Rudest male manager ever!! Man in his early 50s, as I was shopping with my daughter the manager was screaming at a UPS driver for bringing the boxes through the front door..... rudest manager ever ill never shop here ever again. I hope he gets fired.

Been doing business with Staples Since 98. Many managers have come and left. Done with good memories like Nate of Old El Cerrito, Joe of Pinole then pleasant hill, Rob, John etc.. still with all these I can’t seem to put them in the same place of David the current manager here and Spencer when he’s available.. David who was also a successful manager at Frys concord where we have come across over bz transactions he did excellent there as well .. but let me tell about my experience here in Pinole with Dave & SpencerIt is simply very warmly accommodating as they work the extra mile (s) no attitude except professionalism to get me squared fast and fast set given the old profile of our company in their system .. they’re always there to get me from point A to B in my quest or the item needed abd if not a swift online orderDave and Spencer deserves their title by far and I will remain faithful to this store as long as we’re still in business and the pandemic tough time allowsFrank A

The Pinole California Staples has extremely poor customer service and lack of respect for individuals needing assistance. Today, I was in the copy center and was requesting help from an employee by the name of Yamina El-Amin. This employee was on her cell phone, while communicating with me. Yamina showed no concern, loyalty, helpfulness nor consideration for assisting me through the process of downloading a document and emailing it to staples to print. Yamina refused to get off her cell phone while attempting to work with me and other customers. Shame on her behavior! Needless to say, her attitude and prospective on the situation was unacceptable. Customers should not have to be subjected to negative employee’s like Yamina. My plans are to report her behavior to Staples Corporate Office. By reporting Yamina El-Amin I’m hopeful that Corporate office will retrain her on the proper interaction one should have when interacting with customers. Yamina behavior was unacceptable and Ms. El-Amin should definitely undergo consequences for her behavior. I reported Yamina El-Amin inappropriate cell phone usage to Domond Williams (a manger at Staple) however, he showed absolutely no interest or concern.

This gentleman Matthew who helped us with the resizing of my moms photo which we need for her memorial service the following day went above and beyond what is expected for a regular staff. The copying machine was not working but Matthew thought about another way of having the photo done knowing my sister and I were desperate. He is the best!

Rachel was extremely helpful. After having to go to several other retailers to get our wedding invites printed, we contacted Staples to see if they provided wedding invite services. Rachel answered the phone politely, inquired about what services we needed and told us the services we needed could definitely be done. I informed her we were on our way to the store and she immediately assisted us as soon as we walked over to the printing station. She was a wonderful help and her customer service was excellent! We cant wait to see how our invites look tomorrow.Thank you!

I asked the first worker where they item I wanted was, she directed me there and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was great. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great.

Usually clean and orderly BUT poor selection and staff is not helpful. Any time I come here I’m quickly reminded why I never want to come back.

Purchased a Brother All-In-One printer that was on sale. It was the same price as on Amazon. Also, they will price match ink prices on Amazon. While there stocked up on some 25 cent notebooks.

Wish I could give a negative star. This location is on my commute, however EVERY time I stop in for a job they are unable to assist me. Equipment down, orders backed up, short staffed etc. As of today I wont even waste my time coming back here anymore.

The women working in the copy center were extremely helpful offering assistance with the operation of a copier, using my cardstock and payment procedure.

One worker named jasmine does not belong to that department. she was very rude and unprofessional. I had really sad experience to copy some pictures. She looked very racist to me when I asked for help to print some pictures.

Staples has all the office stuff youll ever need unless you shop at ikea to match furniture. This place is a bit more pricey but offers all office stuff from break room supplies, to study equipment, to computing, to back to school

But isnt that what Staples does.They have just lost my business.

The girl at the printing office Rachel and her manager Paul, they dont know anything about costumer service. They are without a hint of doubt, the worse Staples employee ever. Rachel was extremely rude and unprofessional and Paul whom has a little of manager does not have a clue on how to manage any sort of issue concerning costumer service. I stepped out of the store (Pinole, Ca) extremely frustrated and disappointed. I called the Corp back office and reported the incident to them. Now, I am hoping my voice will be heard and theyll take acting about it.I felt a lot like they both were not happy on being there working on Sunday.I am now, looking forward to get contacted by their back office to hear what they have to say. Ive been spending money on them for 10 years and hopefully they dont treat me just like a number.......

Horribly unprofessional. There were about 5 workers on the floor, no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. Night manager, Spencer, was rude and dismissive. So disappointing.
