I went in there the other day just cause it seemed interesting. It was amazing. Gorgeous rugs, gorgeous space, and there was a gorgeous friendly dog. I was on the verge of tears cause it was so beautiful

I have a passion for Oriental Rugs and have visited stores in NY, NJ, OH, AR, MS, MO and FL. Never have I seen as beautiful a selection or so low prices as this place. From the outside i didnt think theyd have much to show, but once inside it was a sea of rugs. I will never buy another rug from anyplace else!

I purchased a rug today (really ties the room together) and the experience was fantastic (especially for someone who dislikes shopping). Rebecca and DJ were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the quality of rugs was fantastic. The pricing was more than fair and Ill be recommending them to family and friends. Honesty and knowledge go a long way, and these folks have plenty of both.

Brought in a large rug purchased from a yard sale that was in absolutely terrible condition. It looked and smelled as if it was housed in a damp basement and was serving as a litter box for multiple animals. The team at Pittsburgh Rug Company worked magic on it. After a few weeks (and washing it several times at no additional cost) the rug looks and smells new. I really did not think it was revivable, but thought it was worth the risk and very glad I decided to bring it to PRC. The patience, ingenuity of how to best clean it, and the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you PRC!

I had a family heirloom wool Persian hand washed, and it came out beautifully. That gave me a chance to see their wonderful selection. The rugs are beautiful with a lot of variety. Family owned, run by a health conscious guy who is community minded. I wouldnt go anywhere else to buy.

Chris & Rebecca spent considerable time trying to help me find just the right area rug for my dining room ... within my budget! . Really enjoyed working with them & would definitely recommend Pittsburgh Rug Company to others!!

Beautiful selection of rugs but we could not get the sales associate to call us back. We picked out 3 rugs that we loved but were not a big enough size for our room. The sales associate took our information and said she would speak with the owner to see if he could find similar rugs in the 10 x 14 foot size we needed and call us back. We didnt hear back for 3 weeks so I called her back. She once again said she would check with the owner and call us back - that was two months ago and I have not heard from her. I should not have to work so hard to do business with a company as we are talking about $5000.00 rugs. So disappointed as we found the perfect rug it was just too small and we couldnt get any further help to find something in the right size.
