying bunch of thieves. Brought mower in under warranty and was charged $120 for service they said they felt I needed because they messed up my air filter while working on the engine. So I had to pay for parts along with them filing a warrantee claim. They will rip you off and steal from you any chance they get. Avoid this business...
