I had trouble with an existing phone. I arrived at 9AM. Alex said had he had a line hed have insisted I make an appointment. But he had nobody.He was thorough, fast, knowledgeable, & rather then pushing me through, asked me if I want anything else. I liked doing biz with him & will return.

Walked in to buy a new phone, cash in hand but was told that I needed to make an appointment, because she was expecting another appointment at that time--but it looked as if they werent going to show, so instead of taking me next, she was going to take some people that came in AFTER me who ALSO DID NOT have an appointment. I decided to order one online and have it sent to the store instead. Within two hours of placing my order (11:40am) I saw that my order was CANCELLED because it wasnt picked up THAT DAY. It was only 1:40pm and the store hours are posted 10am to 8pm. I called Verizon and they CANT EVEN GET AHOLD OF THESE PEOPLE. Id rate ZERO stars if I could.

Guadalupe was the best! She asked me what I was looking for in a phone and found me one that matched what I wanted and was in my price range (and that had a promo!) She was really patient answering all my questions and made the entire process of setting up the new phone very smooth. This was after another employee at a different location had said he wouldnt help me transfer the contents of my old phone to a new one, so I especially appreciated her excellent customer service. There were 4 employees working the time I walked in the store, signed in and waited about 40 minutes for my turn. Then 3 of the employees just went to the back of the store for about 20 minutes, left 1 employee working. When it was my turn, the staff have very little knowledge of Verizon stuff, to a point of no help, anything we asked were referring to call Verizon.

Sure, these COVID-19 times are tough, but you definitely don’t need to be rude to potential clients. With no signs on the front door, we didn’t realize there were restrictions on capacity. We walked in with intentions of upgrading multiple accessories. The woman greeted us as if we were dumb and said “um... you actually need you to wait outside” We gladly walked out and took our business to target.

They are thug. I purchase a phone from this store. The lady (Agnes E) from charge me extra for the product that i dont need. She ask for the screen protector, phone case and adapter and i said i dont need any. She replied: It come up with the phone as a promotion which is not true. Be careful with all the verizon store.I paid 139 + 15 without knowingly for the product that i dont need or you can buy at $50.

Think twice before doing business at this location. We were told on the phone that we could only be helped by going to a Verizon store... after waiting outside a long time, we went in and tried to get help with two broken devices. The rude person inside informed us that she could not help. We needed to go to a corporate location... but they may not help either. Also, many corporate locations will be shutting down...When I mentioned it might be easier to just change carriers, she informed us she had worked many years there and that would not bother her...Not customer friendly.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a cell store. The manager Joshua made the upgrade so smooth and painless. I also purchased my first tablet he agreed to give me lessons on the tablet if I need it. I am a techno dummy so that was very nice he offered that to me when he didnt have too. Thanks again!!

Under new management looks like a new team. Let me tell you this has to have been the best experience I have ever had. The guy that helped me even came out to my difficult new mercedes to sync my bluetooth which took me weeks and still was not successful he came out and did it in seconds. Also Josh helped me get a new google phone he highly recommended it when I complained about how high iPhone pricing was. I am delighted on how easy it is to use. He carefully transferred every item I had from my iPhone and organized even the apps I had on my old phone to the new. Again something he did not have to do. My new go to guy and store ! Check it out you wont be dissatisfied and no wait!

I brought my old phone in with sentimental data to be transferred in to my iphone 6 the woman that helped me today was extremely slow, and was not very efficient in helping me. she charged me 20$ data transfer fee with no receipt also when i got home the files were corrupted unable to open on my iphone 6. when i returned to the store explaining what had happened both her and the manager who went by the name J with no last name said they could not help me without even looking at my device for me. they said we cant help take it to El Cerrito because they have a technician there that can help. When i asked for a refund the manger j asked the woman You charged him? she said yeah you know the Data transfer fee? J responded with we cant help and no refund and refused to give me his last name. My wife and I ended up figuring it out on our own by converting the files from 3g2 to mp4 wasnt that difficult just tedious. i am extremely disappointed in the stores value to customer service for being a loyal customer for over 15 years. i could not believe that they would not even take the time to look at my device or even see what was going on. quiet frankly the woman was faster to get her chinese food for lunch rather than helping me when i first got there. I wouldnt be surprised if she pocketed the 20$ as i did not get a receipt. This was unacceptable, and i will be calling corporate after being treated like an unvalued customer at this location. owner needs to know what is going on and get new management on his team. this will NOT go UNNOTICED.

Unfortunately an IPAD & the corresponding prepaid cellular service that I purchased from Verizon was not working when I left the store yesterday. After calling in to report this when I got home, the guy who helped me said to turn it off & on and wait. I did as instructed & nothing. Today i went in & I was lucky enough to get waited on by Lucas. He worked tirelessly to find out the info had been entered incorrectly the previous day & my account had never been set up. He stayed an hour redoing the account, talking to the help desk ( who couldnt help) & troublshooting the problem until it was solved. Verizon needs more people like Lucas on its team!!

I was helped by Patricia and it was a very pleasant experience. She knew all of the details, explained everything, and was multitasking to help other customers while I waited for data transfers to complete. The other young lady working with her was also very pleasant and helpful to the customers. Buying a new phone takes time but I knew that going in so I was completely satisfied.

Horrible had me waiting hours. Came in to test my phone for water damage. Had to wait because of other customers. One employee gave me his number so they can do test the phone so I won’t have to wait. Came back before store closed and they told me the machine for redux is offline. They could’ve just told me that in the beginning and instead of wasting my time. Simply horrible

This store is privately owned and sets their own rules unbound to Verizon or Apple return policies; we just lost $200 savings to this store that would be honored if we bought at Best Buy, Apple Store, or Corporate Verizon. The short story is we bought three iPhones then found them at Best Buy for $200 off the total. This store said they could do nothing for us because of Verizon and Apple, I called Verizon and Apple and they both said had we bought the phones at a corporate Verizon or Apple store the price could have been matched but it is up to the private store owner to offer the same gratitude. The store owner refused to do anything other than charge a $100 restocking fee if we returned the phones. Needless to say we are very unhappy with this service and will not be returning to this store for further purchases. I hope you will do the same.

Worst customer service ever! A Wireless staff selling products that do not fit phones, and major alert... No Refunds and very poor exchange policy. This store leave a lot to be desired and doesnt deserve to wear the name of Verizon. In my case, Verizon direct customer service went over and beyond to clean up the mess that was A Wireless of Pinole. Thank you Verizon Wireless. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service. I used capital letters so that you get the point. Waste of time - Staff has No Product Knowledge, No Sense of Service, No Sense of Assistance, No Sense of Customer Satisfaction. There were 5 clients in the store, and 3 employees. Two (2) of the employees were attending one (1) customer, and they kept talking about camping, eating at their favorite places, hunting - it felt like a High School reunion.Everyone was in the waiting area feeling frustrated. I left after 47 minutes of not being attended to, or not even the courtesy of being asked what I was in there for.I cant believe Verizon allows this place to operate in their name.

I was told I couldnt access my family plan account because I didnt have the password, even though Im an account manager. No one in my family knows what password they are talking about. My mother and her husband went into another store and got a new phone (same account) with no hassles. There is little to no consistency with these stores. A wasted hour of my time on a Sunday...
