The grocery dept in this Dollar General is above avg. With expanded freezer and cold sections the variety and selection is good . It seems that the clothes section is very limited . Maybe this was sacrificed to allow the grocery section to be so big. Overall this store is very well stocked with the things that local patrons want and need .

I think the dollar stores are among worst places to go but if I have to choose one I would definitely chooseo the one at Center Point, Louisiana because the stock is put on the 9 and the workers and cashiers will go out their way to help you find what youre looking for and or very polite and no Im not related with or dont know any of them. They are inside the store waiting to help you and not outside smoking cigarettes and giggling like most other dollar stores so if you have time if you dont want to buy anything stop and say hello,

Great go to spot for last minute pickups. They always carry seasonal items. Staff is friendly and store is neat an organized.

Great local store

Store associates are helpful, friendly, & usually quick to serve. They seem like good workers & are always busy. The store has a good inventory.Unfortunately, the aisles are usually cluttered with shipping containers & carts, which can make the shopping experience frustrating. I often have to navigate around & push these large things out of the way in order to get to the items I need. Ive avoided using this store a few times for that reason, especially since there are better stores in the area with the same products.

After being subjected to the the Bolton Ave Dollar general and its constant state of disarray, this Dollar store is like a breath of fresh air! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable of their inventory and its location almost pinpointed within a foot of the actual items location from the front register! The management knows what to look for when hiring applicants it appears.

First time shopping there. Asked the employee where something was and she replied with the answer but her tone wasnt pleasant. Later when I seen her down an isle while looking at candles, again unpleasant. Get in line to check out, there were 2 older ladies in front of me. One couldnt lift a bag with 2 colas. So I helped bag it to where she can carry it. Then I went to hand one to the employee, Cresha, to help and she didnt help. Granted, she was checking them out but she was also bagging. She couldve helped me help them since she works there. Then my turn to check out. Again, unpleasant, so I asked her is she was doing ok today. With a smurky tone says, yep Im great. Then I ask her is shes also the manager. She replies, yep. Then she has the nerve to ask me If I am a manager. I replied yes, I own 3 businesses and customer service is very important. She agreed. Then she has the nerve to say, customers actions are important too. [Trying to imply something] then she stuff my fall things in a bag and the leaves are falling off. Not even trying to be careful with it. I asked her to be careful with the wreath but she wouldnt even grab it. So I did. VERY RUDE. I understand we all have bad days. But today Cresha did not represent Dollar General well. If there was a customer service number for Dollar general I would be calling it. Cause people who dont like people shouldnt be working the register.Other than that, the store was nice. Pretty organized.
