The Heath bar ice cream in the M&M cookie bowl was delicious!! The cookie bowl itself wouldve been yummy! The line was long but the amazing staff kept it moving quickly. I will definitely stop back here when we come to Pismo!

This place is so good! I got a half and half scoop with a cookie bowl. The cookie bowl was warm. The service was excellent the girl that helped us was so polite and friendly and asked about our day. My husband had ice cream and the peanut butter cookie bowl. This place is delicious its a must see and go to when youre visiting the area!

Great selection and good service! $6.95 a large cup of cookie folded into the cup with ur choice of ice cream!! Or u could have just the ice cream or just the cookie!! My grand kids loved it ❤

[Note: with no tables inside or out, this COVID-one-way walk through, counter-order dessert shop makes it SUPER easy to enjoy the cookie bowl (a scoop of quality ice cream--no soft serve--on top cookie of choice thats shaped to the bowl--see pic posted) while strolling Pismo Beach prominade & pier thats literally one parking lot away. For mobility impaired, this also means being prepared to stand if theres a line.]-- Slightly hard to find location, as the dessert shop is tucked under a wide awning with living spaces above (see pic posted).-- 14 cookie varieties, and 16 ice cream choices (see pix posted).-- Reasonably priced and portions--enough to satisfy an adult, and eye-popper for a child.-- Beverages: coffee, hot chocolate, root beer float, and well stocked, stand alone refrigerated case of bottled drinks (Coke-product sodas, root beer, lemonade, vitamin waters, flavored teas, apple juice, iced coffees, 3 milk types, 2 sport drinks, 3 types Bang energy drinks, & water--see clear pic posted).-- Per GoogleMaps: free delivery 1st customer order.

The cookies bowls are delicious and are a great alternative to just having ice cream in a cup. There are lots of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. It is not big enough for seating indoors, but there are lots of benches in the area to sit and enjoy the ice cream.

I Love this Place. We had strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a chocolate chip cookie cup and it was fantastic! 100% recommend

This happened at the Pismo Beach location. minutes before closing when the open sign was still up waiting outside the door while the young lady helped the other patrons. She looked up to see us and quickly came up to change the sign to closed and rudely told our large group of 6 she was not going to help us. As a local I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Also I would update your hours as it says the store closes at 10 and we arrived at 8:55. Your company just lost out on a current sale and future sales. Again I am very disappointed.

These cookies are delicious and nice & soft.

Just average. We wouldnt wait in line again. Ice cream and cookie were ok but not great. Service with a smile did not apply. Although not rude the service seemed impatient even though we had our order ready the moment we stepped up. I half expected an eye roll. Granted, it was busy, however, only one group at a time is permitted in the store and we were a group of 2.

Nice little ice cream shop. Cool idea with the ice cream inside a cookie shell. Toppings would be a nice option (not sure they are available).

Love how they have the cookie pre made in the bowls. Less mess when your kids eat. Ice cream and cookies were so delicious.

Very nice employees! There were two girls here and I felt so bad because I changed which cookie I wanted about 2 or 3 times, and it was no problem at all. Also the Moose Tracks is the best flavor! It’s a Vanilla ice cream with chocolate swirl and peanut butter cups!!! Definitely will be returning :)!

Tonight was my first time trying this place out. The cashier that helped me had poor customer service skills even after the fact that I told her it was my time here. She also didn’t even greet me when I walked in.

Gigantic cookies and fantastic fresh icecream and sherberts. The giant cookie is actually more than i could finish alone. I wish i would have thought to warm the cookie sandwich like they warmed the cookie bowl. On Friday they were sold out of 3 flavors by 7pm and there was a line as they were limiting people in the store. Would come back again but only a half icecream sando warmed for a few secs in the microwave.

My favorite place to get cookies. They have taken proper procedures in wearing masks and gloves during COVID, and only let one group of customer(s) in per time. We always get 8, as its cheaper than buying 4 or 1 singular. Tastes just like the Cowboy Cookie in SLO. The ice cream is just normal, what you would expect for a cookie shop. They offer a wide variety of homemade cookies, my favorites being the Outlaw and Spotted Critter. The only downside of this place is that there is 0 parking whatsoever, so its only worth going here if youre at the beach.

Delicious cookie’s to choose from. You can make it a sandwich and the ice cream choices are yuuummm. I chose salted caramel (they were out of Praline pecan which I suspect is their best flavor). Worth the line.

So good! The family loved it! We will definitely be coming back.

Cookies were good but when we walked in at 9:58 pm and 5 girls were in the back 1 only had a mask on when we ordered 3 girls walked out the back and left with no mask and 2 girls helped us the one that had her mask on and another that put hers up they were very nice but I dont know why the other 3 girls were back there and again with no mask this is the reason I wont be returning.
