July 2021 I went to purchase braiding hair to support small, minority-owned businesses. The sales men said hello then returned to their conversation providing very little customer service but not overtly rude. I returned a week later to purchase extra bags of hair. The door was locked and no one was there! Its Monday at 11.45 am! Online hours state opening at 10 am Mon-Sat. No store hours listed on the property. No sign stating Closed for lunch. Well be back in 20 minutes. I chose to wait for ~10 minutes. Nothing. But the Open sign in the window is lit up. Ill think twice before returning. Or call first. Signed Disappointed. 😒Pros. Very reasonable prices. Large assortment of products. Cons. Customer service. Store closed when hours specified open.

I always go here for all my hair supplies and the guy who runs the register is always on point. Highly recommend.

I gave one star only because 0 stars wasn’t an option. This location is beyond unprofessional. There was trash all over the place. The guy working is clearly doesnt care about the needs of his customers at all. He made me wait for a receipt because he ran out of paper even after I offered to take an email receipt his response was “oh I got tons a paper you gone get a receipt today you ain’t even about to put me through all that” his overall tone and attitude was rude. I will never spend another penny in that store. I came in to spend more money but ended up leaving because of his attitude

I really like the beauty supply store. Its a very nice place for the type of neighborhood that its in. You can get just about any type of hair products that you need. And I would recommend the store to all of my family and friends.

When I walk in here I dont feel out of place. They greet everyone the same and treat everyone the same. They are honest and informative. I am happy with all the products that I have purchased here. They prices are reasonable, also.

I’m completely discussed, I called to see if they have a certain product the guy who picked up the phone didn’t have no idea what I was talking about and didn’t even look. I traveled to this hair store to look and it was right there, I ask to see it and the product was all dusty and plus Expired, the worst part is it expired 2016.This is a small establishment it should not be that hard to keep a nice kept inventory and to make sure all products are in good condition.

5 stars its clean organized and the brother thats in there well mannered and very assistanted... No complaints Ill definitely shop and go back when needed.

Convenient and they have nice selection, But twice Ive bought products and they were expired. I stick with buying hair here nothing more.

This business is quite unprofessional. On many occasions I have come in to find the retailer asleep on the couch in his store. There have been times I have called the store to verify if they carry a specific hair brand and they NEVER answer. I understand them not wanting to disclose prices over the telephone but its an inconvenience to travel to the location of this store to find they do not sale many of the brands I am looking for. The environment is offensive with inappropriate jokes and being serviced by a man in a wife beater (t-shirt) and baggy pants. To make it worse to get to the store and find that the retailer has no change and must walk to a local convenience store to get change is just not what is expected from a professional business. I will be taking my money else where until they grasp the true meaning of business and professional service!!!

I accidentally bought the wrong hair I didnt even drive off before I realized I made a mistake n he wouldnt let me trade it he doesnt have price tags on the items so u have to ask him how much is this and that he prices things depending on his attitude
