I ordered a pinball machine for my dad through Benson in Pittsburgh. Price was the same as online, but service was great. They delivered and setup, ordering was with a real person who was knowledgeable and reliable (since I was deciding between a few machines and am ignorant to pinball), and they also repair/service machines they sell. Would recommend.
