I went here to order breakfast food walk in and find paper over both touch screens that you order on. I’m not surprised because the one has had a out of order sign on it for the last month. So I walk over to ask the cashier how I can order food and she barks back at me. Didn’t you see the sign there is no food today. I look over out of shock to see two employees in the kitchen making food. I ask well if there is no food how come they are making food. And the cashier says out of discuss “that’s their food their making for themselves “. Wow good to know the employees are literally stealing food for themselves and refusing to sell it. There was no “sorry for the inconvenience” just a bunch of people with high school attitudes.

This location is an abomination.Order breakfast online... Get an email that its ready for pick-up... Get there and there is no food because the kitchen is closed. Serious flaw in their online platform.Staff was super nice... So thats something...

For everything that’s going on right now you think they’d make their food edible instead of just throwing anything together. Very disappointed, I got the most simple of sandwiches. Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, notice there’s no bacon. No cheese and the croissant is burnt. SMH I should have gone to sheetz!

Your hours are inconsistent. As a regular customer I feel disrespected that you would be closed at different times on different weeks on the same day. I hope that I can continue to come there, but there are multiple options within southside that are consistent with their hours.

Every employee walks around and acts like they hate their life. They look at customers as interruptions. They’d rather lose themselves in their phones. So sad.Giant Eagle management has failed this location. Plenty of other places to grab snacks.

This is the worst getgo location Ive ever been to honestly. They frequently cant find certain ingredients and its either due to laziness or unwillingness to make something. Theres clearly no manager present and if there is he/she needs to be fired or retrained immediately.

New (1 star): Krazy MTO girl said I needed to order the none existing Jelly kause I have to pay for it (which has never been the kase at any other MTO franchise affiliated with them). I had to skream my responses to her as she had both of her ears filled with earphones, apparently blasting music. The attitude at this place is unbelievable, I figure we all have our niches in this world, kustomer service is lacking at this location.Old (2 stars):The cashier just looked at me from the back-sh hallway with no urgency to ring me up.Not to mention but yet now mentioning, what I kame to order was so out-of-stock as well.Hopefully next tyme im in the area and need something from here I kan raise my rate via a better experience.

The food prep has been sloppy at times. Atleast 3 times Ive gotten a sub there it was not made right. And the last time I went there I ordered a toasted steak sandwich, I got a bun with cheese and lettuce on it.

I would give this place zero stars if it was possible they ruin my order I go back to asked to correct it they just threw some the stuff on top and did not even remake the sandwich and then I go to eat my sandwich in the bread was hard as a rock I immediately went back to get my refund and they just wasted my lunch break

No Public Restrooms! Ordered $30 of food and had to leave without getting anything because they wouldnt let me use the restroom. Rude lady at register.
