I have used Clockwise Ts for my last three company T-shirts and Jackets and I would not go anywhere else. They have great high quality products, and a very responsive, kind and helpful team. I would highly recommend them. The Next Level (6010) t-shirt is such a hit with employees, they asked me to always order that style.

It was expensive for one t-shirt w/pic (about $35). Then, of course, lettering was extra $. It took about an hour. I was told you can bring a new, clean t-shirt to get customized (unworn). The young lady was very nice. Seems like it was a family ran business. It was nice to get what I needed same day & within an hour. Its probably more beneficial to get things customized in bulk here.

Told them that I would purchase 8 hoodies from them to make the order 48 but they still wouldn’t work with me. I want to review how I been getting shirts printed from this company for over 5 years and was quite Happy to patronize this local print company. Im very disappointed on how they handled the issue with my Tshirts. I ordered a bulk of 17 shirts to brand my business and the print was not as it should have been. Now I did notify them immediately about how I wasnt very Happy and they wanted to take a closer look at what happened. Well a few days later got a generic email with a test saying this is a better print but its not a big difference and we are sorry but it is what it is. So I am like okay I see but what can you do because Im not happy with shirts. Is there a discount refund ect. Well no response for 6 days and the response was generic and stating that it was basically my issue with the design. In fact there is no issue because the dpi resolution is over 500 dpi because it was specifically a T shirt Design. Again didnt want to own up to a serious issue of print quality. They held my shirts for 6 days and then to finally say refund or take the shirts back. Wow 6 days 3 weeks lost and No real apology and No Resolution. I took the shirts back because in the end I got screwed.

We have been ordering t-shirts from Clockwise for 2 years. Being able to send a digital file with an unlimited number of colors and have it printed on a variety of fabric colors has made our lives a lot easier compared to the silkscreen printing method and its limited color capacity.

Im not doubting that this company does good work in any way. Nor have I had the opportunity to sample their work. This review is based on the fact that I did not receive a good customer service experience upon initial contact with them. Brittany, the rep I spoke with, did not come across as friendly, and seemed very agitated that I was even asking questions to begin with. Our company is looking for a Print-On-Demand service provider in the Pittsburgh area, as it is important to us to use a local printer. We contacted Clockwise based on the good reviews and how friendly and helpful we read their customer service reps are. Well, I didnt experience that, unfortunately.Also, keep in mind that Clockwise has a $10 setup fee for each unique design. Many PODs no longer charge this fee. Our company is charitable in nature and will likely end up with hundreds of designs. A fee like this per design would not be feasible, and according to Brittany, there is noo way this could be waived or even put on the back end of sales. There were other questions I had as well, and her response was simply, you can find that information on our website.So in essence, if you are looking for good work, chances are youll find it at Clockwise. As far as their friendly service? Not so much.
