I made 2 orders an both orders were ready by the time I got to the store. When I got there I remembered I forgot a piece for my jockey box. I placed the order from my car in their parking lot and when I called to let them know I was in the lot they grabbed the additional piece and ran the additional stuff out with my order. Ordering online was easy. Was expecting a couple days to get the email saying I could come pick up my stuff and was surprised that it only took about 5 minutes for it to show up. Ended up picking up next day because I wasnt prepared for a quick turnaround. Pick up was easy. Called from the parking lot when I arrived and everything was placed outside the door. Thanks.

Mine was a simple order, just a CO2 tank but the process was flawless. Ordered online, ready for pick-up an hour after they opened and the product was as-advertised.

Rude employees who don’t know how to speak to customers. No wonder they don’t have any employees working for them. I will not go back there and would strongly suggest nobody else goes there.

Guy was pretty rude and condescending. Followed me around the store. I mentioned a story about finding hops near my house, he didnt believe me. I asked one question about a product I needed and he told me to just read the label. Another worker made racist comments loudly about immigrant workers. Store is amazing, people working there are not. I never leave negative reviews but Im honestly thinking about this experience weeks later. Cant recommend the store.

The staff are knowledgeable and the house kits they put together are excellent! They also have a wide selection of brewers best kits. They carry just about any equipment you might need for brewing beer, making wine, and even making cheese. They also have a pretty good range of ingredients if youre into making your own recipes.

They are the best brew shop in the area. They often beat online prices by a good margin if you add in shipping and they have lots of stock. The staff also brew and are very helpful. I reccomend this for experienced and starting brewers.
