Needed a new beverage cooler for a bar, my current died unexpectedly last night. Called today, talked with Rob. Rob was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. And to top it off, he had the best pricing. I ended up purchasing a 65 in and 80 inch cooler. Rob had both coolers in stock and was able to deliver both the same day. I was not expecting that. Robert and Paul were my delivery drivers, they did an amazing job. Everything was unpacked with care and brought inside perfectly. The whole team here could not be more helpful! We had one of two under the counter refrigerators go down and they made it possible for us to get back up and running same day! Have used Allegheny Refrigeration multiple times in my Sewickley and Shadyside locations and every time they are professional and great to work with. They have done maintenance on pre-existing equipment as well as delivery for new equipment. They have even delivered equipment the very next day which was a huge life saver. Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a new kitchen built from scratch. The sales rep oversaw the whole project and made sure everything went smoothly. He even helped with design and the flow of the workspace. When it was time to build, a whole team came in and the kitchen was ready to use by the end of the day. Gave up trying to get them to come out to my store. All I needed was a simple repair/cleaning. I was told they would be coming three separate times...never happened.

Allegheny Refrigeration was able to get back to us within an hour with a quote for different replacement coolers when ours stopped working. In addition, delivery happened earlier than promised, by two friendly and professional employees. The men who delivered the new cooler, also removed our old one for us. There was an extra delivery charge because our bar set up is unforgiving. Both coolers had to be lifted OVER the counter. It was a headache to figure out for us, but they said it was all part of the job and made it easy.In addition, I found them considerate. The delivery happened during the work day and they were patient as their work was interrupted by a steady flow of customers. The delivery drivers are the face of the company and understand serving clients. I have been the main contact with ARS for over ten years and they have never let me down. We purchase 40+ pieces of equipment from them annually. With that much equipment, difficulties with the units (even brand new) do occur from time to time, albeit rarely. ARS is always highly responsive when a problem does arise. They have constantly represented our company professionally to our customers when delivering or servicing equipment. Their attitude toward customer satisfaction is refreshing in this day and age.
